After the body shop first failed to add oil to her vehicle and returned the car with a windshield crack running across the length of the front window which was not there when we dropped it off and door dings on the passenger side, they claim they did add oil even though my wife driving it and noticed a metal grinding sound and had checked the dip stick for oil and was there only enough to leave a slight stain on the paper towel and added 6 quarts. In addition, when they did check to see if they added oil they did not drop the oil pan or catch the first cup or two of oil to investigate for metal pieces or bits. They just leveled the oil and reviewed the codes which showed three miss fires for the pistons which would be consistent with them locking up due to no oil. They drove it and did not have any other issues and asked if they could take it to the dealer or have their owner diagnose it since it there was no one there with the knowledge or expertise to do the repairs. I was under the impression they would take it that afternoon which was last Thursday and learned Friday it was not there due to the body shop keeping the vehicle not per my wishes.As of last Friday the vehicle was sent to the dealership but I did not find out till yesterday (Monday) when we picked up the vehicle that the body shop only conveyed to check for the misfire codes and nothing to do with any engine issues. After taking receipt of the vehicle from West Houston the vehicle is still having odd sounds from the engine and not performing as it should. In talking to the service advisor we found out they did not not know about any engine issues and that we are needing to take the vehicle back to Meszaros for work and they need to fix the issue.10/6/2021 UpdateWest Houston is working to review the work but I am not actively working with the Body Shop. Due to the interaction and the lack of explaining the concerns with the Mechanical Shop and the lack of honoring my request to originally have the vehicle taken on the Thursday I communicated with the advisor, lack of communication or status that the vehicle was at the Body Shop till Friday left my wife concern that the Body Shop was not being as open and honest as they could have been. Since these developments West Houston has been reluctant to inspect the vehicle and wants the vehicle to be handled with the Body shop. However, in the initial review of the vehicle the Body Shop communicated they did not have the expertise to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. At the current moment the vehicle is sitting in the garage and not being driven due to back and forth.10/11/2021 -- The gift that keeps on givingJust noticed also now the trunk is not closing properly and it is motorized. The latch is not clasping correctly and today was the first time to open the truck while looking for an item and found foam and clips from the repair in the rear. Not sure why there was need to be in the trunk. Plus, there is dings in the roof and missing window button to lower the rear window. Great quality craftsmanship. Car had more items damaged at the shop that are new than what was needing to repair.

West Houston Volkswagen suggested Meszaros Motor Sports as their go-to for body work. Took my car there due to a collision with a chair on the freeway that severely damaged my passenger headlight, hood, and fender. Meszaros was professional and kind throughout the whole transaction updating me with progress on a friendly first name basis. The end result of the repair work was superb. Returned my vehicle in one week cleaned, waxed, and ready to drive. Would highly recommend this shop over any suggested from your insurance carrier if you are repairing your Volkswagen.

Getting in a accident is never fun or a easy process when dealing with a insurance company, but I am glad my car went to Oscar at Meszaros Motorsport. The insurance company was trying to throw a bunch of aftermarket parts and cutting corners on my new vehicle, but Oscar fought them and my vehicle ended up with original Dealer parts and it looks perfect! This body shop did not repair my 2019 Infiniti QX 60 correctly the frame is still not correctly aligned (I can tell by the door jam lines)they used Bondo on the rear corner panel instead of replacing it which I can tell the shape of it is off and the door trim does not lineup with other doors. Back to the rear corner panel the bumper sticking out because of the left rear corner panel is pushing on the bumper causing it to stick out. So I took it back and they heated it up to manipulate the plastic which it looks funny and it is not the right way to fix it.They did it the easiest and cheapest way to save money. I’m very dissatisfied! I never use these guys again!

A few weeks ago someone hit my back left bumper on my Q70 Infinity and my dealership recommend Meszaros Auto Sport and I am very glad they did. My entire experience with them was excellent. Of course, when you are sent somewhere else to get a part fixed on your car, you have no trust in the work that they can/will do. I cannot say enough about how great Meszaros was! We were substantially rear-ended, and between Garland and GEICO, the entire process of getting our Subaru fixed was incredibly easy. Their customer service went over and above to be helpful, taking care of my rental car at the end and even grabbing something out for me that I had left in it. They made getting in a crash not a big deal.

Had a great experience! Drop off of my vehicle was easy, they arranged for Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental, communicated with Enterprise on time the repair would take and communicated directly with the insurance agency on additional repairs that werent on the original estimate. The thought of the process was overwhelming. But to be honest, I never had a chance to think about it.Oscar handled this entire process exceptionally from start to finish. Took my QX80 Limited for a minor rear bumper repair. They got it back to me pretty quickly. The repairs looked good. Weekend comes and I get to clean the car. I noticed the rear hatch does not close all the way in. I investigate and I find a broken plastic tab and a damaged trim piece from what looks like a hurried job. The trim piece was blocking the rear hatch from closing all the way in. I fixed it myself but the trim piece is damaged. I cant find where the broken plastic tab is from.

