We got an oil change done here and it went so well! The staff was super friendly and the store was clean and offered complimentary drinks and coffee. I had a great time and will be coming here for all of my vehicle needs.

I brought my car in after working on my own brakes and they were able to fully identify the problem and mistake I made and tell me what it was before working on anything, so I could consent or not to any repairs they may want to make, along with the price of any repair. The people were very cooperative and helpful. The only reason why the review is 4 stars and not 5 is because of a timing issue; the employee said if I brought my car in soon as possible, they would be able to finish up on the end of that same day. I ended up getting my car the next day a few hours later. Overall very professional and amazing service and would definitely recommend to others about this business!

I dropped my Tundra off to fix some side damage and get painted. The establishment was very clean and professional. I really like the up-to-date texts about how my repairs were going and estimated date for completion. I received a text on it to be ready on the 28th and was notified 3 days early that it was ready for pick up. The body work and paint job was done very well and looks as if there was never anything wrong with it. Great Job and I am definitely pleased.

I got a new compressor installed. The a/c air felt cold on the day that I picked up my car. The next day around noon I had trouble getting the a/c to put out cold air. After trying it on 72 degrees and that not helping, I finally put the setting on low. After I had driven several miles, it seemed to be cycling, meaning it would put out cool (not cold) air for a while, and then started putting out air that was not even cool. Finally around 1:00 pm, I rolled a couple of windows down, and realized that the air outside was cooler than the air in my car. I am wondering if the car has any refrigerant in it, or if it has some in it, but it is leaking out of the system. I need to take the car back to them to find out why the a/c isn’t putting out cold air.

Weve been bringing our vehicles here for 8 years and we have always been more than happy with our experience. We live in Waller now and still make the drive into Cypress because we love them so much. I used Elite Auto about a year ago to do some body work due to getting T-boned by another driver whose insurance sent me there. They were very flexible when it came to dropping my car off, and one of the guys even took me to the car rental place since I had no one to take me there.I should have left a review for them back then because they really deserved to hear how much I appreciated all they were doing. It took a little over a week for everything to be ready, which l didn’t mind as the other driver’s insurance covered it. During that time, I was given daily updates. When I picked my car up, you couldn’t even tell anything had happened to it. They matched the color of the new door and areas they repaired perfectly!!! I wish I could remember the name of the guy that worked with me back then, because he and his crew definitely earned gold stars!Now, moving forward to the present...Once again I found myself going to Elite Auto, only this time it was a mechanical issue. The windshield wiper on the driver side decided not to work. It couldn’t have picked a better time, we were in the middle of a several day forecast of rainy weather. I drive there, in the rain, thanking the powers that be for light rain that day and the creators of RainX. I made it there. They were very helpful and continued to treat me as they would any other customer even thought I might have been a bit frustrated with the situation.When it was time for me to pick up my car, I had some issues with my credit card and it kept getting declined. I called them and they told me they would release the security hold on it immediately. I was fine with that and told the agent I’d like to keep her on the phone in case there were any issues with it. That’s when she told me it would take three to five business days for it to process!!! I was livid! Alex was the one handling my case, and patiently work with me so I’d be able to take my car home that day. There are no words to accurately describe my gratitude, so I’m hoping this will at least show him how appreciative I am for all he and his fellow employees for all they did.In case it’s not obvious, I’d definitely recommend Elite Auto for not just electrical and mechanical issues, but for their body work!

I want to single out Adam B at Elite Auto Experts. We were getting our Nissan Altima ready for our daughter to drive back to college in NC and he went above and beyond with information and service to make sure the car, which had 100K miles out it, to be in tip top shape for her drive back to NC. He was always available and shared specific information to our needs. This is her first time being away with a vehicle to maintain and he even provided a maintenance schedule we could give her. We were totally at ease with the service of the car before she drove off. The only thing that made us nervous, was the drive for her, but Adam took care of the rest. This establishment is very professional and courteous to everyone. I needed my state inspection and they were very understanding due to the difficulties of having my car registered in different county. I drove all the way here due to the location being convenient to my childhood home, and they advise me on the procedures for returning my vehicle back into the state of Texas. Got a quote from a different shop and was told there that I needed to replace my compressor and condenser. Went to Elite and they told me no, just change the compressor. The service performed was a B1 maintenance on an Acura vehicle. This entails an engine oil and filter change, Front and rear brake inspection and a Parking brake adjustment. Elite performed all this at half the dealers price.

This family owned business is the place to go for your car needs. I been a customer for a few years now and I always leave with a peace in mind knowing they are honest and fair. I love that regardless of the service they suggest what it might need but they share pictures and details of the problem. They do not force you into anything and most importantly they are friendly.

