Houston Auto Tech nice family owned business. They have Great knowledge and courteous mechanics anytime I need anything done on my car I go to them they always provide a peace of mind plus quality work. They exceed my customer service expectation each time I visit.I had hydroplaned several months ago on 290 and they totally revived my car!! Looked amazing after paint job and major repairs.I’ll always recommend/send my friends and family here and I will continue to come back.

So, I crashed my car a couple times and got it fixed over here but this is a review about one of my best experiences with them. So I had totaled my car and the owner Yousef, really nice guy gave me option to purchase a car in his lot and fix it because of how much bad luck Ive had. I took his offer and man the car the sexiest car Ive ever seen in my life. I call her Satsuki she is beautiful. The took about three weeks to fix it from the point it was at to what it become, It was glorious i do have a wrap on the car but they also put a spoiler on my car as well it matches the paint perfectly. Thank You, Houston Auto Tech and Yousef.

I recently ordered a mirror replacement for my BMW from Houston auto tech and I got to say this was the best experience I have had with a collision center! The staff at Houston auto tech are very friendly and knowledgeable about repairs, they make you feel welcomed and will go above and beyond to help! I highly recommend Houston Auto Tech. They treated me like family and assured me many times that they would take care of all the details after my auto accident. I was worried that Id have to pay out-of-pocket for portions of the job, but they assured me that theyd work with the claims adjuster and that everything would be taken care of. They kept true to their promise and after a LOT of effort on their part, my car was returned to me in EXCELLENT condition. They took are of all the details with the insurance company and the car rental company. They are my Auto Body Repair shop for life, but hopefully Ill never need them again! :-)

One of their tow trucks flew by us going at least 100MPH in a 60 and nearly lost control.

He towed my car and charged me 3 times the going rate. was rude and obnoxious ..... most unprofessional owner Ive ever met and i had told and misc items missing from my car.

I had to get my sons Pathfinder repaired last summer after someone backed into it at the Cynthia Woods parking lot in the Woodlands. Houston Tech informed me that I could file it under my insurance and it wouldnt cause his insurance premiums to increase. They did a great job repairing the vehicle and match the paint to perfection. Highly recommended...

These people are rip-off and scam artists. They will wreck your vehicle and then charge exorbitant fees when you try to get your vehicle back. This happened to me at my apartment complex. I do not recommend anyone to do business with these people!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Timely Job! The staff was kind and honest. Great job Houston Auto Tech!

First time i went they did a great job, it was perfect. 2nd time I went they lied allot and took way to long, I had to call up their once a week for over 8 months to check on statues. When i finally got my vehicle back they didnt do what they promised and they had broken parts that their personal did why fixing it. I will never use them again.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here, they have great customer service and my repairs were fantastic. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Horrible service if i could ill add 0 stars the took so long to fix my car my geico insurance took 2 days to response and this plp kept making excuses and giving me grong dates to when it was going to be done so had to have hassle with work and rental cars never going back only reason i went their is cause my tow truck guy rico recommended me their bad choice and then they had the oddosity to charge me the deductable neveeeeeeerrrrrr ever going back

The guy that towed my truck was rude and this was the most horrible experience ever he was telling me to shut up because i made him wait for a while and he wouldnt accept change from people like me which was a very unnecessary racist comment he also took my truck because he was being unpatient and ran super fast through the speed bumps my mom had to block him and he came back after all he parked it wrong WOULDNT recommend this service to anyone!!!!

Sneaky, want to charge extra

Here I do not recommend them much. I took my car to fix. Because they beat me. They were slow to deliver it to me. I got a bad service, the expensive was good. But a piglet was left inside the motor as if they were painting drunk. And all paint was left in the car and I returned after 5 months because the new Bosina. Did not work. And it was new and had paint. But the owner is a very good slingshot. But they have poor service.
