Every night before 2 hours before they close , they don’t have any cashiers on registers and will only have self check out open. Self check out should be an option for the customer , not mandatory because they don’t want to work . After multiple times of inconveniencing myself when I’m purchasing at your store with my hard earned money , today again they had only self checkouts open one of which the light was on for, after putting 30 groceries on the belt , i went to scan and the computer was off. I mentioned to an associate to help me out and she said no it’s off, you have to move it to another one . I was so upset with her answer because she couldn’t even offer me help , i decided to leave everything. I’d never treat a paying customer like this while on the clock

Its an okay store if you need to pick up simple groceries quickly, or simple household needs like toilet paper or whatnot. No complaints here.

If you do curbside pickup and it’s raining they will make you walk in the rain to pick it up by the door. Just a warning. I would have not minded waiting in the car with my kids until the rain stopped and then have it brought out.

Very nice. Not too much of crowd. You get what you need in Grocery and pharmacy. If you are buying only those items its a best store. Somehow we couldnt get water bottle filled but thats ok.

I aske for help to one employee, she said that she does not work that area. Will call the next employee. The next employee came by and said that she will get the key. Had me waiting for 20 minutes. I went to customer service because the employee never came back forgot about me. Went to customer service to complain and they told me that they lost the key to the tide pods doors. Worst employees ever. Walmart need to get better employees and look for the keys that are missing.

Prices great girls really sweet that you help me Im disabled and they help me with my groceries one thing I wish there were a few more cashiers available at certain times but otherwise I love that store better than the bigger Walmart

I waited about 15 minutes to used a self checkout and when I finally try to used, it would not take my money...it was debit or credit card only. I asked the woman in charge, and she told me I should have read the screen.. They should have a sign saying : NO CASH SALES, ONLY DEBIT, CREDIT EBTONLY

I could not find what I needed there are a lot of things they are out of it seems they dont stock up the shelves every day

For me its convenient , good inventory and pricing is very good. Needs more resources spent on checkers not automated registers. And bilingual would be nice many times employees dont know or use english yet there. Makes it hard to find when they dont comprehend your questions. Maybe do an unannounced testing of this.

The shopping experience is great and Very nice cashiers that very patient and helpful and gives amazing customer service.

Only compliant was when I went to get my shopping cart, the container for the sanitizing wipes was empty. I asked the young man sitting by the door if he could resupply them. He said they were out. I find this to be unacceptable for a big company like Walmart to not supply wipes for their customers. There were plenty of wipes on the shelf in their store. I intend to notify the health department. This seems to be a constant problem with Walmart stores.

This has to be the worst Walmart in the states always a problem with people not willing to work. Today costumer services closed, I an employee standing there but not working or willing to help a costumer

I wish they had more sugar free products.

Sometimes itself check out lines are a little long but other than that cant really complain.

Its been a while since Ive been at this store, Ive been shopping at the bigger stores. The 2 larger stores are cheaper on a lot of staple items and they take cash at the register. Also the employees seem to be alit friendlier at the 2 larger stores.

The staff are always super polite and quite helpful. Great customer service and the store is always clean.

We order curbside groceries here weekly. This is our 3rd Wal-Mart weve tried this with and this particular store stands out for its amazing customer service and attention to detail.

Mediocre fruits and vegetables, most of the time they are under ripe.

Compared to other Walmart stores in the area, this one seems less crowded and their employees are so much friendlier.

By far one of the worst walmarts. The worst walmart is the one close to southland mall....but this one comes in close. The cashiers are in terrible moods and it shows. They are slow almost on purpose and cannot multi task in the least. If a coworker comes up to ask a question...they totally stop helping you all together to engage in a lengthy convo. Very poor customer service. The area is also quite questionable. TRY TO GO TO ANY OTHER WALMART BESIDES THIS ONE AND THE ONE BY SOUTHLAND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My Indian River Select Was Inexpensive $3.78. The Powerades Were 74 Cents Each & Gatorade Was A Dollar. Milk Was Only $2.76 A Gallon 2%. 2 New York Strips $14.44. Spices .98 Cents Each. Family Pac Mac & Cheese $4.27. Lots Of Bargains! 😃

This is the worst! Management does not open cash registers. Two do it yourself open, 6 people in line with 2 or three items, register is being used with people that have more than a full load. Two regular cash registers open with several people in line.After standing in line for 10 minutes, I dumped my two items and left. I will never be back in that store.There are people out there looking for jobs. Come on Walmart step up! The store need brighter lights, too.

Same prices for the most part as your typical supercenter but being that it is a Neighborhood Walmart, it will not have the same variety as a supercenter. It has all your essentials plus some. Great place to grocery shop. In and out pretty fast too. Cant speak for the customer service, I personally havent had a one on one with any employees but they seem to be nice and in a good mood the times that I go.

I rather come here for quick for needs versus going to the larger stores but the lines can get long with only 1 or 2 registers open. All in all its quicker. The parking lot gets jammed up so pay attention depending on what side you are trying to get out of.

Always full of shoppers and at times items have not been restocked. I must say though I found out they have a great new service! You dont even have to get in line if you have 10 items or less and no fruit or veggies that have to be weighed. There are cashiers with mobile scanners that will assist your checkout process and scan your debit or credit card! Cannot complain...super idea!

I have all of my ship to store orders sent here. I also use this pharmacy as the wait time and line have been so short. This location is clean and well staffed. The staff ACTUALLY HELPS YOU.

This place has most of my grocery needs, just sucks that they only keep 2 registers open and the rest are SCO. I can only use WIC at a register.

Found everything I needed. However, carts not brought up front. From handicap space, had to walk halfway thru lot to get one. Also, only one register open besides self-serve. Cashier very efficient & courteous. 3 employees sitting with arms crossed doing nothing, sent customer needing help to her.
