My 2015 WRX needed to have the front bumper repair and headlight housing change. Daniel was the one that helped me and I have to say he is professional, spend his time listen to the client to get the job done right. I got my car back and everything looked like pre accident!

Wish i can give them 0 star. The worst body shop ever! They cant even do a simple paint job without bubble and nicks. I have to take my car back twice for them to align my door properly(argued with the manager(Daniel) for 20min). The manager admitted his tech. Make a mistake, but never apologize and didnt even want to accommodate a car loaner for me until i have to fight for it. 2nd time i went to pick up my car and the quarter panel(fender flat in near the door) of my car wasnt fix back to it original. And told me he cant do anything and wanna push over to the insurance to replace. His tech left paint all over inside my car door(rocky the estimator )tried so hard to take off some but still a left behind). My pinstripe not even even. The tech cant even put the part in properly together from the window part.

The customer service is not that great. They had my car for almost 2 months, with little to no updates. They did however do a fabulous job on the repairs.Daniel the manager is really accommodating, and is willing to do what it take to make the customer happy.

Nice people, but not very professional. I came here to repair the suspension. But after the repair: 1. I can still hear some weird sounds from the suspension. 2. The mechanic forgot to connect the cables in the door. I found that they forgot to connect the cable of the side mirror immediately, and they fixed that very fast. Very nice people! Then 2 weeks late, I found that they also forgot to connect the cable of the keyless lock. Be careful, PLEASE

They have had our vehicle for weeks already. Insurance approved it on the 22nd for them to start working on it and as of today they have not ordered the part. My husband has been trying to reach Jim/ Jimmy and now they are ignoring his calls. Very unprofessional. Now we are trying to get insurance to cancel this check so we can go somewhere else.Avoid this place if you can. It’s been a bad experience all around. First they send an estimate to insurance and it doesn’t even cover all the damage the vehicle had. Then they had to resend another estimate of the complete damage to insurance. Once we picked up the vehicle and took it home all the sensors stop working. We had to take it back to them and weeks gone by and still have not got our vehicle back!

Not professional at all, even paying $1000 deductible still asking to extra $135 to check speedometer which was messed up by them during repairs.refuse to fix the problem and asking to pay $135 to release the vehicle.Visited 3 times to shop and came back without Vehicle.Requested to Mr. Daniel Sweeney to get email address of shop manager refuses to give email. waste of time and money. will be report to Better Business Bureau soon.

The body shop is not very professional. They have a very cheap quality of service. Also, the products that they use are off brand. I went to get my bumper fixed and had to go back four times. My bumper would be ok for a week or so and then I would have to go back again because the bumper would continously pop off. Everytime I would go in they would place the the blame on me saying that I did something. Also the manager Daniel is very rude and highly unprofessional and does not deserve the position. I have been a very loyal customer and have gotten like 6 cars from this place. This place has caused me to lose my trust in honda and therefore I will be boycotting honda.

Had to get my bumper replaced - they fixed it within three days, buffed out some minor paint smudges and even managed to find a discount for me (I was paying out of pocket). Super helpful and understanding; reasonably priced for high quality work. I worked with Tailor and he was great every step of the way!

Had an awful experience here, do not come here. I came here bause they were attached to Gilman Honda and I assumed they would do the job properly, which definitely wasnt the case. They changed my pick up date 4 times causing me to continue to try to get time off work to go pick it up, only for them to tell me its not ready and itll take another week. In total they had kept it for over 4 weeks.They scratched one of my windows and tried to replace it without me knowing by trying to match my tint and not telling me. They told me that it was scratched in the accident that my car was in, even though the scratch wasnt there when I gave it to them and when I got the original window back the scratch was on the inside, which could not have come from an accident.They didnt plug the reverse or tail light in after replacing the rear quarter panel which I found out a few days later. They also didnt put the inside of my door panel on properly so when I tried closed my door the entire door panel came off. Lucky I knew how to put it back on, but I shouldnt have had to.The final time they pushed my pick up date they kept my car for 4 more days because said they needed to make sure my alignment was fine and make sure everything looked fine. After the four days, my alignment was worse than when I gave it to them. And the places they repainted had drip marks that I had to wait again for them to fix.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE—- SLOPPY WORK!! I have 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland they recorded it in their shop and performed the work as a High Altitude. It needed front end work from the hood down to the bumper. After 4 weeks there, they forgot to put the Jeep emblem back on, several clips to secure the grill were missing and they did not put back cover under wheel well—leaving a big hole exposing wires. Also the paint job was noticeably horrible. After pointing these things out, the front office guy simply ran out of excuses.

