Let me tell you about how I came to be a client of this body shop. Its a long story but full of great information. I brought my Audi in with substantial passenger side damage and right way the owners were professional and informative. They managed my expectations and gave me a time period and off I went to resume my life without my precious car. They finished the job quicker than I thought they would and it looked better than before with not 1 sign of the toll it had taken. I will always recommend this shop to anyone and hopefully I wont have to come back anytime soon but if I do, I know where to go.

My vehicle was vandalized while I was out at lunch one day and I was dreading having to get it repaired because Ive had some bad experiences in the past with other body shops and dealing with insurance on getting my vehicle fixed. I went to a few places to get quotes and Rob explained to me what exactly needed to be fixed and how it needed to be done. He even helped me figure out the best avenue for having it covered by insurance. In the end, my car was returned to me ahead of schedule and looking in pristine condition. It was the least stressful body shop experienced Ive ever had. Rob is also very easy to get a hold of and provided steady updates on the repair progress. I definitely had the feeling that he was there to help me out and not try to take advantage of me like other body shops tend to do.

This body shop is great. I was worried about the paint matching and it looking like a repair but their guys left it like it never happen. The owners are great they were in constant contact with me and my insurance provider. I hope to never use them again but would be my 1st choice if I get in a other accident.

Ive used Brookston many times over the years. Id never take my cars anywhere else. Ive had tow drivers want to take my vehicle to their affiliated shop after a wreck but I still have them tow it directly to Brookston and let Robert and Will help deal with insurance company so I know Im not being taken advantage of. These are truly good people who look out for their customers. They consistently provide quality service and offer fair prices.

Be prepared to walk into the BEST bodyshop in HOUSTON! No kidding. I have never been so happy with a body shop more than this one. They were super kind, reasonable, caring, and efficient. I hit my front bumper on a pole and they repaired it in such a quick time manner. Not only did they repair it, but they also thoroughly scanned my car to make sure everything else looked good and safe to drive. Rob, was the man who took care of me. THE BEST AUTO BODY EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. It takes a lot to get me to write a review. The vendor must be very bad or very good. In this case I have to say I would send my mother to these guys. From the moment I walked through the door, Will was working hard to save me money! What auto body shop does that? Im used to being run around for weeks on end, an ever growing quote constantly changing and becoming more expensive. All my past auto body experiences have been negative. This shop has restored my faith in humanity. These guys are just GOOD GUYS. They had all my work done in ONE week and get this - the final cost was 600 BELOW the initial quote! Its as if he really just wanted to make me happy. He did! I will repeat business here until Im too old to drive. I trust these guys and recommend them to ALL my friends. If you go anywhere else, you will cheat yourself.

These guys not only do great body work, but they go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. They did great work on my 2013 F-150, and I will only take my vehicles to them from now on in the Houston area. From a past experience, I learned a hard lesson that dealership body work is not the best way to go. BBS is in another league of body work service.

ROBERT and WILL were so professional on the phone and in person.. took my wife’s 2017 Acura MDX for a rear bumper and LF quarter panel repair (she hit a pole) Dropped the cars off and was promised when it would be ready....Everything met my expectations from the day we dropped off till the day we picked up, paint quality was awesome and wife was very happy. I WOULD NOT recommend Brookston for auto work, especially cosmetics. I brought in my 2014 BMW M5 for minor repairs (bumper replacement, paint, wheels repair). When I came to pick up my car, the paint job on the bumpers were obviously off and the owner even admitted it was off after a lengthy back and forth. At one point he states it looks good enough to me. Highly unprofessional owner. He then says that he was offended that I would criticize his work but yet he stands behind his work. Continues to try to tell me that its not a big deal and that since its not that bad and cant get better that what we did that I was being unreasonable and just take it as is.He then treats me like Im uneducated and uninformed and says that its impossible to get the bumper to match the paint with. I dont care how good you are. Its just not possible. He then says that the bumper and the rest of the car was made of different materials that prevents the color of the paint to match perfectly. The owner then tried to prove his point by showing me an article about auto paint and color matching. I brought to his attention that the article actually was saying that bad paint jobs leads to a noticeable difference in color compared to factory color and that if a paint job was done properly there should be NO DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCE. His response was essentially yeah yeah yeah.I explained to him that I have had this bumper replaced and painted before and did not have this problem with a competitor down the street. In the end he tells me to bring the car back and they will paint a couple of pieces to make it look better but not repaint the entire front and rear bumper to its original factory color. Judging by the demeanor of the owner after my criticism of his work Im going to get a few professional opinions about the paint job before I let them touch my car again. Will update my review accordingly after a thorough inspection from BMW dealer.

