I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately was behind a truck with no mud flaps. My windshield got hit by a rock and I was super pressed to get it fixed before it spread. Thankfully Patsco’s wasn’t too far from where I was. He did a flawless and quick job with a price you wouldn’t pay elsewhere. I would know (I paid for a rock chip a few weeks ago with Safelite and they did a horrendous job) I would definitely recommend.

I went to the location in Pearland. The worker was nice and courteous. Christian sealed the crack on my windshield so it would not spread.I can still see The crack though. The other worker was nice too. Mike cleaned the windshield and said I have A one year warranty on the service. One thing though: They dont accept my car insurance plan, so I had to pay for the service. But very nice people at this location.

I went to the location off of Beltway 8 and Wallisville Road because my windshield had a crack about a foot long. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and quick. He let me know what he would be able to do for my windshield without making any false promises. Overall, the process took about 15 minutes, and the crack on my windshield looks nearly perfect. My boyfriend came to this location also and was the one who referred me to Patsco. I recommend it to anyone.

Been to Patscos twice, always get my chips fixed quickly and for a good price. Negative reviews here are probably from people who left windshield chips too late. Catch it early enough and these guys can patch it up. First repair was two years ago and its still holding up strong.

On Tuesday June 9, 2015... we stopped at the 5750 E. Sam Houston Pkwy N @ Wallisville RD location to inquire about a chip on my front windshield. I was under the impression that my insurance would not cover the service because I had already filed a claim earlier this year for my windshield. However, the young man (I wish I could remember his name) was so helpful and informative about how insurance works with cracks in the windshield. Within minutes we were on the phone with my insurance company and this young man was fixing the chip. He was so nice and explained the entire process as he was doing it. It was quite amazing to watch. I wish I had stopped at this location to have the first crack repaired because this young man was simply the best. He told me his hours of operation and what days I can find him there. I will definitely be back, heaven forbid I have any other windshield repair needs and I will refer my family and friends to his location.

I went to a Patsco tent near Channelview, Texas, where the Shell gas station is located. The guy there did a really great job on my windshield, and he was very nice! He probably took close to or less than 15 minutes to fix the small crack in the glass. Now it looks less noticeable and doesnt bother me while driving. Highly recommend that location!

My wifes car had a monster of a chip, but Isaiah happily took care of it; I appreciated the attention to detail, as he had to take a second pass in order to take the cleanup to the next level.

I was trying to get my windshield fixed and I called to get directions and I was told that location closed early and I asked another question and the the woman hung up on me. I received service from Jersail from Patsco and was very pleased w/ the service. When I first drove up he was assisting another customer in a white suv. He looked at me, but never said anything and kept assisting current customer. Therefore, at first impressions, I thought, Is he ignoring me? I had to speak w/ him first to get any type of response.However, once he finished the previous customer and started working on me, I quickly found out that hes a really nice guy w/ a great personality. He just need a little guidance on how to handle upcoming customers (driving up) as he works on another. He should have made eye contact and said, Hello maam. I will be with you in a moment after I finished this customer. Just to acknowledge my presence. I now know he didnt ignore me on purpose, he was too nice for that.... He just need a little guidance on how to handle an upcoming customer while currently assisting another. I dont think he knows...(I had to deduct just 1 star for that).However, the work performed was great. In addition, I received excellent customer service from Brittany (the receptionist) that handles the phone calls. She directed me to the closest facility available to received service. Her customer service skills was A+. She yes maam me all throughout the call. That (many) wasnt even part of my requirements, but she Nailed it!!!
