Great, hardworking and trustworthy. I needed an Artisan Spirits carbon fiber lip kit clear coated for my Lexus LC500. They encountered some fish eye effect when they initially clear coated it and let me know of the issue. They expressed to me that the job would take a little bit longer but it would be done right and the quality would be excellent. They delivered on that promise. Excellent service, great communication throughout, answered every phone call and email promptly. Would highly recommend.

This is the only place I would ever use. They kept me informed on what was going on with my car. They came highly recommended by a Cadillac dealer whom I trust completely. They didn’t disappoint. I felt completely stress free just knowing they had my car and was doing the repairs. The owner himself walked me around my car and explained everything to me they had done and asked me if I was satisfied more than once. They don’t just say they want customer satisfaction they strive for it and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. They are a 10+ for sure.

I recently had body and paint work performed on my 2017 and my wifes 2015 vehicles and Finest Auto did a terrific job. They were warm and professional all throughout, were transparent regarding the fees and they met their committed timelines.They are not the least expensive option, but I thought their quality was well worth it and I truly felt I was dealt with honestly. I just want to thank Emilio and his team for bringing my car back to life! I am beyond happy with the service that I received on getting my car repaired. My car was in a horrible accident that left my taillights smashed, door smashed, trunk smashed, and the bumper missing. Had my vehicle repaired there a few times. Quality repairs but lack customer concern. Front wheel has a wobble, they blame the wheel alignment. 2 wheels were repaired. They had 2 alignments performed and still has a problem. I guess I have to pay for what my insurance company could have paid for.

Finest Auto and Body did an amazing job on two of my vehicles. I thought it may be something more expensive, but they were very honest and forthcoming. They told me the higher estimate, but promised to fix it for the lower cost if it wasn’t necessary. I am pleased with the headlight restoration and repairs they did to my exterior trim, bumper and door handle. I will definitely use them when I need these services in the future.

Best auto body shop in town! Ive been going to EJ @ Finest Auto for 2 years now. As you can see in my pictures, I use to drive a modded, custom wrapped 370Z. It looked amazing, handled amazing. But the problem with a lowered car in Houston is THE ROADS HERE SUCK! I scraped everywhere. Every place has an egregious curb that feels like it takes an SUV to clear. My front bumper would scrape, along with my undershroud. Heck, one time a tire on a semi blew in front of me on I-10, and half of it started rolling towards my car. I was sandwiched between two other vehicles, neither of which moved over or made room for me to maneuver. So BAM this lowered import sports car runs over a partial blown tire at 55mph. It messed up my front bumper and undershroud; which in turn, over time, messed up my wheel wells (as seen in the pictures). The multiple times Ive had to bring my car to EJ, its always been fixed perfectly, timely, and with honest transparent billing. Im serious when I say Ive never trusted anyone with my car more than these guys.Ive had custom car needs, and they handled it amazingly. The front bumper and vented fenders seen in the Cars picture are aftermarket. One of the fenders was originally damaged to where one body shop said its unrepairable. They repaired it and installed it, and it looks unbelievable. Their work with paint and body is flawless. Im telling you, once you work with these guys you wont go anywhere else. Ive worked with a few other body shops in town. One of them ripped me off continuously, and I didnt find out until it was $3500 too late. Another was good, and fair on pricing. But the work wasnt great. These guys are a great price with great work.I just got back my Q50 (someone backed into me, and their insurance covered it). It seriously looks better than before the accident! Thank you for being a safe place to take my car, EJ! I cant recommend anyone higher than these guys. The best!

The owners of Finest Auto Body and Paint are truly amazing! They are great people to work with and are very honest. Their business is highly recommended because theyre honesty and goodwill are seen from the owners to the shop guys.Ive used them for a couple of accident claims where we were not at fault and the process Emigdio and Noe provided has been smooth as possible.I have also used them for minor touch ups that needed to be fixed, like door trim replacement and dent removals from hit and runs in parking lots and the out of pocket costs are always reasonable and the vehicles look brand new!They communicate with you on the status of everything. What usually happens is that the low rated insurance companies that charge their customers cheap prices dont like to pay claims their customers are at fault for and really slow the shops great work.

The clear coat that protects the paint was beginning to chip on the drivers side of my car. Emilio was extremely helpful even before I came into the shop. I really recommend this shop. Noe & Emigdio gave me a really good quote for my 2016 ATS Cadillac. They only took a few days to get the repairs done. Tint shop dropped a heat gun on my brand new 2018 Denali truck (less than 25 miles) denting and chipping the paint on the front fender. The repair was flawless even though the factory paint has a heavy metallic. It is completely undetectable. Work was done in less than three days and when I went to pick it up, they reduced the bill since the repair went faster than was estimated. You don’t find shops doing that very often. I will definitely be using Finest Auto again!

Had to get a headlight bulb replaced, I tried doing it myself and ended up breaking the clip it needed to hook onto to stay in place. Emigdio and his crew engineered a perfect way to get the light bulb to stay on securely. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.

I arrived at Finest Auto Body and paint and my car was checked in and the owner explained the process to me. He told me that I did not need to be concerned about when the car was going to be ready because he would call me if the date and time he gave me changed. It did not change. Our car was repaired. It is also important to note that damage from a previous collision was discovered because it had not repaired by Harris County Body Shop. I took the car to HCBS for a previous repair and was not happy with how long it took their shop to return my car. So, not only was my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. The shop repaired damage that was left from a prior accident.
