Visited several shops before deciding where I wanted my truck get worked on and when I got to CARSTAR Champions I knew it was the place.The staff was friendly and professional from the get go and workmanship is high quality. Horrible experience! Owner Kevin lies to your face . My wife took our 2018 Toyota Tundra to replace catalytic converter which was stolen. So, my insurance paid every thing. When she went to pick up the truck, the engine light came on immediately after she has left the place. She has called them and they have lied to her that she needs to drive the truck for 50 miles so it can reset itself. I took the truck back and Kevin (owner) apologized and told me that the mechanic forgot to install the O2 sensor. Drove the truck off the lot and again the engine light came on again. Took it back and Kevin said that I need the right side converter replaced because it was bad. I said, i need a second opinion and took it to Toyota dealership. The dealership confirmed that Kevin has installed a bad sensor. Then i have took the truck back the 4th time and Kevin had the nerve to lie to me again and to tell me that the 2018 Toyota Tundra needs a new computer. Lies, lies and lies. Dont trust this man!

Horrible place to get your car fixed. Took my Malibu in because I got side swiped on the freeway. They said it would be a 2 week and ended up taking 5 weeks. I called the 2nd week and they told me they had only one person doing all the work and that they were on vacation that same week. On top of that they left a hole in my back door that was never even there and they didnt even put my back door back together properly. So whenever you close it, it rattles because they didnt put it together. Do NOT take your car here. They just lie ruin your car more than when you take it.

I have had a bad experience with this shop. I took my car to them and they asked me to bring in after 3 weeks for body work. They told me that it will take 3-4 days to fix the car. I dropped the car on their designated date on a Monday. Their representative told me that it should be done by Friday. When I called in on Friday to check in on the car, oops....I was told that the work was not even started on the car and they will call me whenever.....this is so unprofessional and unreliable. I waited first for 3 weeks to get my car in and then another week - and no one there paid any attention to the car. I got my car back without any repairs. Never going to this shop again.

Went with this body shop through my insurance and I regret it so much. Took over 4 weeks to replace a tire, the rubber around the tire and the glass on my taillight. If you had seen the minor damage to my vehicle you would’ve never assumed it would take a month which I truly didn’t either. It was supposed to be 3 weeks but as the expected date approached they kept pushing it back day by day. Horrible with updates, and when I did get to pick it up one part was put on so sloppily. Don’t send your vehicle here even if your insurance recommends it

Working with Eric at Carstar made my accident a worthwhile experience. He kept me up-to-date and worked with my insurance company. Eric and the Carstar family fought for me with the other drivers insurance leaving me with little to no worries about my truck. The work made it like new. I addressed specific issues and they made it right. All of my repair work will be done at Carstar with Eric. The single most enjoyable accident I ever had.

Absolutely best service I have received. They got my car done way faster than I had anticipated. I went in with 2 insurance claims from different companies. They handled both companies amazing and kept it consistent so I could get my car back quick. PJ was a great help and always kept me informed of what was going on. My 75 year old mother was offered a few locations to have her car repaired. She has a 2009 lexus es350. It has 330,000 miles on it. However, you would not think so given the condition she has kept it.The car was in a hit and run, going about 45mph. The other vehicle was a truck and they slammed on their brakes and rammed the front passenger side.My mother finds out she has uninsured motorist and takes it to CARSTAR. In addition to the body damage, the steering when out. CARSTAR immediately took the position that the damaged steering is due to a leak from wear and tear.I then explained my mother has her car serviced regularly and we have the receipt from one month prior to the accident showing everything on the car was fine. Than when we had an estimate done from the damage, maybe 1.5 months afterward, that now has all the damage.Well, out insurance company called and denied the claim. The issue here is, when I mother went to pick up the car, they told her everything was fixed. They sent her off in a car where you can be driving and the steering wheel looses traction and you can swerve off the road.I dont know how all of this works but if I had to guess, they wanted to get paid for the body work before anything else as they knew they were going to recommend to reject the claim for the mechanical work.I dont have any evidence that this is the case. However, when you have evidence that the car was inspected before the accident and then after, that to me is a pretty sound position. For them to lie to my mother and send her off in a car that could vere off the road is unethical.I feel they help the insurance company deny claims when possible so they remain on their lists . Everyone wins but the little 75 year old woman.I will never select this place and nor will my mother and I do not recommend to ever go here.

