Abdul and his team did a great job on my front bumper and deck lid. He has reasonable prices. For what I paid for the whole job, I would have only gotten my bumper fixed elsewhere. The color match was perfect.

He gave me an excellent price to replace my hood and fix the whole front of my little blue Hyundai after an accident. I had some suspension work done at another shop, and as I drove to work I heard a metal scraping noise. I called Regency right at 8:15 am and Abdul said I could come in right away to get it looked at. He was quick to address the problem and he noticed a few other things that urgently needed repair (which the shop that did my suspension didn’t even notice).It was fixed quickly and I had it back later that day.I am only going to Regency Auto Repair from here on out. Very honest and they seem to care about your car.

I crumpled my front left bumper and panel when I hit a pole backing out. After going to a different shop for a quote, I thankfully found regency. The water pump of my 2012 Honda Accord was leaking so I took the car to the Regency Auto Body and Repair for estimate. The repair estimate to replace the water pump was very reasonable. The best part was that repair shop got it done in 3 hours while I waited. I did not had to drop off or pick up the car. This is the second time, I have been to this place and very satisfied with their charges and repair timings.

Haven’t written too many reviews before but felt the need to publicly recommend Regency Auto.I had a bad wreck on a VW Atlas hood. Got a quote from 4 other shops and all of them told me that they couldn’t fix the existing hood and that it had to be replaced, which would have costed me more than 3 times of what I eventually paid. Abdul fixed my original hood and it looks like it’s brand new. Highly highly recommend their workmanship and professionalism!

I took my car here right before they closed to get a quote to repair a gigantic dent I had on my driver-side door, and Abdul was able to give me a reasonable quote, no BS. I was a nervous wreck and unsure if I could trust this shop after all my passed bad experiences. Well, I was wrong. Mr. Abdul noticed how uncomfortable I was about leaving my car in his care for the first time. He insisted that I leave the car and find a ride home. I explained to him that I cannot leave my car. He thought it was not a good idea to stay in his shop because it may take a long time before the car will be checked. After all, his mechanics were busy. Well, I walked out of his shop to take a bus to get to my next designation. As I was walking, my gut feeling was telling me to follow my first mind. I turned around and went back into his shop and asked for my key. Mr. Abdul felt that I was stressing myself out and I did not trusted him or his work. The owner is amazing. He is knowledgeable, honest, and fast. My car broke down on the road, could not move, was towed, and was brought to his shop in the Morning. Given how bad the problem looked like, I thought it would at least take 2 or 3 days. But I got a phone call the same day in the afternoon, and the owner explain to me what the problem was befor he worked on it. And he fixed the car the same day With reasonable price. I was so happy when I picked up the car. That was a great and stress free experience. He’s also honest. When he found out that I overpaid for the replacement part, he gave me a refund the second day. (Their price was already good and I would have no way to figure out what the real price of a part). I would definitely trust him, recommend this shop, and go back myself.

Extremely honest and professional mechanic business I have visited.Went in for an A/C check up and expected to hear my compressor was out. They told me it was just low on Freon.The shop is clean, with a transparent glass screen so you can see what the mechanics are doing. The shop has a security gate in case you have to leave your car over night.

First off, its difficult finding a VERY GOOD mechanic thats not going to break the bank while trying to avoid the dealership. Ive dealt with that problem for a good while. I finally found that with Mr. Abdul and his staff at Regency Auto Repair. I had work done on two vehicles and his prices were better than two other mechanics we quoted. Theyre honest, meaning not only do they tell you what you actually need but they tell you what you dont so that you save as much money as you can. Most important is that theyre friendly and down to earth and the hours and location are convenient. Its an understatement for me to say that the service here is exceptional. Great experience. I had taken my car to 3 other mechanics who were unable to fix my air conditioner and couldnt figure out exactly what was wrong. I took my car to Regency and not only did they find the problem, it was an incredibly simple fix, and I was not overcharged at all. All the other mechanics grossly overcharged me and were unable to permanently fix my issue. I will definitely return if I need other repairs in the future

My insurance company was notified and I searched on yelp for the best and nearest auto repair shop around my area which led me to here. My vehicle was transferred from the tow yard to Regency. While throughout the time of the repairs, Mr. Abdul personally gave me his cell phone number and kept me up to date on the repairs by texting me and called if a problem was found. More so, when I went over my rental car time frame, he reimbursed me in full on the out of pocket costs I made! Now talk about the best and highest customer service out there! I rate the professionalism and absolute highest customer service of Regency 5/5!! If you ever need to have your car repaired, I highly recommend this place!!

I do not believe this score. They are not honest. $400 can be done work, but they charge $800 . It is lucky that I asked a second opinion from a honest mechanics and did not choose their service. When I went their facility, I did notice almost no customers there. Strange
