After searching on car gurus for months I came across what I was looking for. These guys were very responsive in communication which is what first caught my attention. Then we got into the deal and I was amazed with their honesty. There was a oil leak that they didn’t pick up on till after the deal was made. This was a older truck with high miles that I was driving from Utah to pick up. They told me they wasn’t willing to let me go that far away with it that way. The mechanic got it tore apart only to find out the clutch was bad too. These guys had all this replaced at their expense because we had already made the deal.Long story short. With the history of used car dealerships these guys are second to none. This was just part of my experience with them and I would drive from Utah again to use them. Honestly wins all in every business.

Over-all good experience at DN Motor Cars. They had a truck there I liked, which I had found online through Car Gurus. The online post was accurate to the condition of the truck and did not appear to hide anything. The staff (Gabby/Novid) were friendly and I was able to get just under dealer value. I bought this truck “sight unseen” (my first-time experience) and everything worked out in the long run however, there were a few minor issues through this process that have room for improvement. Communication is key, and this gets a C- (waiting on replies, leaving out key details like if you write a check for delivery it must be a business check, NOT a personal check!). Novid did help with setting up the delivery, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the delivery process that was used, has no way of tracking however, the delivery arrived the next day for a near 13-hour (driving) distance. I recommend if you buy from OoS, you pay for a pre-purchase inspection as I did (sight unseen). This process was easy and very detailed; more informative than if I had taken it for a test drive. They (Auto Exam) also provided the report, pictures, etc. via email same day.Would I recommend and/or buy from DN Motor Cars again? Yes!

I am giving 4 stars because the company tried to give me less than my cars worth based off KBB and Carmax, even showing the confirmation of my car value to them. They both worked hard to get me the best deal. I got approved and drove off the lot the same day. We purchased a car from DN Motor cars from out of state and sight unseen. The price for the vehicle was very fair- especially in the current car market that has everything marked up. We had to arrange our own delivery, but I can understand why the dealership would not take that additional responsibility - they did recommend UShip as a way to arrange shipping. When the car arrived its condition was as we expected. The blemishes had been photographed well and were minor considering the car is 12 years old. The car drives very well and we had no nasty surprises upon delivery. We would buy from DN Motor Cars again.

Not a good experience. They sold me a proverbial lemon with a crack in the engine block. There were also several other problems with the car, faulty a/c pump, fan belt . . . I could go on. I finally got rid of the car. I should have done my due diligence of course, my fault. However, they did not take responsibility on their end either. I would not recommend them.

Living in a Utah rural area not a lot of selection and hate the used car sales pitch most dealers in the big cities do so I turned to the web. I was very lucky in finding this dealership for they were very fair, honest and punctual (no games :) with all of the transactions in the purchase. I went there this past week to look at multiple vehicles but the sale-man/ owner came out and did not show us the vehicle we wanted to look at. He was very pushy about up selling and he knew what we wanted but still didn’t show us. Everytime I would bring up a vehicle, he would direct us in a different vehicle. When my wife tried to ask questions he would cut her off and not speak to her or acknowledge her questions. Worse place I’ve been too.

This place is a typical used car lot. They tell you one thing over the phone just trying to lure you to their used car lot so they can do a bait and switch. I spent numerous hours during the course of a week discussing financing and filling out applications online, getting preapproved by Capital One, having Gabriela tell me that I was approved for the full amount on the vehicle, taking time out of my busy schedule on Saturday to go pick up the vehicle and then their finance guy ALLEN tells me that Capital One doesn’t approve vehicles with that high mileage on it. He kept insisting I come inside ‘to discuss’ . At the same moment, someone was tearing down the street in the truck that we were coming in to pick up. We had called to let them know we were on our way and Maria never said a word to tell us. I missed Allen’s call and returned the call right away but he was on another line and never called back. Very disappointed with the entire process and their lack of integrity. Don’t waste your time with these people. They weren’t even considerate enough to let me know the situation before I drove an hour to get there.

Went to go look at a truck that we had seen online. Right away we were greeted very professionally. They gave us the keys for my wife to test drive the truck. While test driving the truck, my wife decided it was definitely the vehicle she wanted. We went back to the office to make a deal, made the deal and while we were finishing the paperwork, they took the truck to get it inspected. The person that took the truck to get it inspected noticed a front end issue (we did not notice the issue when we test drove it) and brought it back. We were assured that the repairs would be done to the truck without asking and that they would be done free of charge. The following day, I went to pick up the truck after they called. After leaving, I noticed a wobble upon getting up to highway speed. Brought the truck back and Adam reassured me that it would be corrected as he wanted to make sure that my family would be safe. And true to his word, the vehicle was fixed correctly and I picked up the truck the next day.From start to finish, their staff is amazing. Adam was 100% honest up front and true to his word. Worst service ever! I do not recommend this place due to the lack of curiosity and incompetent employees. I called multiple times about a vehicle and spoke to multiple employees about a vehicle I was going to buy. I drove 3 hours to go get the vehicle. When I was 30 min away from the place they called and said the vehicle was sold. They did not mention a deposit to me over the phone however they would hold it for me when I got there. They wasted my time.