I was sent a text from Elite during oil they told me my transmission pan gasket was leaking and I needed brakes during checkout the guy on the left I guess he thought I was going to leave with or thought I could - not pay I was trying to tell him I have Max care Im going to get paperwork I told him I will leave the car he was worried about the oil change payment after I made the payment, that was it. I left and took the car to the dealership where Max are covered ALL repairs

I love Elite Auto Care! I’ve gone many times, and every single time I’ve gone they’ve been honest and so helpful for me. The one time I even slightly had a “bad” experience was only because my car was acting up and after an hour they couldn’t figure out why, so I was going to be charged another 2 hours of work even if it only took another 30 minutes to find the problem. I’m a college student, so I told them nevermind and that I would just pay what I owe and leave. At that point, the guy at the front told me not to worry about the work they had done as he felt bad that they didn’t figure out the issue for me, and that I just needed to pay 35 for the oil change they did. I didn’t ask for an oil change as I had just been there two weeks before and had one done. He felt awful for misunderstanding me and gave me a free oil change coupon as well as a $25 off coupon for the next visit. I’ve gone multiple times since then, no issues, and I really love that they take pictures of everything and send you a web link to view them! It makes the experience so much easier and you really know they’re being honest whereas most places try to upcharge you and tell you issues are there that really aren’t. I love this place and am extremely saddened that I’m moving across the country soon so I won’t be able to come back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially the FM-529 location!!

Worst customer service i’ve ever seen

I just received my car back from Elite, I was honestly just going to sell it because Jaguars are expensive to maintain when they are out of warranty, but my car is in great shape and I really battled with the decision. The reason I kept the car is because I found Elite Auto Experts and they are fair, thorough and a place I know I can now count on for repairs properly done, plus I really liked the customer service there. Alex is excellent and knowlegeable about what needs to be done to the car, and he was also conscious that cost was an issues for me and provided different options and took care of me. I now feel like I have a new car and I am so happy with my decision. Thank you all!!

Alex and the rest of the team at Elite Auto Experts did a wonderful job repairing the suspension and tire damage to my vehicle. On top of that, it only look them a few days from when I dropped off my car. (With the amount of damage incurred, I expected a minimum of a week.) All of this was also done at a reasonable price. I will definitely return if and when I need any sort of service.

Recent repair for 2013 Jeep Patriot. Had a stubborn error message that was related to the throttle control body. Took the Jeep to my general mechanic that took too trips and at least two weeks and three different car rentals. General mechanic was honest enough to say he couldnt figure it out. We had decided to take the Jeep to the dealership but online info had similar cases repaired for major repair costs. We found Elite Auto experts and decided to try them instead. Mr. Alex did a great job in reassuring me they would not give up until the problem was found. The shop made good on all their promised timelines and expertly diagnosed the problem. It was a problem with the manifold intake. Repair was quoted and comparable to market prices. The guys were professional and got my Jeep up back running. Havent had an issue since. Service was great and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Elite Auto for a job well done!

Am a long time customer and this time was for a wheel alignment and vehicle inspection. As always the work was performed in a timely manner and expertly. COVID precautions were in place and is appreciated.

I came to this place because I had good recommendations on professionalism. I had to get a new compressor. I walked in the door at 7:40am, they open at 7:30am. They took their time to do the diagnostic. Then they told me it would be done at 4pm. Okay, seemed extreme but I borrowed one of their loaner cars and went home. It’s 5 and my car is no where near done. They kept pushing it back and back and back when I called them. $1,638 later, I’m still here!!! There is a good car shop closer to my house that would’ve finished faster. As I’m sitting here, another guy also leaves and tells them, “I’m just going to have to come back for it another day.” I’ve never experienced this anywhere with any work on my car. Never again!! Extremely upset.

I usually do love this place, until today. If you go, make sure you deal with Alex. The Adam guy is terrible and probably wont go back because of him. Hoping Alex can smooth this over one day in the future.Edit:Alex contacted me later and made things right for me. Thank you Alex!

Just as the name says, the customer service is elite! They truly do go out of their way to ensure every customer is taken care of. Mario was very personable & quoted a fair price plus explained parts needed. I will definitely refer customers to them.

Had a couple of bad experiences my wife took her car in because her front sensor was too sensitive going off told me that didnt have the right computer to diagnose it but that I needed a bigger battery checked with my buddy at the dealership the battery we have is sufficient they wanted to sell me a battery and then if that didnt work it wont try to sell me something else ever since I moved into the new building I dont trust them.

Spoke with Mario L. (12/04/2020) to have my vehicle inspected after an accident. I asked a lot of questions and he rushed me through the process. It seemed like he was just pushing me through as quick as possible. I called the auto center to arrange the drop off 5 days later I agreed to have the car looked at; and then, after having the car towed to Elite Auto Center, I called to see the status of my car. Adam explained to me that the car would not be seen for another two months, and that there was no place to keep my car at the lot.This was an extreme inconvenience and has caused major issues with me coming home for the holidays. Furthermore, My insurance company has had to accommodate and adjust for your mistakes. I suggest having a better system in place for communication and customer service.

