Have been searching for the perfect mattress for months.. Decided to visit this store in order to see what was the latest offerings and sales. We were greeted and toured by Robert. He took the time to narrow down our likes and dislikes while explaining the details, advantages and disadvantages of the mattresses, adjustable base, box spring, mattress protection, warranties etc... He gave us a great deal, mom is super happy with her selection. Delivery was offered for next day or two. Cant wait! Thank you Robert.. super knowledgeable and nice guy!

I went to the store and met a sales person . Her name is Lisa Partakes she was very knowable of her products n she took time out to work with me and I felt very comfortable with her because I know little about purchase a mattress. I truly appreciate it. I will recommend this store.

Very nice sales associates, and the mattress felt great in the store. I haven’t opened it yet. Only reason for the 4 stars is that they say you can “try it out” for four months. Then as soon as you pay, they immediately hand you a paper explaining that there’s fees if you decide to exchange it. Kinda shady..

Went to mattress firm today in Hollywood and was amazed by the variety in mattresses they had. And was greeted by Derrick who was there at the moment. Great customer service he introduced me to what I was looking for and show me different mattresses that where in display and what materials and functions that the mattress had. Will come back again for my next purchase of mattresses. Also look no further mattress firm has better prices then any other mattress places we went to and they will price match online prices also get extra discount if you ask nicely.

We visited the store at 211 S State Rd. 7 Hollywood, Fl. on 10/17/20. We were met by a salesman named Kenny Sosa. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about all of the beds that they had in the store. We were looking for a tempurpedic bed where the back & legs can be raised. He showed us many beds in various price ranges. He never pushed us towards any particular item. He offered many additional items and provided the pricing on them....again, not pushing. He was not aggressive which for us that is a big plus. Weve bought mattresses/beds before and it was always like buying a car....this was a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable person of the product that he was selling.

Had to write a review on the amazing customer service I received from Kenny. Such a kind and patient person. I tried to contact corporate to let them know but I guess this will do since they dont have a way to give praises on their site. Kenny is a wonderful asset to this location and because of him, this will be the only mattress firm in South Florida I would go to.

BUYER BEWARE! They charge you 130 dollars to refund a 200 mattress. i brought it to the store. even from the store its still 50 to ship it to their warehouse and 20 bucks to restock. so in essence you can lose almost 50% of your purchase price if you dont like your mattress.

But my back pain just can not wait that long. So he helped me get an 50% discount on an upgraded base that was available on the spot so I wouldnt have to wait. I visited the branch located at 211 State Road 7 on 12/31/19 where I was assisted by sales associate Robert Delancy. He was so pleasant that even if I didnt plan to I would have to buy something he had knowledge of each product and had no problem showing me variations. Robert was my salesperson. He worked with me with prices. Delivery was made same day, four hours later. Delivery men were polite and clean. They wore shoe covers into my apartment. I was extremely pleased!

We went to mattress firm today as our first stop to find new mattresses for my parents. We were preparing for a long and tedious day testing mattresses and dealing with sales people, our experience with Cairo was anything but. He was so helpful in showing us the options that fit our needs and explaining the differences between the mattresses. We didn’t buy our mattress from this store...but I wish I had.Last month, my husband and I were in search for a purple mattress. This being the closest mattress firm to our home, we call here first. Robert, the sales person, kindly let us know that they didn’t have any on the show room floor but informed us which location did.We ended up purchasing our mattress, adjustable base, sheets, pillows, mattress protector all from the other Mattress Firm but there was a little problem. When our sheets and mattress protector arrived, they were both King...we ordered a queen mattress.Not wanting to drive all the way back to the original store, I stopped in to this location to see if they could help me sort this out and get a new set. Robert, even though it wasn’t his mistake, went above and beyond (as I had opened the mattress protector and threw away the box before I realized it was the wrong one) to help straighten this out and get me the proper size.

Mason,, I think hes the manager,, what an awesome guy,, he was knowledgeable,and very helpful in helping me get a mattress and adjustable frame,, however the queen I got that was delivered and set up last night,is way too small,,I will be calling to today to try and upgrade to a king,,will update my review after.

Frico was very attentive, very informative, well educated. Helped me with all my questions and also went thru with the purchase and getting installation with delivery. He deserves a raise most definitely.

The salesman was extremely passive aggressive and attempted multiple times to up sell me even when explicitly told not to. He also “accidentally” put a delivery fee on my tab, he tried to give me a water cover for the bed instead of giving me a refund. I declined and in formed him that this practice was in fact illegal. While I ended up making a purchase, it was due to the fact I just wanted to get it over with. I will not be going to the same location ever again, I would rather spend more time and gas just to avoid this annoying and shady individual.

Update:Dont waste your time going to this place! They have the worst customer service ever and this has left a terrible taste in my mouth!
