This morning before I get to work I was treated disrespectfully by a cashier. Loud and very disrespectful. Was also told thats how she talks? Thats not an excuse for such behavior.

Went into this location on April 6th at 9:30pm, the lady at the cash register was so rude, slamming things around, hitting the lottery machine because she could not figure out how to use it, if this is a corporate owned store you should know that having a cashier with such a horrible attitude will drive your customers across the street which is exactly what we did, for reference she was a heavy set lady with a horrible attitude, we nor our family members will go here for gas, food or anything else because of this nasty rude lady! Tom Thumb can do much better, there are so many qualified people with much better attitudes to work, why have such a negative person?

A nice and organized gas station inside but the service of the guy who took care of me was not as good.He did not give me the receipt and I did not notice until I go home.The prices were fine.

Wow the big girl at the register is so rude I came in at 10:21am this morning and she had to biggest Attitude problem... why let her work when she obviously don’t want to be there everyday is a different problem with her

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. i LOST OR MY WALLET WAS STOLEN AND THE STAFF COULD HAVE NOT BEEN MORE HELPFUL. ALL THE STAFF IS SO NICE!

I have only seen a few times in my entire life management not completely drag a business down. Tom thumb corporate offices need to replace all management before this store gets you in a lawsuit. Lets just say your manager and district manager do not like there jobs its very clear they need replaced.

I dont know why all the negativity. I love this store. The guys at the cashier are great and they make a mean subway sandwich!

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Gal at the register is very rude. As another individual and I are waiting for my daughter to use the restroom and I am getting sodas she loudly and rudely asks you got a problem? I respond with im just waiting for my daughter, she is in the restroom. Then she yells loudly at myself and another person in the store saying we are staring at her. Then continues to argue with us and says to leave the store. I left my sodas on the shelf and walked out. Horrible. I do not know how people like her get employed in a postition that requires some form of customer service.

Came at 11 to get fuel. Pumps wouldnt accept card and no one in the building...but then I went to leave and someone was just hiding inside...frustrating

Pumped gas, machine would not give me a receipt and asked me to see attendant, attendant would not give me a receipt either. Very rude people working here. I wont go back.
