I had this dealer install a Pioneer CarPlay double DIN receiver in my vehicle a few years ago. I supplied the head unit, they supplied the backup camera, hands free microphone and installed it all.•••The backup camera worked until I drove off the lot and then it went dark. (Unless it was raining, which sometimes made it work again.)The hands-free mike was unintelligible to those I talked to unless I was parked with the motor off. (High ambient noise issue in my vehicle.)•••I took the car back several times, but finally gave up since it didn’t appear they were able to figure out what was going on with the camera and make it functional and useful.The microphone issue might have been due to the live acoustic in my vehicle, and shock mounting it could have helped tame this, but this was not ever suggested by them.•••All in all, I was disappointed with the job since the hands-free mike and backup camera were my main reasons for buying the Pioneer CarPlay, and if I had to do it all over again I probably would have waited for another installer I had used previously, but who was busy at that time.

Came back a second time and it was just as good as the first. Great service and really fair prices.
