I had my car repaired here a couple months ago (driver door and front bumper) and it looked great. However, the front bumper has now popped out a bit. I took it back to service king since they have a “lifetime guarantee” and the manager told me that they never fixed my bumper and had no pictures of that repair. What?!? Now they are refusing to fix the bumper. If you go here make sure to take plenty of your own before and after pictures. Very shady place.

Mike, Cesar, and the ladies at the front desk were all phenomenal. I had to go through insurance and they were hard to deal with mike assured me that they’re going to do the work to get suitable parts on my car because they insurance wanted to use all used parts on my car. I could not be more happier when I received my car the grill to the paint to the job that was done under the hood. I love this location I’ll definitely be referring others to the location.

I got into a wreck and took my car here for repair. The updates weren’t so great as they said it would be. They do lack in communication, so call for actual updates. I was impressed with my car’s repair however I was told upon the completion of the service there would be a detail cleaning and when i got my car back it was dirty from the inside, untouched. The outside was not clean either. Other than that I would recommend this place. Thank you for the repair

Service King is an awesome place to do business with. The people are very friendly and are eager to please. I was from out of town and had all four tires and rims stolen and the insurance company recommended this company. They took real good care of me. I received text messages from them daily with a status update on my car. I had my vehicle back in 3 days and when I picked up my car, I had a rental and they returned the rental for me. I would use them again and also recommend them to family and friends.

Great honest people in the Car world is very hard to come by. The people here are professional. I had a very minor scratch on my car and other places were quoting me 3 times the price they were offering. They were honest with me on the process and exactly what they were going to do. Jessy was the individual that helped in and out quick.

My insurance recommended this shop for an accident I had. They exceeded my expectations. They quoted me a great price to paint my door unrelated to the accident. They finished the job within a couple of days. I was also given an update every day. Also when I picked up my vehicle it had been vacuumed which was a lovely surprise. I definitely recommend this shop. Dont hesitate to stop by.

I took my car here after being hit. They did amazing keeping me updated about my car. Although we had some hiccups with my insurance Mike did an awesome job making sure I got taken care of. My car looked spectacular upon pickup and they even washed and detailed it. I would definitely use them again!! Thank you Mike and Service King!!

I was told that my car would be ready for pick up 3 different times and it was not finished so it was push back. When I finally did get my car it was so dirty I was shocked. When I question them about their promise of hand over a clean car, the staff member said well it was washed but it rained. I do not recommend this repair shop.

Took a work truck here to get fixed bumper was put on crooked. When I asked why guy told me he didnt know. If I wouldnt of called it out they were not going to fix it right.

This place is trash. Had my vehicle for 2 months and couldnt fix it right. Head light and fog light came off. Lost the fog light on the freeway. The bumper was not painted to match the vehicle and the grill did not fit. When all these things were brought up their excuse was the insurance and they wanted to keep it another 2 months to fix it right. This place doesnt deserve one star. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I took my jeep to get repair at service king collision on Gulf freeway. Excellent front desk, friendly, helpful and hospitality. I talk to Coby and I ask him about the time frame of my vehicle. He promised me three days. Those three days were promised. My Jeep looks brand new again thanks to Service King team getting it done. Very happy with the results. I would recommend you to come and I hope I do more business with Service King.

Great service. The company kept you informed with text updates through the process. They called the rental car to pick me up at the location and I was able to leave the rental car there once service was completed.

My car ended up being a total loss so I didn’t get any repairs done, but experience was not good and their entrance is an accident waiting to happen. I received a text saying I will be getting updates throughout the progress but never did. I never got a hold of them either, probably because there was only one lady running in & out because they want people to stay in their cars for service, but people don’t listen, so while I was following their rules everyone else that drove after me ended up getting served first. Not until my insurance called me 2 weeks later is when I finally got an update.

Had my car repaired here in January it took about a month because there were a lot of damages. Unfortunately, I had to to return because my check engine light came on after the repairs. We weren’t sure what the cause was but the GM Mike Clifton helped me himself and looked at the vehicle with me and promised it would get sorted. When I turned my car back in there was only one day turn around and everything was handled. Mike really helped me with something that could have been a huge inconvenience if I had gone somewhere else.

Very Professional, Very Clean, Very PoliteFor VW to have such a bad rep, they did a really good job fixing my Passat. I got in a collision incident with a curb. Ruined my axels and alignment plus majorly more. A lot needed to be repaired and replaced. I was really worried the car would not be running new again. Price was expensive as hell, but you pay for what you get. I got my car in almost perfect condition and runs just as new from once I first got it. We just have a few things electronically wise that need to be still fixed, (not how the cars condition was originally), and my car will be perfect. Thanks again you guys

I had to use a few different body shops (collision center) over the years,Service King is the best,fantastic customer service/relations, I felt very comfortable.The service advisor (JIMMY GLASS)was very nice and helpful.

Had my car repair insurance paid for it. Getting my car back they didnt offer to help a single mom with two infants moving chair seats from loaner or anything. Getting my car home the hubcap came off and regular bolt were on the rim not lug nuts but bolts. Thats not suppose to be on the car its a safety issue.

Stay away from this repair shop they are totally rigged up with the insurance companies over exaggerating on the repair price just to scam you out of money worst place in Houston I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!...
