I normally am very hesitant to go to mechanic shops but was welcomed and greeted with the greatest customer service here! They offer a free diagnostic in which told me exactly what was going on with my car and provided photos and explanations with full transparency. They created an estimate with how much everything would cost and gave me options as far as how to go about it. I will definitely continue going here for future services!

Absolutely love this place from the time I stepped in. Originally came in for an alignment being told previously from other mechanic shops that I needed an alligment to fix my steering problem. Prior to acting on my vehicle they offered me a multi -point inspection that diagnosed my car as a whole which sent a report to my phone to know exactly where my car stands in all its components. Turns out that I needed to do some suspension work that I thought the other mechanics have done! Im very happy with the transparency this company offers and the quality work that they do!

The absolute best! First time having to locate a body shop to do body work on my 2021 BMW. After going all around town getting quotes I found this shop. They instantly put my worries at ease and worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable, found parts that were close to impossible to getting, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Highly recommend, not only great work on my car but great customer service which is rare these days. Pricing isn’t bad at all.

Great service and amazing work! I had body work done on my car after an accident and now it looks good as new! They treat their customers like family. I used to always get everything done from Toyota but after visiting this shop they got themselves a permanent customer thanks to their affordable pricing and amazing service. Wow. This place was so unprofessional. I pulled up and had to flag somebody. A boy came out to help. I just needed a $10 tire plug. There were so many cars broken down and jacked up I could not even pull in properly. When I got out I was escorted into the most raggedy waiting room and it was super smokey from all the cigarettes. I said I prefer to wait outside. The escorts got a cup and poured some water. I thought it was for me. Nope! When they finished nobody told me. I had to finally walk in and ask. I will NEVER go back to that place. Worst tire service of my life and Im in my 40s.

I live about 35 miles away and was in the area and needed urgent help late in the evening. Despite the late hours the owner mr Simon took great care of me. Found awesome tires to be real awesome operation with professionals and trustworthy owner. Ever since I have adopted this shop to take care of all my automotive needs. Its hard to find knowledgable mechanics and honesty when it comes to automotive repair maintenance and pricing. I highly recommend awesome tires and I sill commute the distance.

I came without a car issue-instead i had a stripped nut, that I had been trying to get off my bike, to replace the tire.This guy, came out immediately, and said he was gald to help.Not only were able to successfully take off the stripped nut, but ALSO replace the tube in inner tired and inflate for my bike!!! 🚲They did it without charge, but I tipped anyway.Look forward to coming again for future car problems. ✌

This is my second time coming and the customer was on point. Not only were my repairs made at a reasonable price but more importantly I was treated with respect and not taken for granted. Definitely will be a future happy customer!!!!

Took my truck for an alignment and when I drove it was even worse than the first time and by looking at how they aligned it the first time(with only two sensors on the front)didn’t even bother to take it back had to pay someone else to do it right This place is a joke literally the owner doesn’t even care of what’s going on and rude. Please go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!

Was originally very satisfied with service and owner, but last visit went back for second alignment and my hubcap was not put on correctly by Simon. End up losing my hubcap and had to pay $49.95 and went from 11/22/2018 to 12/03/2018 before another delivered and had to pay to have put on CORRECTLY. Will not return to his shop and not refer him.

AweSome Tires knows how to take care of their customers!!! Not only did they sell me my wifes van outright at an amazingly low price, this past Friday, our transmission started to slip. We took it to them, where they tried everything they could to get us back on the road, however we couldnt get it above 2,000 rpms without it shifting into low gear. The transmisson is newly rebuilt, and after trying to do what they could, they informed us that it was an eletrical problem and they would only charge us for the cost of the part and not labor. When they told us that we could not drive our van safely home we informed then that we had no other vehicle and lived 2 hours away. They sure did put us in a loner vehicle for the weekend at absolutely no cost to us!!!So shout out to anyone looking to buy a car, needing maintenance on your existing vehicle, or tires or anything car related - AweSome Tires knows the meaning of customer service and everyone there is so friendly so, respectful, and so courteous.Tell them Rion and Jamie sent you!!!Thanks AweSome Tires!!!