Had a little fender bender and wanted to get my new car repaired and repaired right. Took the car to Charles and within 3 days had my car back looking brand new. The estimate process was quick and easy and taking the car to a dealership would have taken twice as long. Really appreciate Meszaros hard work.A few months after my little accident my Mother backed up her car with the back hatch open into the garage. Glass was everywhere and the hatch would not close. Thanks to Meszaros her car was repaired and they kept her up to date on parts ordering and estimate of time to complete. Daniel updated her and helped her feel everything would be taken care of. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Meszaros. I dropped the car Monday Morning and was greeted by Daniel who was extremely knowledgeable and quickly provided me with an estimate. I explained to Daniel that I am very particular and I also needed the car back by Thursday evening. He agreed to perfection and timing and I left the vehicle. Thursday morning I received a call that the vehicle is ready to go. Not only were they timely they also delivered the car. I just picked up my car. Thats the second time I have used Meszaros for body work, and both times my car has come back flawless. Daniel seems like a good guy that cares about the customer and his car, and the workmanship is top-notch. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this shop to friends and family.

I think the person I worked with was very nice ONLY at the beginning when I took my car in to get my car fixed because I was rear ended, but my car was messed up (the hitch system that was fixed was not done properly by uhaul, however, Meszaros was overseeing the work done), and it was messing with my entire computer system in my car, lights were flickering, blinker was acting up, the screen in my car kept flashing when I would try to use a turn signal. I actually got stuck in a parking lot when the ABS light system came on (even though my brakes were fine) and my car wouldnt shift out of park.. I eventually was able to youtube how to override the ABS light coming on and was able to bring it to a subaru dealership. They advised me that there were all kinds of wires dangling from the body of my car and the box that holds all the wiring was faulty. The wires were just hanging there from a zip-tie. I called the guy who was working with me at Meszaros and he wasnt friendly at all when I explained what was going on. He kept saying, well I will need to pull your file to see what it says, and that he didnt know if he would be at work the next day so I could take the car in, etc... Honestly, I just felt like I was being a complete nuisance to him, he had a very annoyed tone in his voice, and although he told me he would look at it, he couldnt really tell me when or how long it would take...anyway, I felt like he was making it VERY difficult to get my car looked at. I ended up just taking it to subaru and they removed the harness to the hitch IMMEDIATELY, but it cost me $545. My car is working in perfect condition now!! So long story short, my car was not properly fixed, and whoever was supposed to check it after the hitch was fixed did not apparently do that correctly.

I brought my car in for a quote on Thursday, they ordered parts over the weekend, I dropped my car off on Monday, and the work was completed on Wednesday. Everyone was very professional and straightforward. The work was high quality and the detailers even buffed out some paint transfer elsewhere on the car! I highly recommend.

Without making a long story longer, I will post the short notes.I drove my truck there for repairs on January 17, 2017, I got my truck back today, March 29, 2017. I had to fight for months about getting my paint blended to match the rest of the truck. Upon arrive home, my truck has the following new issues.A) all of the rubber cushions on the gas door are not there.B) none of the taillights work, and one of the NEW backup light doesnt work.C)There are extra parts in my truck.D) The original ID label on the door is missing and I was not given anything that recorded the data listed (manufactured date, country, color, body style).E) There are extra tools left inside of my engine housing.F) The custom bumpers are not the same fuchsia that they were before the repair job. They are approximately two shades lighter.G) The Dodge decal was not replaced on the bumper after blending the paint.H) I would not have been upset about any of this had it not been SUCH A FIGHT to get them to complete a job without trying to add 4700.00 of additional PERSONAL charges onto the already 6400.00 invoice that my insurance company and I had already forked out.I am extremely unhappy with this business and will NEVER use them again.If you are already doing business with these people, use caution. If you are reading this review to assist in deciding to use them, use a more reliable company.I gave two stars because they did blend the paint (eventually) and the side that was damaged looks nice other than the above listed.

My 2014 Subaru was rear ended and the dealership sent us here to get the work done. This was the most shoddiest work I have ever seen! We had to get the whole back of the car fixed...We were hit by a huge truck... they only checked cosmetic not internal... our transmission had to be completely replaced thanks goodness it was under warranty! I would not EVER use them again.

I brought my 2015 WRX , 8 days old and a kid tapped the bumper with his. I went in and Daniel met me there. From the first day to the last, Daniel had been very understanding towards the process of getting my car bumper replaced and painted. When it came out of the shop, took 2 days! 2 days!!! I was impressed, it looked like it came out of the factory. Meszaros and Daniel , look for the shop and ask for Daniel , he is the best at what he does. Stay Away -There is no lower rating than poor to fair!. Was referred there by the west Houston Infiniti dealer – What a mistake. Hope that you never have to use this car body shop. If you do, plan to leave your car for 3 times the period that other body shops take for a similar job. The end result no better than others (personally I think worse result). Insurance takes a long time for them to process simply because they do not act on it fast enough and they keep blaming the insurance agent. They do not call you back at all. Every time you call you are transferred to by the receptionist to your reps voice mail. I have been promised two different dates for when my car would be ready and on both days when I went there they said it is not ready yet. The worst thing is that once you take your car there – you are hooked and are at their mercy and you have to be nice and understating otherwise – you feel they may do a worse job on your car than they normally do.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Update: I thought I would update my post. Just used Meszaros Motor Sports again, during these scary and unprecedented times - COVID, and once again it was such a great experience. They were very professional and took all precautions. My daughters car is running perfectly now and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL as always. Charles Ottesen is the best!! Just thought it was important to take the time to update my review.Ive used Meszaros Motor Sports several times and every time I have an exceptional experience. I refer my friends and family there all of the time. This most recent visit was for my mothers car. She had an accident. I had great service at Meszaros, I got rear ended and they worked with the insurance, updated me on the status and repaired my car in a timely manner. Also was allowed to leave the rental car there. Very convenient.