Made an appointment on their website over the weekend. They called first thing Monday morning to confirm my appt! I was there to get an estimate and worked with Mr. Alex. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me and I was actually able to get my car repaired that day, thanks to him. I would go back for any work needed in the future in a heartbeat and I’ve already recommended the shop to handful of friends/family.

Had the pleasure of working with Alex Cruz. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I had my Jeep broken into and rear ended. Alex and his people were able to fix everything in less than 2 weeks. Throughout the days I would receive calls to get updates. I’m very happy with the result and the customer service. 10/10 recommended.

I was rear-ended and this was one of 3 choices by the other persons insurance company. I didnt really want to hassle with the repairs so picked the one closest to my house. I read the reviews and this one lived up to all the positive reviews. They delivered communication to me when they said they would and when there was a parts delay, they immediately let me know. Car was delivered as promised and the work was flawless. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my car was returned to me. I dont anticipate needing body work but would gladly take my car back.

We took our Ford Edge here for repairs from a minor accident. It came back to us looking like nothing ever happened. (Rear quarter panel and bumper repair) Also, it looked like it had just left a detail shop, the inside was spotless! These guys take great pride in their work! They even returned my rental car for me and offered rides to and from the rental place. It was the easiest “inconvenience” I have ever dealt with! I will definitely use them in the future if I ever have this happen again.

Went in for a quote today and saw Donny. He took a look, said wait 5 minutes and brought back the car fixed! Donny was great! Highly recommend this place. Others all had quoted over $1000 with no alternatives. Nice there is people like Donny you can trust!

Was a great experience. On a scale from 1-10 it was no doubt an 11. Kevin, Eric and the girls in the front office were tremendous. They could not have been more polite. The entire experience from dropping the vehicle off to picking it up was a breeze. They are very efficient, professional and kind. I would recommend this shop to my grandmother. I have only amazing things to say about Carstar Champion Body Shop!!! My 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Black Widow was smashed, i didn’t think they could make her look like new! But they went above and beyond ! From start to finish the entire process with Alex was super easy. He kept me informed from start to finish, and also made it feel personal . Every time i called, he answered every question i had . My truck had extensive damage more than 20k worth , and they had it repaired in 3 weeks . Thanks so much !!!

I had paint and body work done on my 1990 Nissan GTR they touched up the front bumper spoiler and mirrors making it look 20 years newer and a customer service was very friendly.

This shop is hands down 5 stars ,great friendly staff eager to help along with excellent craftsmanship. For the repairs I needed they preformed high quality work within a small period of time. Fixed everything, took care of me, and made sure the car was better than before. This is a must see place for any thing vehicle related.

I took my car here for a simple fender liner replacement. The job was done fairly quick and clean. My only complaint is that their final invoice was about %20 higher than the initial estimate. They’d done a full inspection of the issue, and for this simple job, the quote most be quite accurate. It’s unfair!

From the get go, this company did a great job. Eric took great care of me and my vehicle. Their rates beat a few other places around the Prestonwood Forest area for body work. I had a piece of a panel replaced and it looks just like it did before the damage. The painting matches perfectly. They gave me a time frame of 7 days and even had it ready a day before it was supposed to be ready. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done.

Had a substantial dent due to my neighbor backing into my car, so I decided to bring my car to the closest auto repair shop in my area, which is CARSTAR Champions. I put off repairing my car for over a month because as a college student/commuter, I need my car to drive to school. Once I finally made the time and brought it into CARSTAR Champions, I was immediately impressed by not only their exceptional quality of customer service but also the quality of the repairs and how quickly they got everything taken care of for me. Josie is amazing and very helpful, especially being that I am someone who knows little to nothing about cars, she informed me of everything I needed to know and kept me updated throughout the ENTIRE process. Not only did they fix my dent, but they also went above and beyond with aligning my tires, buffing out minor scratches, and even cleaning the INSIDE of my car additional to a car wash for the outside. My car looks as good as new!!! I chose CARSTAR Champions for the convenience of being close to me, but after my experience with them, I wish I had brought in my car sooner and I would recommend this place to everyone.
