My mom is very upset with the service at this establishment. She came last week for tires and was over charged by $400! And she was supposed to have the car detailed and it wasnt done. She made an appointment this week to have it detailed she dropped it off this morning at her appointment time. Why is she at home without a car right now? This is unacceptable!
I spoke with a service advisor and she couldn’t answer any questions that I asked. She took my number for someone else to call me back the next day and I never received a call. The customer service there is really poor.
I feel slighted i feel I was not listened toI feel not a thorough enough or detailed investigation especly after I was plowed at 45 mph by a HUMMER
The management and staff are so attentive and its such a pleasant buying experience
