I recently had the front bumper of my 2014 Scion tC scratched. Since it appeared to be a relatively simple fix, I made the now regrettable decision of hiring someone from Craigslists to take care of it at my garage. Big mistake. I was scammed out of my money in exchange for a lousy repair that caused more damage. Now I am settling with this individual, who evidently did not have an idea of what he was doing. Big expensive mistake I made, never again.I decided to do some research on service providers based on Google Reviews and came across with Dent Repair Miami which had a few good ones and was relatively close to my home so I decided to bit the bullet and gave them a call.From the beginning, the owner Kenny Mejias was very responsive on the phone even though it was a Sunday and scheduled an appointment at his shop the very next day. I was very happy when he provided a written estimate and scope of work and that I could also pay for the job with my credit card. I accepted and left the car to be repaired, which was ready in less than 24 hours. They painted the entire front bumper with high quality automotive paint at a competitive price and now it looks literally like new. I was also very impressed with his shop and the high-end vehicles he was taking care of. They boost a professional paint booth and he was even kind enough to keep me informed of the progress.I am glad that what started out as a nightmare from Craigslists ended up with a great experience at Dent Repair Miami. Lesson learned. I would recommend Kenny and his business to anybody in need for a paint job or a paint repair. Thanks Kenny.

I went to Dent Repair Miami because someone had hit my Mazda 3 and it needed some body work. I had a really good experience talking to Kenny, the owner. He was super easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable. He was very honest which is very rare in south Florida. At the end of the day he fixed my door and it looked better than the day that I got it. The best part is that he finished in 3 days! The insurance company estimated 2 weeks for the repair which would have been a major inconvenience for me. He also finished the car for less than what the insurance company had given me so I was actually able to save my deductible. He took care of all of the insurance dealings and made the whole process stress free! I really recommend Kenny to do all of your body work and paint! He is a master at his craft and a great guy!
