When I purchased my BMW car, I was informed that I would get life long oil changes. Nothing was stated that I would receive a max of 2 oil changes per year. Now the owner (Julius) has informed me that I can only receive a maximum of 2 oil changes per year, because it’s considered excessive driving for a vehicle/ my car to need more than 2 oil changes per year. This is a bait and switch as well as an insult to me as a customer who initially placed trust in the dealership. I discussed all of my concerns with Julius and I was prepared to leave, but he said he would and did take care of the oil change this one time with nearly a $30 disposal and shop fee. As I initially explained, I’m all about transparency and all of these new rules and fees should have been discussed up front/ at the time I purchased my car.

I love this dealership! I’m treated with respect and dignity that you just don’t see nowadays. The service is top-notch and well represented by the Martinez family. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their European vehicles maintained.

What can I not say about Mr. Julian. This is my 3rd visit, in 10 yrs. Exactly, 10 yrs. Not only does he love the quality of work that he gives his customers. He loves his customers. Hes such a sweet and honest man. On my last visit, he fixed my strut. I was in around 10am and out by 3:30, with the usual car wash. Thank you Mr. Julian for having a honest and respectful auto shop in this day and age. 😉

I spent the last $2,100 out of my account and Julian knew it and still took my money and never fixed my truck.They have a bunch of fake reviews on here. As God as my witness Julian will pay for all the money he has stolen from god working people. The money he stole from me has effect me and my families lives even today… I trusted him and he completely stole my money and never fixed my car for 5 months… HE WILL PAY ONE DAY!!!!

All these positive reviews are fake. This place is a scam. The owner is shady and sells cars that break down! Thats why you’ll notice this dealer has on site “service” with the owner running around doing “repairs” on old cars getting ready to sell. The lobby is always full of customers that recently purchased cars in for various reasons to fix. Of course when you come back after signing on the car and you’ll quickly start having issues since the repairs are not even qualified repairs. He’s condescending and gives you a “loaner” (another broken down car) He’ll say the warranty you purchased doesn’t cover the parts instead make you pay out of pocket. Run away. You’ve been warned! If you’re looking for a used car that won’t have issues/been inspected PROPERLY go to somewhere like Carvana when buying a car! No tricks or scams!

Excellent service! I went in for an annual vehicle inspection. The owner met me outside, took my car to be inspected, and offered a free car wash. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was good music playing and coffee available. Im new to the area, and I believe I have found the place to care for my vehicle. Thank you, Julian, and your staff! You guys are great!

I wasnt sure if I really wanna go to one of those small dealers, I always been very skeptical about it, but i was surprised how well things are, they are very professional., Daniel answer all my 1000 questions without any issue, and he also help me with the process all the way, I strongly suggest that if anybody is gonna get a bmw to get extended warranty, is just a less worry for you, all the cars are sold As Is, how ever if you have an issue with the car in the next few days, they will taking care of it at not cost!!!!, they replace my 4 rotors and pads Of my new car 5 series after 3 days that i noticed a vibration on the break, I call and they told me just to bring it in and we got you, free of charge, Other dealer would tell you, we are sorry but its nothing we can do, you have to paid for...Bemer motor car stand by the word...

Bemer Motor Cars has been keeping my 2005 530i on the road ever since my warranty expired-am now approaching 200K miles. I have always been treated fair and square at Bemer Motor Cars and recommend them.

I bought a BMW 135is here sight unseen, and did the whole negotiation over email, normally that can be such a stressful situation, but their excellent communication and transparency really helped make everything work out great. Car was shipped over to LA no problems and I now have a wonderful little BMW sitting in my garage. Very satisfied!

Stood outside for 45 min... Never saw anyone to ask about vehicles

They lied and end up keeping our car. They started the work after we COMPLETELY ask them to ONLY diagnose it. They had it ready and we did not have funds all because they decided to fix it before we approved to start work.. we are still upset because this was our transportation.

I’ve been doing business with BEMER, BMW Preventive Maintenance, since 1986. Not only have they serviced my cars, but I have bought several as well. I wouldn’t think of doing business on imports anywhere else, they are the perfect family business.

They have nice cars to purchase but they are going to tear you up on service...I absolutely regret my purchase. Julian thought he could make me feel better with compliments all the while charging exuberant amounts for repeat work...told me he replaced my fuel pump only to say no, I re-something a hose when I had the same problem a month later....now I gotta pay for the fuel pump he told me he already fixed. So disappointing...so much money on repairs.

This car wash is great! The staff were friendly and even drew cute soap pictures on my sons window as we went through. Love the rainbow colored soapy suds and the vacuums are ridiculously powerful. So quick, easy, and sparkling clean!

