Place was nice and clean. Staff could improve on customer service, but overall it was good. I really liked the military/ veterans decor

Very Friendly but hot chocolate not so good, way too milky. Maybe up north it’s different, I order extra mocha and extra mocha drizzle and it tasted way too milky. Very friendly spot and customer service.

Whenever I am in the area, this is the Starbucks I go to for my latte cravings. The latte is always prepared carefully and comes out tasting fantastic each time. Thank you for your high quality service, even during COVID-19. The staff at this location has made it a point to provide continuously pleasant service to customers by marking areas in the store for order pickup and in-store purchases.

Wish I could give it a zero last Sunday Feb. 21st 2021. My grande latte had a dead fly.... -.- you can imagine how horrible it felt to have something in your mouth coming from your drink.. and then taking it out to find a dead fly. My drink was a to go and this happened while I was in my car. So there was no way that fly came from anywhere else. So thank you for that horrible experience. I never had an issue before but now I am iffy about all starbucks.

Small. Takes a while to get the food but it tastes good. Tables outside to sit at but you have to clean them yourself

Stopped by today to get a iced matcha green tea latte, we both misheard and I ended up getting a chai latte but I went back through the drive-thru and it was a quickly resolved. I didnt get her name but the girl was super nice about it. Always a pleasant experience even if the lines are sometimes crazy.

I ordered what is called The pink drink which is strawberry and coconut milk and what a disappointment. It tasted as if I added water to a glass I was drinking out of and added strawberries. No taste what so ever.

I am a frequent customer of this Starbucks but today I went there and I could tell the difference with how I was greeted not like the usual friendly welcome, I was rushed to the point I didn’t get a chance to tell them how I wanted my drink, for a second I thought I was at McDonald’s, my server was Yaya, didn’t get that good vibes after I left at all, but apart from that the team is usually awesome 😎

I went there because the new one by my house had a huge line. They made my drink wrongLast time they got it right but I had to throw it away because the lie or cup itself smelt super disgusting like it was sitting in the trash or in the sink. Very unsanitary

Wow! This location closes at 9 pm This is sad when the grocery store closes later then the coffee shop . The website says they close at 11 ...Google says they close at 11 ....nope they say they close at 9pm . This is earlier then my 3 yr olds bedtime. DO NOT WORRY if you find yourself tricked by their deceit. There a cuban restaurant across the street called Marios that has good coffee and pastries too. I mean if we are looking for cofee at 9 pm we probably really need it . Maybe ill visit hem in the morning after my toddler wakes up.to see if they are awake too.

This is meant more as a heads up than a review. Due to Covid, they close their in store pick up at 7:00 pm... But they still take mobile orders.This means that if you placed an order... hoping to avoid the massive drive thru line... youll have to make that line anyways. The one good thing is that they dont start making your drink until you get to the speaker.Just a heads up because I was beyond frustrated and ended up having to choose between making the 30 minute drive thru line or calling headquarters for a refund (because the store cant refund you).

Starbucks has always been my go to place for studying and doing homework. I recently came here and have had the best experience thanks to their amazing night shift crew: Liana, Sabrina, Victor, and Wilson. They were all friendly and had bubbly personalities. I felt as though they went above and beyond by making small talk and making sure my friend and I liked our drinks. Thank you guys!!

Ordered through uber and the entire bag was full of spilt coffee and could not eat the coffee cake due to it being soaked by said coffee. the driver was no to blame it was whoever decided to poorly package it. havent even received a refund

There were about 10 employees out dealing with majority of drive-thru orders and barely attended the customers inside and then took 20 minutes for a coffee.

This location is conveniently located a block away from my job. I visit it on occassion. I usually use mobile ordering and pick up inside. Ive never had an issue with my order and the staff is always super friendly.

We had the strawberry cheese cake drink. OMG!!!!! It was the bomb💣💥

Parking isn’t so great and from the inside it’s always packed, which is why I prefer drive thru. But the people who work here couldn’t be more kind and attentive. I love the little small talks they developed with their customers overtime. Even when they make the smallest errors, they try to make it up by offering you a free drink. Great people! Never a bad customer experienced with these folks.

Dont order Uber eats with them. The food was cold, and wrong. I ordered a double smoked bacon not a ham. If they didn’t have any they could’ve just let me know or the driver. So that way the drive could have told me.

Waiting way to long and was ignored by staff. Was given wrong drink as well but was running late to work and didnt realize till after I left. Poor service and attention to the drive thru.

I have never been in a dirtier Starbucks. Ordered two identical drinks, they made one drink and served another person in between. Wait time in between north drinks on same order 3 minutes. Crazy. They should clean its Saturday no excuse is not a business day.

Slowest location I have been too so far. Have been in the line thirty minutes. And still not attended.

Always love this place going to the drive thru. Quick service all the times. Staff are always great and very friendly. Only thing you need to check if you plan on going inside to sit down and enjoy the good smell of coffee is the parking lot. Place is always full of people with their laptops doing school work. So other customers who just want to go inside has no place to sit down and enjoy.

No customers in front of us, super slow the service, for two Cappuccinos, all tables occupied, some with one person only and three more chairs empty, drinking a glass if water, so we couldnt sit on any of them. It was my first time coming to Starbucks in my life, it will be my last. The server very nice and friendly. To pricey for what it is, 2 medium cappuccinos, a Danish and a pecan muffin (cupcake size) $15.00

I went to the Starbucks location about a week ago and my coffee was made very disgusting like, gross I contacted Starbucks customer service and they said that someone will get back to me within 24 to 72 hours it’s been a week and no one has contacted me yet this is ridiculous, hopefully your manager will see this and contact me. Today is August 7 I will be calling Starbucks corporate once again.

People are usually nice, fast, and efficient. There have been a few times where theyve gotten my order wrong or have taken a long time and they give me my drink on the house for my troubles. Much appreciated! Great customer service!

Good service, plenty of parking, very fast Internet, and a good location along The One to stop off and get some work done. However, the place gets packed and crowded. They either need to run more power chords for people to plug in, or they need to switch to the communal half-booth seating they use at other Bucks locations. Also, the bathrooms could use some cleaning, but thats ancillary to the crowding issues.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I visit at least twice a week. My son and I stop by every Friday night and are always greeted with the sweetest hello’s. They take their time with you and really do a great job on their beverages. I go in the weekends to get school work done and really enjoy the cozy at home vibe this place and the staff give it.

I love this Starbucks. Its closer to home so I can order and drop in to pick it up before work and be on my way to work a little happier with coffee in hand! Terrible service, long lines, and incorrect orders do yourself a favor and go to a real coffee shop. Starbucks need to fire almost every employee at this location and fill it with people who somewhat have an education.

Great people and great atmosphere! One of my favorite starbucks locations in the area and it is a cozy, relaxing place to chill at or to bring a laptop or tablet, sit back and do your thing. The drinks always come out perfect and not once have they messed up my order. Great place to go to!!!

The person at the register was amazing, We enjoyed her sense of humor. Really wish i asked for her name to give the great recognition that she deserves. Ordering was easy, my husband kept changing his mind and she had great patience for him, I didnt. We really enjoyed the visit. The drinks were perfect with taste and fast service.
