This particular Walmart is one of my favorite store locations. Though out of the way from my home, its worth the drive. Items are organized and easy to find, while typically always in stock. The workers are helpful and quite friendly at this location, which is a plus. Adequate cashiers makes the check out experience a great one as well. They also tend to have items I dont see at the location local to me. Will continue to shop at this location without a doubt.

NO CARS for shopping. No workers to remove them from the parking lot. They are in detriments conditions. Dirties, broken, and OLD, with oxidation. Try the electric one, since I am disabled. Wow I have to stop and return it. Lines like from here to eternity. DISAPPOINTED.

This place has been a mess. DO NOT place an online order. They will cancel or substitute almost 50% of the items. They have lazy employees that if anything you order for online pickup is not easy to grab they’ll just say “not available,” I have had to go into the store and find the item myself which renders the store pick up option useless. On Friday they even forgot to add cold items and when I got home I took out the bags and had to go back. They didn’t pickup the phone so again I had to go back inside just like today. The staff is dismissive. You don’t find anything there. Items are not well taken cared of by the staff, and also people there are not helpful. When you ask them a question it’s like you’re a bother. Even though they are clearly there to help find things and whatever else is part of they’re job. This is absolutely disrespectful and I would STAY AWAY if I were you!

Moved to the area and used there pick up option it was nice and orderly. My order was brought to my car and packed up in 15 minutes. Especially having a special needs child who doesnt like to wait to long for anything. I will continue to use the pick up option. Thank you Walmart

Been going to them for years, prices are very competitive or cheaper then most. And the sell quite a bit of most needed products.. at least in my experience this is what I have noticed

This location is one of the busiest Walmarts i have ever been to- yet they NEVER have anyone checking out at the cash registers! The lines to check out are regularly more than 30min+ easy! Longest. wait times. ever.- can they PLEASE staff more employees to handle those crowds or something... this is an every day occurrence- ridiculous...

This used to be my go-to shopping place, but the last few times the staff does not make you feel very welcomed so I do most of my shopping online and only come here when I need to

Your cashier had two pairs of glasses and still couldnt see. Was more concerned about paramedics showing up and helping customers that were out of sight, was very nice to the Spanish customers but if you are white or black you had to engage in the hello how are you first, language barrier , kept ringing items up more than once. 3/10. Not 5. Do better. We are biracial and shouldnt have to establish that to get treated as a human being. Black and white folks have feelings to please remember that.

I like this place because I can find almost everything I am looking at a good price. I like eggs and here you can get 5 dozen for about 8 dollars. Customer service is great, always willingto help.

Many times I have placed grocery order never arrived and failure to respond to phone calls and continuing having to redo the order and schedule a new time for delivery. Poor management and customer service

But when I went to check for a price of an item or get help in the craft area, could not locate a staff member & when I did find a staff member she seemed to me extremely rude... because she seemed upset that I was asking for assistance.Other than that, the store was ok

I be been frequently shopping at this Superstore for about 8 months and I love every visit as this store is always nice neat and organized. Also very clean. And with this pandemic cleanliness is primordial. I always find what I need. The roasted chicken is always a big hit with my family. The self checkout registers are user friendly. The staff is also real nice people.

Wish the order we made could have been picked up. Took a half hour to shop and 10 mins to check out because pick up wasnt working. I found selection to be good

Had to wait long time to get service at the receiving counter. Then when we got to our car we found a long line of shopping carts impeding our (and many others) exit from parking space. Had to wait some time for a female security employee (later joined by another employee) to remove them.Shopping and checkout was fine.

It was Horrible the line was So long only 5 Registers Open an hour wait to check out So from now on I will be Shopping early in the Morning. Lets Get it Together Wallmart the Holidays are coming.

Lines were extremely long. Then a couple brought their dog into the store. The dog took a dump right near the register. He did go and get paper towels. But, no one was called in to sanitize the area. Praying that sanitizer was used on all areas even though they look clean. Because, children pull away from parents all the time and end up sitting on the floor. Really feel like we should not allow pets in stores.