Extremely pleased! Brought my 2014 crossover SUV in to get years of dings and dents taken care of. The cost was fair and they did FANTASTIC work - it looks great. Ill definitely be going back for any other work I may need.

The guys at BBS did an awesome job repairing bumper damage. Superior workmanship and priced correctly the first time, not like shops that give quotes just to get your car in the garage and then up the price later. Honest people and quick communication through email and text. Came back to get some minor cosmetic work done and though they were busy (good sign of a thriving business) I was willing to wait to get on their schedule for the quality of work alone.

I had a great experience with this shop. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I came in needing a paint matched for a part that did not have a color code. Robert from the shop worked with me to find the right color and gave me a turnaround time of 2 days to get the part painted. After the 2 days he estimated the part was ready as promised with great results. I would definitely recommend this shop and the staff to anyone looking for paint work.

After a few days and checking if everything was good, I thought I share my experience. I recently had my cars hood and upper grill repaired here from a metal sheet flying off someones truck and the Brookston crew did a terrific job on my little car (not as fancy as most others). I still have the original parts are my car and they still look and fit as if nothing happened.Rob stuck to his word on his estimate and completed the car quicker than anticipated. He provided a really good estimate for my situation (actually better) and didnt try to up-sell a new hood when he knew it could be fix. From my experience, I would definitely recommend them and give them a try / quote.

Brookston was recommended to me by my mechanic. I am completely impressed with their quality of work, fair prices and customer service. They finished quicker than promised. They had to repaint a bumper on my GMC Yukon. It’s a tricky pearl metallic white. Brookston nailed it. Huge 5 stars to them.

This place is great. They give you old school service and are really good at understanding the ins and outs of insurance claims. They also fixed a scratch and dent for free while they had the paint mixed already anyways. Great service, communication, and a job well done. It looks like he specializes in luxury cars too, always working on Porsche, Mercedes, and other nice cars.

Fantastic service. Came to Brookston Body Shop about a month ago after a fender bender. Their price was fair on the damage from the accident, and they offered to replace my fogged headlights at a great price since they were already going to be working on it. Yesterday, I was trying to replace my turn signal bulbs which had burned out, and brought it to them to ask for their advice, and they took care of it for me in just a few minutes. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Genuinely the best experience Ive had with vehicle repairs. Will and Robert handled everything in a timely and efficient manner. The color of my Lexus IS 250 is a hassle to blend (Glacier Frost Mica), but they matched it perfectly.Side note, they also have two dogs who will greet you warmingly at the shop, super heart throbbing! Brought my car in because I broke a small piece off. This place is great! Trustworthy, fast, knowledgeable...Will and Robert definitely helped me and my Honda Fit out...while fixing up a fancy Audi and giving a quote on a Jeep. They were warm, helpful and I feel like I got a good deal.

Robert, his staff, and the shop are DA BOMB! I had a hit and run situation with my Mercedes and needed quite a bit of work on my car. Though their shop was not on the previously approved list of shops from my Insurance, Robert talked to them directly, worked with them on the quotes and eventually everything was approved. It was great to not be the middle man and go back and forth between the two when a situation like that is already stressful. Robert was so friendly, realistic and took care of me from the time I walked in the door to the moment I got my keys back. He and his brother run a business just like a family owned establishment should be run. He checked in on me multiple times to make sure my rental car was all set up, even talked to my (a lot to handle and a bit much at times) dad on the phone as well throughout the process. And at the end of it all, my car looked amazing as if nothing ever happened! As unfortunate as car accidents can be, they were the most fortunate part of the situation. Ill be coming back to them for any and all car needs in the future.

I have never been more taken care of by a mechanic in my life. As someone who is always fearful of taking their car in to get fixed, I have never trusted a repair shop more than Brookston Bodyshop. Not only did they do an impeccable job of fixing my vehicle (two separate occasions I might add)..they also were helpful through every step of the way while dealing with my subpar insurance company. Got into an accident in my 2010 Dodge Ram. Took my truck to them as soon as i could they took my truck got me to the rental car place and told me it would be done in a week . 4 days goes by and they called and it was ready and i must say that my truck hasnt looked that good since i bought it . every time i called they were very helpful and took care of me and my truck I highly recommend this body shop!!!