I bought a 750LI from this place sometime ago. Its almost like dealing with scammers. No respect for customer time. Loaners all have issues and stink. Its made up to be a luxury car dealer. But i dare you to try a real luxury car dealership and compare. The company is sketchy at best and MANY of those cars are stuck together with super glue and duct tape. I would fight tooth and nail to stop a love one from using this conpany.

So grateful I chose Beamer Motors to fix an oil leak on my BMW 650. The guys did an amazing job. I now have that smooth power ride I had when I first purchased the car. The free oil changes for life isn’t free at all. An if you don’t all them to charge you for extra maintenance stuff they point out your car needs, the oil change you Initially went in for won’t get done as well. My car checks engine light came on I went to the nearest shop to find out my car had no oil after leaving Beamer in my wife car for a free oil change. These guys are crooks and highly over priced, tried to charge me to change my bulb on my turn signal $183.09 when the bulb at autozone was $8.00 an 2 mins to do with a YouTube video. Do not take your car here for repairs or the free oil change because nothing is free an will cost you more in the end. Just go to the dealership.....

Steer clear from this place. I bought a bmw. Put $7000 down then they asked me to return the car. They told me that I wasnt approved for the car. Then they put me in a bmw that was trash from the beginning. They never let me test dry the car. I had the car towed more than 5 times. The motor blew and Julian told me that it would cost $3600 to replace. I paid half up front. Once the car was ready Julian Lied and said that wasnt the agreement. He put me on a payment plan. Before I could get home the car stopped. I had it towed 3 times after that. The car stopped working while I was at work. Julian lied again telling me the cars most expensive computer was out yet the light inside the car would still come on. I called advantage BMW and they told that he was lying to me because if the computer goes out then the lights would not come on inside the car. I reported him and his bad business practices to channel 11. I spent almost $10000 and I still dont have a car. When it comes to anything that is important to you please dont go there. You are better going to a good dealership and by a new Hyundai over buying a used and old bmw from this guy. The good note is that his daughter is nice. Have a wonderful day

Great service. I went to Bemer Motor Cars knowing what car I wanted to see based off their inventory online. The car was in very good condition and well taken care of.. I absolutely loved it. They worked with me and even though I dont have the best credit I got to walk out with the car I wanted. I am very happy with my BMW 535i. I recommend checking them out!

I took my Range Rover in for routine maintenance service and a leveling issue that I was having with the air suspension. I rate Bemer a 5 out of 5 stars as a Highly Satisfied customer. The Rover looks and rides like new with the air bag replacement. In addition, my vehiicle was detailed inside and out. Compliments to Julian and the crew for great service.

Best service by a good family

Everyone at Bemer Motor Cars/BMW Preventative Maintenance is always so nice when I come in. I took my Audi A7 in for a Drive belt and ended up needing more work than I thought. Julian and the guys did a great job on my vehicle and showed exceptional customer care and they arent in the market to price gouge you on repairs. My car runs smoothly and I will continue to bring my car in when repairs are needed and I will also be referring to my friends.

The was my 2nd time using Beamer motors for service. My 1st visit in 2006 was great, treated with kindness and car was serviced and my experience good.This past year was horrible, Abe we had my vehicle for 5 1/2 months. The service manager kept me hanging with updates for months. If I didn’t call, I didn’t get any updates.My car received many different repairs that weren’t at all related to my initial problem, which was identified prior to having my car towed for service. The part was something that they knew Mercedes would have to program, but instead of honesty and good customer service, the service manager kept leading me on that they could fix it with a new part instead of multiple tries with used parts which didn’t fix it, reason being, used part was configured with car that it came from per Mercedes and it would have to be reprogrammed for my vehicle. Needless to say, honesty and good Customer service would have been to let me know that the service I needed required Mercedes only, and Beamer could not fix the vehicle. A valuable lesson learned $1599.00 later, for work that wasn’t needed, and them not taking good care of my garage kept vehicle, which came back with rusted parts in my trunk scratches and dents of all kinds and was in worst shape that it was than when I had it towed for service.This is my 1st ever bad rating, why, because I believe everyone should have the opportunity to right their wrongs but Bemer Motors ignores my email explaining my dissatisfaction and asked me to pickup my car ASAP. Which I did have towed to Mercedes Sugarland and they replaced the part and fixed my car during the pandemic in 1 week. So I had to do this rating in hope that others are taken advantage of the way I was.Very disappointed in my service received

Brought my new m3 to get a Bimmertech backup camera installed. After a couple days I see my radio is shaking. I open it up to realize half the screws are missing. This shop is an hr and a half each way from my house. This is completely unacceptable. Spoke with someone and they said they would send me screws. I waited a week before posting this review. Still no screws. But I do have a dash that shakes. So that’s cool. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.Update..... they sent a technician out to correct the problem.

