Shipped 11 phones via FedEx to this company. Never got a response. Tracked the shipment and they received the phones. Two months later pictures start showing up on my Google pics that werent mine. A little investigation shows that one of my phones was in the Dominican Republic being used by a family.Follow up:After I e-mailed GRC and posted this review I received and email from the president of the company. I was surprised and impressed that this day and age a company listens to its customers. GRC is implementing a receipt system for customers that recycle but have no value to their phones. They will also be following up with their vendors to make sure they erase the phones prior to reselling them.

Very professional company to work with, I had an amazing customer service experience.

Worst company to deal with. On their website they advertised that they pay you for sending in your smartphones to recycle. I have sent them over 10 phones as the advertisement instructs and I received nothing back. So, I contacted them and their so called owner, “Marc Leff”, and he said that I won’t be getting any monetary value for my items because they have covered shipping costs. This is ridiculous and sounds like a fraudulent company to me because there is nothing on their website which indicates that they will only cover shipping costs for the value of your phones. Then he also claimed I didn’t send any smartphones and that iPhones that are 4 years or younger would be the only acceptable ones...I have sent LG smartphones and Samsung smartphones as well as iPhones. Again, there is no indication on their website for any exceptions of acceptable phones. To sum this up, I wouldn’t give this company a one star. It deserves no starts and I’m just writing this review to inform people.