Went for a pick up parked in the front and called the number 10 time and no one got the phone i was in the car waiting for 30mins and then someone that works there came out and told me the pick up is in the side also the app wasnt working good going back to target

Horrible return policy!!!,🤬😤 I purchased a patio daybed swing for $237.00 that I later found another one that matched my house better, I decided to return it. I never opened the box. However, when I purchased it along with a few other items that added up to about $21.00, I paid $63.00 cash, $182.23 with my debit card, and $28.54 with a gift card. Beware, if you are ever going to buy anything at walmart, never use multiple forms of payment. Because I used a gift card for $28.54, the Walmart policy is to give you a gift card for the full amount. Even though I paid $245.23 using cash and my debit card, I could only get it back on a gift card. I spoke to the manager, and corporate, and they had no way of overriding the new system. So, I was forced to keep the swing or get a gift card for $253.59. I took the gift card, but dont feel like ever stepping foot in another Walmart. This is the worst store policy I have ever encountered and I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Agency to file a complaint.

Nicely organized. Theyve maintained it well.Ample parking and spacious too.Theyve subway in there. Tacobell and McDonalds is walkable. Gas station around the corner and is closer. Walgreens opposite to Walmart too.Washrooms are clean. Chase is also at the corner too.Its a one stop.

Grocery section very poorly stocked generally. Camping/RV area was excellent. Some of the staff attitudes left a lot to be desired, others were helpful.

Much better service than Florida City, and lines move along.

This is our favorite Walmart! It’s not as big as the one further South of us but we love it. They always have what we are looking for and you can park just about anywhere in the parking lot and not walk to far. The bathrooms are always clean!

Felt disorganized and not extremely clean. Check out was fast and things were easy to find but couldnt find the connector needed for computer in their electronics area, inventory was very low for that area. Overall good experience, would go again.

The pick up service was the worst I have ever had and I have ordered pick up at several different Walmarts many times.I made a pick up order yesterday and the day of my pick up was 6 PM to 7 PM open till 730 it said the order was delayed after that he moved over to begin processing I go inside the store and they tell me everything is closed because I have been trying to call and contact customer service and when I go inside and ask they told me customer service is also close I spoke to the manager who said they couldn’t do anything for me I will never be coming back inside the store .If I can give zero stars I would’ve!!!

This store needs to be managed better. Its ridiculous when customers are waiting close to 45 minutes in line to cash out. I usually split my time between Publix and Walmart but I never had to wait in a line this long at Publix.

The employees were super friendly and respectful. The lady in electronics went above and beyond her obligations to help me with an issue on my behalf. It was pleasant

The only thing with this and many other orders is that items said not to be in stick, I go in and they have them.

Half of the self checkout counters were not working and the line were backed up, Other than that everything was OK

I love everything they have variety. They are not good for wheelchairs or their battery operated carts. It is so sad for people that are handicapped ♿ 😪 Please set up your store that is convenient for all. I will no longer be able to shop there because of this. Yesterday was my last shopping day at Walmart. I could not drive the cart down the isles. Not enough room. Please correct this issue for the handicap. 🙏🙏

I put a grocery order and i ordered chicken thighs for almost 12 dollars. When i got home with the order i realized they gave me chicken tenderloins. I called the store no one answered, no one ever answers the phone. Then when i went to cook ibstarted washing the chicken and it was slimey so i looked at the date and the chicken was expired by 4 days. I put in a letter to corporate and the store never called, i put in a bad review on my order and no one ever called. Poor management if they cant check in with customers. Thats why walmart will forever have a bad reputation. Poor management.

Gigantic! Most everything youll need in life, including duct tape. Multiple colors of duct tape too.They had exactly two bottles of 70 percent rubbing alcohol. No 91 percent in stock. So certain things will be in short supply, as has been the case for a few months.For online pickup, go to the kiosk and enter your name. As simple as that! A great person will come out from the back and bring your product. Didnt have to wait in the customer service line. It was awesome!

Kelvin was of great assistance after 2 other female employees acted as if I was a bother for product assistance.
