I have placed several orders with Capital Cartridge in the past 6 months. Mostly big bags of brass, but projectiles as well. I have always been very pleased and satisfied with all of my orders. There was one time where I had an issue, and their customer service were exceptional in diligence and courtesy. I must say, it’s this kind of customer service that made me trust, and order from this company again, and again.Their process and shipping after ordering is fast, and product always arrived just as promised. This by far is worst purchase in re loading brass I have ever made. 50% of the brass I consider unsafe to load. The case mouths were squared off huge dent half way down the side and no kidding looked like they were pick up off the side of the road. Shame on You Capital Cartridge.

Very happy with Capital. Ive put in multiple orders, and had no issues with 9mm, and 223/556.I think you have to be realistic though, this is fired brass...some are going to be crimped, some dented, some unusable, but thats why we inspect our brass before reloading. Capital even throws a few extra in, so Im sure they know this also.

Its used brass. There will be work involved. Purchase knowing that. Great service and so far has been good quality brass. Very few thrown out due to bulged cases. Some .40 in the 10mm. Just a few. Some .38spl mixed in with .357 mag but again, very few. Worst situation was like, 5 cases of .38spl in a bag of .357 mag. Usually have extras thrown in anyway. 500 = 510 that you actually ordered with a couple of cases that somehow got mixed in. Big deal.... some were difficult to decap, but no breakage of my pin. Tumble and polish, cleans up nice. If you dont mind the work, I highly recommend them.

I wish I had purchased from anyone but these guys. Placed my order, received shipping notification with tracking after 2 days. 3 days later tracking shows the order has not left their business. Called them, they promised to call me back. No return call. Called them 5 hours later, said there is confusion in their shipping (this is on a Friday). Told me they would check into it Monday if tracking didnt update over the weekend. ****UPDATE****Mysteriously, the package tracking showed shipped 4 hours after the 2nd phone call. I received my order 5 days later. Brass is decent, 85/15 split large to small primer. Received 4 brass that are wrong caliber, 9 others damaged and not useable. Enough extras included to make up for these. Upgraded my review from initial 1 star to 3 star.

Ordered 250 .223/5.56 dirty brass. Sent them thru hornady ultrasonic cleaner, then to Lee universal decapper. Broke 3 pins popping primers out. Found one berdan in the mix, Lake City brass was staked, but it didnt seem to matter what brass, several headstamps broke pins, including Wolf and Remington. Cleaned again twice after depriming, and polished to like new. 1st batch of 50 had 11 neck failures, that collapsed in the powder charging die. All had many heavy ejector marks on the stamped end, indicating they were past service life. 2nd batch of 50 had 3 more case neck failures. May just recycle the rest. Had a brief email interaction with someone named Farren, but he stopped replying. Buyer beware. Lots of junk brass being sold in this stressed market right now. Will avoid this company in the future.

Called this company MANY MANY MANY times to get a quote for a LARGE order. Literally had to hunt them down for a quote. Finally got some lady in sales who was not only was eating while on the phone, but had zero customer service skills. They might ship fast...but I guess it depends when you actually get a hold of someone! WORST experience EVER.

Ordered .223 2000 casings and almost half was 5.56. Dented to hell and when i did a measurements on them 1.74 or less. Save your money this was the worst purchase i have made from any company online.
