Had problems with my radio and they fixed it. But as soon as I get in my car to leave the shop my car wouldn’t start. then my car wouldn’t start the next day. I asked the boss on the phone if their were a way I could fix it and he simply said he does not remember me and can’t help me. I tried my best to describe the tool that he used to start my car up when I left the shop. But continued to say “ I don’t remember” and says he can’t do anything for me. I wasn’t here to put blame on anyone I just simply wanted to find a way to start my car so I can drive it already. So now I’m gonna have to assume it’s battery and buy a completely new one when my battery was fine the day I brought my car in.

Initially things were great. They gave me a solid discount on my compustar alarms 🚨 but then there was some miscommunication on weather I wanted the alarm, drone and fobs. The communication was never really clear. There was a lot of back and fourth and inconvenience but I went along with it.Then my vehicles sensors were going off like 60 times a minute. Just insane. To this day they just kept sayin bring them in and will handle it. However these vehicles are rented so it’s not that easy and I shouldn’t have to bring them in. Q their installer is great he came and did one of the vehicles that we had and turned it down. Eventually I had to just message him and he told me how to do it.My guests were so annoyed by this I had to refund them hundreds of dollars for this inconvenience. This should have never happened. Now we are driving around the island to get to our rentals to fix the issue. Car audio hasn’t lost anything! We have as a company.You would think this was their first time installing on a vehicle with this issue on 4 of my vehicles.

Really enjoyed my experience with CASS. Friendly service and good prices. They even were quick on service. A job that would take up to 6 hours only took 4. I am very happy with them and plan to go back for more as budget allows!

Friendly staff, they were busy but took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave several suggestions due to my space restrictions and were able to work with me to keep me close to my budget. They had every thing I needed to upgrade my gen1 mini cooper sound system myself. I should mention, they even offered same day installation.

These guys take kea!!! Gave me what I needed and told me how much my sub can handle with the amp I was running. Also hooked up my sub, the box and they even changed the box terminal to open more current flow to the speaker. They even took time to solve my problems with my sub box.

GREAT SERVICE.....Brought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from military shipment with a sound system from the mainland. Lost sound after a few days on island. Other places wanted lots of $$$ to trouble shoot. This place took me and found a cut in the remote cable that runs from the amp to the head unit. The tech used his multi-meter in segments to locate the cut. Great attitude...willing to help fix others problems to win your future business.

Horrible communication and poor customer service. Called to make an appointment and was told to come in at 10 today and upon arrival the worker to me that he didnt know who I spoke with and refused to service me.

The shop had a bit of a mixup between the subs and amp that were bought but after speaking to the owner they gave me full refund and credit towards a new setup. I got everything done from a new deck, 4 channel amp, 4 speakers, mono amp and 2 JL subs. People say they miss when theyre not riding in my car cause no stock speakers come remotely close as accurate as my system. Took care of all my needs. Special shout out to Q and James. Coolest installer guys Ive ever met and they set me up with everything Ive ever needed and even let me watch and ask questions. Atmosphere is great and youre always greeted with a smile and the deals they have are so worth it. If you need car audio please go to them!

Thanks so much to MJ in sales/operations and Q installer and technician. I had a wonderful experience today replacing the radio system in our daughters RAV4 from 2009. The radio conked out this week and wanted to replace it with an updated model. MJ placed the right unit for our budget and explained the differences and enhancements of the system. Q was terrific too and let me enjoy the work he was doing as I do mechanical work on the car but very limited work with electrical stuff. Recommend them very very highly and will go back again.