Went to get an estimate for bumper damage the guy sitting on the counter did not have a mask on while they have a sign on the door mask required. He told me to wait for someone to come and give you estimate, waited for 10 minutes when I asked him again then he called somebody and said I have to wait for another 15 minutes. I figured they are not desperate to get new business so I left.It is interesting how they response to positive review only. That shows how much they care about their services.

I will start by saying the repair of my BMW was great. Paint so far matches the rest of the car which is hard to do in a 18 year old car. My front fender was damaged so this folks repaired it. My car had the rear window regulators bad and they went out of their way to put the windows up which in my view was awesome. Now the only reason I gave 4 stars and hope this helps as feedback to their management. Communication was really bad. Insurance company said would take 4 days. Well this folks took about 11 days. Now this was not the main problem since this a spare car for us. The problem is no one had the courtesy to call me and keep me updated on what was going on. I called after a few days and boom after speaking to the lady at the front i got the 1st update. Then another 2 to 3 days went by and nothing so I called and the same lady told me they had sent in an extra bill to insurance and needed an extra molding ordered. Again I had to make a call to find this out. So in short I was dissatisfied that I had to start calling for updated instead of them updating me as they promise. The lady said we are extremely busy. But I am sorry I can take that as an excuse since you accepted to do my work and you promise to me a client to keep me updated. Other than this lack of communication you guys would have gotten 5 stars.UPDATE:Since I got the car back I had to bring it back once since fender well cover was not installed properly and tire was hitting it. They took care of that and also fender side marker was mounted and was lose and they said was adjusted to fit better. So far so good for now.

I took my car to get it diagnosed. 2 codes poped up and want to charge over a 1,000to fixed it. They said it was 2 parts. Declined the service and change 2 little senors that cost me 100 bucks each. Lmao for real. And that wasnt even the problem. It ended up being the o2 senors which they couldnt even figure out. Dont go here guys. Autozone could have done this for free.

I just got my 17 corolla fixed here for collision and paint and they gave me better prices than anyone. It was $2100 at the dealership and I paid $1300 here. They also cleaned my car, inside and out. They got it done in 3.5 days and they were super professional and nice about everything. Melissa was the front desk who dealt with me a lot and she was very nice and explained everything well. My estimator was Ahmad and he gave me the best price I could’ve gotten. I brought my old car here too and they give great service every time

I recently moved to the area from Florida and had no idea of what the procedure was to transfer my vehicle to Texas. When I found out I needed an inspection here, I found elite auto online. When I came to ask about the prices, they were very patient and very informative.When I arrived for the vehicle location, I had my Florida insurance information but was having difficulty finding my texas insurance policy. This team checked for the insurance through the state and inspected my car before. I finally went to them, frustrated and embarrassed that I couldnt find the texas policy. When I went up to make another appointment so I could have the right policy with me, .They informed me they already confirmed my insurance and inspected my car. They then filed me in on the next steps for the plates.Elite auto went above and beyond for me without even knowing me. These guys are super nice with great integrity and I would ask that you try them out yourselves!

In addition I’ve never had any issues after repairs , yes it may get expensive when using their parts BUT they have a credit card that enables you to pay within a year no additional interest ! . They told me my air compressor needed to be replaced and gave me a quote of over $1200 to fix it. I took it to the Cadillac dealership and they said it was just low in freon. Air has been working fine ever since!

The facility itself is nice and clean. They offer free water, coffee, and fountain drinks while you wait. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait so long in the lobby and even offered a ride back to the shop. Alex explained everything to me and took me out to the car and showed me a few things. He even sent me a link to their report along with pictures which was nice because I was able to share that with my husband who was at work at the time. The fee for repairs was fair and less than what I was expecting. They approved me for 12months interest free payments through Synchrony bank which was very helpful. My car had to stay overnight so they lent me one of their cars for a day. The only thing I didn’t like was that the car they lent me was run down and not clean. It had trash/food crumbs on the seats and cup holders. It was FREE though which I appreciate. My car works fine now and I haven’t had any problems. Overall I had a great experience and will be going back.

Decided to give this place a try for their $49.95 alignment special, and also due to the high reviews, and was incredibly pleased!!! I called on a Saturday (not knowing they close at 1) to try and get the alignment done right after my new tires were put on, and if it had been done earlier Im fairly certain theyd have stayed a bit late to help me which is incredible! Unfortunately, the tires werent done until 12:40 so I waited and set an online appointment for 8 a.m. the following Monday. When i arrived there was already a car on the alignment machine, but I honestly only waited maybe 30 minutes and was done!!! Cant be more pleased with this business, and i will definitely be back for future maintenance/repair needs!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!!