I had a great experience, aside from my car being in horrible conditions, Tailor was super helpful and always came through with any of my questions, my vehicle was fixed in no time! Like the accident had never happened. Great team! Everyone was super nice even the receptionist, she was super friendly! I highly recommend this shop to anyone! (I came in about a month ago or so)

I dropped my car off after the representative said it would take 90 mins. When I got there he said it would take 6 hours and then called me later to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I get my car back finally and I look at the odometer and there is an extra 500 miles that I didn’t put on there and there was no reason to test drive it at all because the part was just a side panel. Decent customer service terrible execution.

They fix cars. They call you when they’re done. Location is by the Gillman dealership so it’s convenient if you’ve purchased a car from Gillman and need it repaired at the collision shop.

Before I give my complaint, let me say that Marc is a great salesman. He communicates very well, giving me updates every step of the way and went above and beyond in following up. Unfortunately, I cannot get over the internal damage that the repairmen did inside my car.

My car was repaired and when I was picking up the car, I noticed flaws with the paint. They took it back and buffed it out. How can the tech say that the car is ready for pickup if there are clear flaws with the paint job? They also did not repair all of the damage, there was another piece of plastic that was scratched but they missed it. I mentioned this to the gentleman that was helping us (he deals with GEICO claims exclusively), he said he would follow up with GEICO and call me back the following week, that did not happen. I called him about a month or so later, he remembered me and said this time he will call me back for sure, I asked if he had my contact info, he verified that he did. Guess what? You guessed it, no call! Given that it is a small piece that isnt too noticeable, I have decided that it is not worth my time to pursue it further. I am just disappointed that there is such a lack of responsibility and follow-through at a body shop that is part of such a large dealership. Bad experience with quality of work and customer service. I will not go back to this body shop for anything and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this one is well deserved.

The bottom line is once you buy your car at Gilman the only thing you will receive is numerous mailers and emails about buying more cars or trading up the one you have. You will not be able to get service (my son has been trying for the last two years to get his free oil changes and has been unable to to schedule one). When you try to set up an appointment for the oil change, they just tell you to come in and when you do, there is a 2 hour+ wait! The body shop promised my son his car on Monday of this week, then Thursday, then absolutely positively on Friday. I called Matt in the body shop twice on Thursday and again around 10:00 this morning and he said he would definitely call me back this afternoon and the car would be done. When I did not hear from him, I called to find out the status (at 3:30) and was told he was gone for the day and they did not know the status. I would not even give them 1 star!

Terrible customer service. I came in for a rattle in my headliner and ended up with a messed up sunroof shade. The guys I worked with - Taylor and Matt - are completely useless. They e caused more issues and now I have a broken sunroof shade. Do NOT bring your car here. Terrible terrible customer service.

Had my car brought here after my car was sideswiped. Fixing it took almost a month because every time I was told to come pick it up it was clear they did a sloppy job and they had missed things in their rush to get me out the door. Dents and dings were, in my opinion purposefully ignored. Overspray errors were everywhere, and often didnt even bother cleaning out the sanded paint from cracks - I had to do that with a rag myself when I got home. Every time I pointed these things out it would take days for them to fix. But thats not where it ends. A month after this was all resolved one of my tires was acting funny. Turns out it was all worn out on the inside because they never actually aligned the wheels like they said they did. Or, to be fair they could have also just done a poor job. But I didnt discover any of this before seeing that they had jammed the lugnut on the wheel bolt so hard it snapped off when we tried to get it off. On Subarus you cant run tires of different tread wear. Loosing one tire means you have to get all new ones. New bolt? 169$ parts and labor. Alignment? 139$. New tires? $538. They cost me almost a $1k in repairs and argued with me the whole time to make it right. Its became clear in my opinion, that they are used to their sloppy work getting them in trouble. They didnt act surprised at all. It all felt very we got another one as they immediately went into damage control and argued about implied warranties and all the usually nebulous crap to make you go away. It took three days of arguing but they finally agreed to fix everything - no offer of a rental. I had to take an entire vacation day from work to sit in their waiting room for their screw ups.So if you come here, be nice to the mechanics. Its not their fault. Take a look at their shop its a sea of cars. Business is good and they are so overworked and rushed they dont have the time to actually take pride in their work. So dont yell at them, because they wont care. They dont serve you, they serve insurance companies. So do be hard on management and salespeople you talk to - because you are almost assuredly being screwed and wasting your time here.