Everyone was very helpful all the way from trading in to driving away in my new truck. Adam is very knowledgeable and informative and kept the entire transaction very relaxed. My bank dropped the ball on the final draft due to being a Saturday and folks ready to leave for the weekend. Wish I could give less than one star. I flew to Houston after discussing this truck and only had a few hours to look it over. After getting it home to New Mexico I couldn’t get the navigation to work. Come to find out the small onstar antenna on top had been secured with some cheap two sided tape and talking to the gmc dealer is likely my issues with the navigation and is a pretty penny to have them fix it. Then after my first trip in the mountains I took it to the wash to get the mud off. Well more than the mud came off with the power spray wash. The paint across the hood started peeling off which tells you that it was repainted and not repainted well. There are a couple small cracks in the dash that I didn’t notice and have been told by two mechanics that is a sign of airbag deployment. The car fax came to me as clean and accident free, but with the dash cracks and the shorty paint job on the hood tells another story. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I wish I could post pictures on here

Dealing with Adam at DN Motor Cars was a very rewarding experience. Not only was Adam upfront and straightforward from the beginning of our relationship, but he was also willing to provide any needed photos of the vehicle that I requested. Since I was buying from out of state, I was extremely cautious in my search for a new truck.DN Motor Cars certainly has its fair share of nice trucks. They seem to specialize in extremely clean used vehicles. They were upfront in their advertising regarding any exterior scratches or dents that they come across.However, I must hold out on rewarding them a 5 star review for a few reasons. I understand that the turnover rate of vehicles at this dealership is fairly quick, but some additional inspection of their interiors, their electronics and functionalities, would have identified some additional issues I must now address. These small, but costly repairs would have been good to know before flying down to Texas with the purchase price already set in stone.The photos they included in the sale showcased the two rear headrest DVD screens, however they were damaged to the point they do not accept discs or display any video content on the screens. One screen is completely shattered. Also, the drivers heated seat & memory functions switch is not functioning. And lastly, the backup camera lens itself is damaged and displays horrible video content eventhough they presented a perfectly functioning video image in the advertisements of this specific vehicle. A quick sweep of these luxury functions would have identified these faults and provided a more honest representation of the vehicle I purchased.All in all, I am very happy with the purchase of this truck. I recently bought a $40,000 truck from them. They showed me the car fax and acknowledged it had been in a minor wreck without frame damage in which the airbags were deployed. However, they stated it had been fixed. He looked me in my eyes and told me everything was fixed. Within one day of driving it off the lot the airbag sensor was beeping. I took it to the Chevy dealership and they said it had been jimmied with a non-Chevy part and that it would cost over $1k to fix. I alerted D N motors of this and he told me we bought the car “as is”. He took no responsibility for the possibility of causing serious if not fatal damage to me and my family. He even laughed! Pure evil. We will never trust them again.

All good everyone was helpful would recommend to friends I would like to recant my review I bought a 2015 F350 from DN motor about 2 month ago the engine light came on so I took it to the shop I never on a diesel pickup up before well the mechanic went under the hood and found that the egr system exhaust system was gone and had been deleted now this wasnt the reason for the light so ask why would they do that he said for more power he also said that this truck shouldnt have been sold like that goes all against pollution regulations and will not pass inspection so I called and talked to the manager of dn motor he how can I prove they sold the truck that way I told I didnt do it he said how do I know that I said I only had the truck for two months aint know Im gonna spend that type of money to do that I told him I will be talking to a lawyer and I will then he hung up on me all I got to say is take a mechanic with you check under hood real good and your exhaust system Im willing to talk with the owner maybe we can come up with something but I will never buy anything from them again and will not refer them to anyone they need to fire that manager all I can say be careful if you shop there

I recently purchased a 2011 F250 Super Duty from DN Motor Cars. The experience was truly like no other. I called the day before to inquire about a truck. The salesman was honest and told me it was already sent to auction. He didnt pull the ole yeah we have it trick to get me out there. I also asked about a couple other trucks. One I was looking at had been smoked in. Once again the salesman was honest and didnt try to get me down and tell me once I arrived, which would have royally pissed me off.