Bad experience in this dealer sold me a car that they knew something was wrong with it. I had not handled a day the car when it gave me a problem, and when I let them know and they made an estimate their mechanic Julian wanted to charge $ 1800 for a $ 500 problem with another mechanic

Bemer Motor Cars always does a great job taking care of our 2004 Land Rover Discovery. We purchased the vehicle there 4-5 years ago and have had very few problems with car that they restored. Of course there have been the normal maintenance stuff which they handled at a fair price. We recently had the coolant system worked over and had the hood repainted and now the car looks amazing.

I purchased my third car from BEMER yesterday.My first purchase from BEMER was a BMW X5 that I bought for my wife for Christmas six years ago. It is still top notch and runs like new.My second purchase was really special. I lost my personal vehicle as well as my company Suburban in Hurricane Harvey. I called Julian at BEMER. He had someone come and get me, he set me up with a beautiful Chevy Tahoe and went out of his way to get me financed.Yesterday I bought a BMW 750iL. It is a beautiful late model BMW that looks like it just came off of the showroom floor. The entire transaction took all of about 15 minutes, I was financed and out the door.Julian (the owner) is a good Christian man who doesn’t have to tell you about his faith, he lives it and breathes it every day. He and his family have always treated Amy and I like we are family.......as I sat and watched him yesterday.......he treats everyone who walks in the door like family. He is special people and I am honored to call him my friend.

I bought my car from this place two years ago. Their service at the time was good. 2 years on and in a space of 8 weeks I have experienced the worst customer service! In August 2020, I took my car in for a service. We arrived for our appointment on time, checked the car in and we were told to wait while the mechanic does a diagnostic on the car. We were waiting for 4 hours, no communication whatsoever. We ended up being offered a rental, no apologies for the delay.Fast forward to last week October 8, 2020 my husband took the car in for front breaks. As usual for this place, he was kept waiting for two hours even though he arrived on time for his appointment. When he was eventually seen, Julian gave him a quote for $450 to replace the brakes including labor. My husband agreed to this quote and left the car. A day later at pick up, he is told to pay $875. When my husband questioned why, he was informed that more work had to be done. My husband question why work was completed without his authorization, that was not part of the agreement. Julian gave my husband the run around and offered him a payment plan. What Julian was failing to understand was that he had not obtained consent to proceed with the Work. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, he was passed from one person to the next. Eventually he paid the extra $425 out of frustration and irritation.I will not be returning here ever again. I would rather spend the extra amount at a business that has good and compassionate customer care.

Do not purchase any cars here. Nor fix your car. This place is a scam. Horrible. I took my car for service and they cheated told me everything was fine. A month later brought it in for same problem and everything was damaged. All could’ve been avoided if they fix it. I wasn’t asking anything for free. Just wanted it done. Beware.

Like every other guaranteed approval dealership, they make false claims. My ex-wife decimated my credit post-divorce with HER OWN bankruptcy, repossessions, etc and I turned to Bemer Motor Cars based on their claim of working with all credit types.After submitting my info, I was told that I would need to pay 98% of the vehicle in down payment. Yes. Im serious. They literally said this. That is not a down payment nor is it an approval. That, friends, is PAYING CASH for a car.I give them 2 stars because the owner later called me and apologized (it was not him who had said it, btw).

Have had to have some work done on my 2013 M5 after it came off warranty and Bemer has done a phenomenal job in the quality of their work and customer service. Communication and estimates on time / cost for the work is realistic.

Very pleasant experience. I have read other reviews on here including a guy who is talking about the car I bought. Yes I purchased the “over priced 2006 m6 “ Fernando was talking about. I bought it about the time he was also looking at it. I am an ASE master Technician with over 30 years of new car dealership experience. Yes I paid a small premium for this car but I’m ok with that. Let me explain why. They knew the answer to every question I asked about this car. Showed me all receipts for the work they did. Has new engine, new rod bearings, new clutch and many many other things. I knew what I was getting into and they had no problem allowing me to lift it up and inspect it myself. I have had a few little things happen since purchase but I know bmw’s really well and know the problems that come with a 14 year old M car. These are things they could have never know were going to happen. Very happy with everyone at Bemer motor, think I met every in the family. Daniel has been great after the sale. Have stayed in contact with him, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will probably be going back soon to get my spouse an X5 to replace a very dependable and well used F30. Keep up the great job y’all !

Bought my used car last week from Roger, he did not pressure me into buying the car and I was offered a great deal. One of the bulbs in my right taillight went out less than a week after buying my car and the service team replaced my bulb quickly at no charge. They have lots of cool cars to look at in the lot as well. Salesmen and owner were all very friendly.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car. The transmission had an issue from the time I rolled off the lot. Julian talks real fast and jumps from call to call and never gets anything done. Every 3 months my car was at there shop along with a bunch of other cars. Julian didnt really want to fix the car until there warranty was over so they could charge my extended warranty that I bought when I purchased the car. I would give them a -5 stars.. They should change there name to Lemon Bemer Motor Cars.
