I was nervous about getting a $1400 phone but associate Kimberly was so knowledgeable on the device I was more than comfortable making my purchase and now because of her I’m excited ! I walked into their store in a total panic as I had just purchased a new phone directly from Samsung and kept getting error messages after activating my SIM card. Great staff, manager had all the info to all the questions I asked. Amazing with kids and kind to everyone. Fast and did not give me any run around when buying a new phone. If you need anything go to them right now, customer services is on a whole different level compared to a lot of other places. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Sign up for sprint was told if I paid my monthly billy my phone would be paid off then my 18 months is up im paying $98 never will I go with sprint

I went into the store today with some phone issues and needed to upgrade one of my devices. So when I walked in Tony came right up introduced himself and asked what we needed. I explained what I wanted and he paired us up with Vincent who is one of his newer employees and he was super upbeat. Asked questions and talked with both my kids (18/11) Tony kept checking on us and even with my original problem being a software problem he still got on google to see what he could do to help me. I would say it was my best experience with the stores I have visited and I would definitely recommend and I am a pretty picky person especially when I am stressed out. Thanks

At this Sprint store, Vinzce took super-great care of me and “Coach” was also very helpful. I was given clear answers to my MANY questions. Vinzce explained my options and he was pleasant too! (Rare find these days) I upgraded from 6s to an 11 ProMax and I am very happy with my purchase experience!!!
