If I could give this place zero stars I would. There is usually a problem here. This last incident is what tops it off. I went to this gas station to fill up on a Sunday night before the work week. I pay with my credit card as usual. The pump does not work. Mind you. There are no signs that it does not work. The cashier made the transaction with no problem. Once I start to pump and realize it did not work. I go inside to let both cashiers know. My card was already charged. They tell me its nothing they can do. So I was charged for gas that I did not receive. They tell me to wait 3 to 5 business days. Mean while I am stuck with no gas. Im going on day 3. still no gas and no refund. I have been visiting this establishment for years. There has always been issues. If its not incorrect pricing. Its issues with the pumps. The manager was called on this occasion and other occasions. Which let me mind you. The manager is never there. The manager always has to be called on the phone. Maybe it is not the manager they are calling because I never see results to the numerous issues that take place at this gas station. Unless you want to feel like youre always rolling the dice just to pump gas STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE. P.S I by reading the reviews. Looks as if these are favors being done for this place.

Staff is great and does their best, service is good, lines not so much during peak hours.
