I came to Garcia’s to have some repairs done to my van due to a car accident. I am a stickler for family owned businesses and this one is just that. Jose’s parents were very welcoming and helpful. The work on my vehicle took a little longer than expected so Jose’ worked out a deal that would accommodate the extra time that it took. The price was already reasonable and I wasn’t even expecting the reduction! Hopefully, I won’t have another car accident any time soon, but if I do, I’d come back to The Garcia’s! These guys are the truth! Great customer service, honest and they are extremely diligent with their work. The prices are fair and they will work with you depending on your finances. The painter/ main body man has over 40 years experience they know what they are doing. I will repeat business with them when the time presents itself. I recommend 100% 💯

Amazing customer service! I never thought I’d be able to get the dent on the back of the cab of my truck fixed because it was so bad and in such a bad place but these guys were able to fix it and make it look brand new!! They also fixed my bent frame and added a rust preventative coating onto it for no charge! These guys are top notch and super reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to use them again!

They are rude and unprofessional 1st they tell you one price and than when you get there its different, he painted my car dust was all over my car with paint and when I ask him to make it right he wants more money to buff it.Such a waste if there is zero star I would give to them never ever recommend anyone.

I had great hope for this shop based on previous reviews but my experience was quite different. Jose was very helpful and always available in the beginning but once my car and the insurance check were in his possession things changed. I could never contact him and when I did he would tell me whatever just to get off the phone. After more then a month, my car was finally finished and looked ok. It had paint drips and uneven areas that they still needed to buff out in two weeks. I texted him after two weeks to see when I could come in for the final buffing and he said that he was running late and would call me when he got into the office.... that was over two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Horrible unprofessional service, poor quality paint and finishing, terrible communication. Dont even consider this shop, you will be sadly disappointed. After keeping my Kia for 12 weeks, he returned it with a check engine light on, indicating several sensors were not connected, my turbo is broken, and the front clip is so loose it rattles and shakes. I had to take my car to the Kia dealership immediately after taking delivery from Jose. And they found a laundry list of things not properly repaired, and the Turbo is blown because they didnt connect it properly to the tune of $4000. Lawsuit on they way!

Horrible service.No Communication and when we did talk to Joey on the phone he was extremely rude and unprofessional. They called us said the car was ready 1 week and 1 day PAST the insurance contract. We were on the way to pick up the car when Joey texted and said oh its not finished. Yall wanted another $42 storage fee from city/county. Which I already knew this BC I HV been in this industry before. You also told us the chrome piece the adjuster didnt add in was $49 not including labor...we bought that piece for $21.73. Plus you told us the mirror cost $110 without labor. I went to AutoZone and ordered the mirror for $39.99 and stuck it on myself.
