I wanted to highly recommend Allstar Glass on Hwy 6! I had a passenger window broken out on my car when I was at dinner in Montrose the other night. Nothing was taken, but it left me with a window to replace. I called insurance but wasnt happy with the cost and it was going to take a week before they could replace it. I called a few places in the Cypress area, including a dealership. Stan, with Allstar Glass, was my savior! He gave me a price that was less than half the cost of my insurance vendor. Plus, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the window replaced the same day. They did a great job, were fast, and I couldnt have asked for better customer service! Called Allstar because our insurance couldnt get us scheduled for at least 2 weeks. Allstar was able to deliver NEXT DAY, and did all the work for considerable cheaper than the insurance deductible. This is a very professional group, and they did impressive work. 5 Star Rating is well deserved!

Dealt directly with the owner and his son. Both were highly professional, explained the work that was going to be done, and completed the job as promised and on time. Comfortable place to wait for work to be done. Will definitely go back if and when I need their services again.

Not to be confused with 5-star glass, Allstar glass certainly deserves five stars! Excellent service on a pickup truck windshield replacement. Called and got scheduled the next day for a price so competitive that I drove all the way to Bear Creek from Webster, TX. Allstar went out of their way to ensure that I was in and out as fast as possible. Turned out I had a warranty that they were able to use. Excellent customer service for being able to apply my warranty to the job! Stan was great to work with, and knew the specifics of my windshield features so he was able to make certain to replace the windshield with the right type. Will definitely return if needed again, and will make the drive again from Webster!

Just got my glass replaced... awesome experience... i went in there around 12 just to get a price, once he told me the price i knew i had to get it done here.. he ordered it and called me as soon as it came in, same day by the way, showed up 20 min before closing and they were ready to go and had me out the door in less that 45 min. Definitely recommend.

I had my window glass replaced. Prices were very reasonable, and service was quick and efficient. Only took a couple hours for the whole process, including a tint. Highly recommend for any glass work on your vehicle.

When a rock cracked my windshield, I called the dealership and All-Star Glass to price check, and All-Star Glass was a MUCH better deal than the dealer. It’s been a few months and the windshield is holding up better than the original one. Great deal, great service.

A Company with INTERGITY. My review mirror in my Acura MDX fell off so I took it in to the Acura dealership for repair, per the “expert” technicians at the Acura dealership the button on the windshield that connects the mirror was broken and cant be replaced because it’s molded in the windshield. The dealer quoted $2000 to replace the windshield and recalibrate the safety features that is built in the review mirror. I proceeded to file an insurance claim only to discover the dealer does not accept Insurance payments, so to avoid the reimbursement process with the Insurance co. I called around Houston to find a Windshield company that does. The first 3 places I called said that did not have the software to recalibrate the review mirror, the next call was to Allstar Glass who said they would accept insurance payment and could recalibrate the mirror (also quoted half the price of the dealer). Once the insurance claim was approved, I took the car to Allstar for the replacement, Stan at Allstar came out to look at the windshield and mirror. Stan said the windshield does not need repair and he could replace the button, and after inspecting further Stan discovered the button was not damaged at all. He put the mirror back on in less than 5 minutes and did not charge us anything. Thanks to Stan and Allstar I was able to cancel the claim and save $500.

I had my windshield and door glass replaced at All Star Glass. The service was great, the work and glass was of good quality at a good price. I’m very happy. After a month I got a chip in my windshield and came back to have it repaired. They did a good job on this as well.

Went several places to have a chip in my brand new windshield repaired. It was closing time for these folks but Rachael said they would take me as a walk-in anyway, even though it is better to have an appointment. Super nice folks and repaired in no time at all. They made a dime size chip disappear into a pinpoint..Very pleased with with EVERYTHING about Allstar Glass. Will use again and mention to others in need of their service.

Went in to replace a windshield and they quoted me a great price. The actual windshield replacement was done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time, BUT the rain sensor on the car did not work correctly after this. They did fix it but I had to make two extra trips to their shop to get this done.

I had been arguing with my insurance company about getting my windshield replaced so I was pretty much resigned to the fact Id be out hundreds of dollars for a windshield. But wow, I honestly didnt realize that fixing a windshield could be such a pleasant experience!Rachel welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and couldnt have been more friendly throughout the process. I have a very old car, 2004, so I thought it might be difficult and extremely costly to fix abroken electric window but it wasn’t.I called ahead of time and was given a very reasonable quote by Rachael.When I brought my car in I received very quick service, there were no surprises or hidden fees,they also took 18 mths of melted on duct tape off my window and upholstery for just $25and that would have taken me forever to do myself.Rachael is who helped me and she was very efficient, patient and kind.I would recommend Allstar Glass for sure, trustworthy friendly care is hard to come by.5 stars for sure, 10 if I could 👍🏻😁

Allstar Glass replaced my windshield when CSI repaired my car after a collision. They did an excellent job, even managed to salvage my EZ Tag and move it to the new windshield. They etched the new glass with proof of purchase (so I dont have to save the paperwork) and gave me a lifetime warranty on the installation. Im a happy customer!

2010 Tundra Windshield replacement for ~$220. Same as OEM, just not with the big price tag. Guys were very professional and on time, took them 45 minutes and they did it at my work. Would highly recommend, in fact, my dealer tipped me off that thats who they use to do their windshield jobs.

I am an Allstate customer so I selected Allstar Glass from their list of preferred service providers to replace my windshield that had a quarter-sized crack from a rock. I initially booked with Safelite, but chose to go with Allstar Glass after reading many poor reviews from Safelite customers in Houston. It is worth it to take your business to a smaller company where your vehicle will be handled with care and concern. The owner, Stanley, is a self-proclaimed perfectionist and it shows in his work. I called in the evening and was able to have my windshield replaced the next day and the appointment took 1 hour or less. Thanks for a quick and efficient experience!

These guys are amazing! They came on time to my job and replaced the windshield in my SUV onsite in about 20 minutes. They are very professional and explained just how I should handle the car for the first 24 hours. I definitely recommend them.

I made a purchase of a windshield on a recently bought 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when replacing, they broke the plastic guards by the hood. The owner gave me a nonchalant/cocky attitude and said I could buy new ones and he would put them on for a cost......the secretary there was very kind but never again will I be a customer of this establishment.

The windshield on my BMW 535i cracked almost all the way across and when I called for quotes they were just as high as I imagined theyd be for it. Stan beat every price I was quoted, including Safelite, by over $100 including taxes!
