From the start Marcus was super friendly and helpful getting my truck taken care of. The daily text updates were awesome and helped give me an idea how everything was going. The truck was also finished before the estimated time. They even waited for me after they closed, coming after work to pick up my truck once it was done. Im happy how eveything came out.

This place is different from any other company i have ever been to. They take customer service to a new level with extreme professionalism. I received daily text messages with details explaining the progress of my vehicle. My service advisor Mr. Marcos was amazingly polite and really went out of his way to make sure i understood the repairs being made. They set the example when it comes to customer service. The Hollywood, FL on Washington St Location for Caliber is the one you want. Very professional. Marcos and Luis plus the receptionist were fantastic.Do not ever got to the North Miami Caliber, I do not know how they are open for business. They should close that place tomorrow. Hollywood had to fix my car after the North Miami shop failed 2 separate times. Very sloppy and unprofessional they are in North Miami.

Professionalism was number one experience. Could not get the smile off my face when I picked up my truck. Very satisfied.! A shoutout to the body shop tech, John Haywood and all the staff! I had bought my truck to several body shops for estimates, including the dealership. Caliber Collision spotted out all the damages and did a Thorough review of the vehicle including going under the vehicle. The dealership did a walk around and did not include the damages that Caliber Collision pointed out. The dealership said once they have the vehicle up on the rack they will review the damages from Calibar Collision, but told me once my vehicles on the rack with the dealership they said I cannot change body shops and forced to use the dealership. HMMM no brainer, I’d rather go with a body shop such as Caliber Collision, that could see the obvious. Of course there may be hidden repairs, but at least the obvious was observed by Caber Collision. Again, I felt like the dealership was trying to lure in to use them. FINE job and trust done by Caliber Collision.

Do Not Go Anywhere Else!!!! This place, their employees, and the quality of the work is AMAZING. I took my daughters new 2019 Pearl White Acura ILX here to repair the front bumper. My advisor was Justin and the Painter was Gabriel D. Justin treated me like his only customer. His communication (calls and texts) of the progress was outstanding. I am a very very detailed person and I meticulously maintain my cars so I needed a shop that would be just as attentive to the details. Justin assured me that Gabriel (painter) was amazing and that the color match would be perfect with no overspray anywhere. Gabriels craftsmanship blew me away. Gabriel and his body work team matched the paint perfectly and delivered my car in perfect condition. All new cars have a slight variation in color when you compare the plastic bumper color to the color on the fenders or hood. But after having Caliber Hollywood repair my vehicle my front bumper matches the fenders and hood BEYOND PERFECT. I think I need to have them paint my rear bumper because the factory paint match is nowhere close to Gabriels paint match. This Collision Shops paint quality is far superior to any dealership shop and better than factory as well. THANK YOU CALIBER TEAM for making my daughters car better than NEW. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!

Originally the hood wasnt touched. Then (now) the headlight on side of accident turns off intermittently as does the air conditioner due to a compressor overheating because of a cooling fan which seems to be damaged in the accident. Additionally, my VSC (vehicle stability control) stops charging intermittently also. This may be due to a damaged front, driver side wheel bearing (replaced right before accident) having sustained damage. Or it could just be a sensor.As for communication and customer service I am happy with Caliber Collision.The company as a whole is great with customer service and my returning to address the above issues.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you get your car they are the best! I was also getting daily alerts of the process of them fixing my car which was also a great plus! Very professional and friendly service. Very easy processing with highest quality of service. Performed repair in a very short time. I was receiving emails with progress of work done on the car. They arranged pick up and drop off of the rental car. Overall, the entire process seemed to be a problem in the very beginning, but Caliber Collision made it simple and stress free. Also, notable nice intake reception area. They should be a template of what auto repair business should be.

When I picked up my car after they replaced a damaged bumper , the driver door was open. Then I was locked out when I stopped by a restaurant less than 10 minutes away from their shop. I called Marcus who stated that they didnt touch and didnt have nothing to do with the door. I spent 3 agonizing hours waiting for AAA. After reviewing the repair report/invoice, they didnt only touch the door, but they opened the door system (inside vinyl and there were 3 charges for that. I called back the shop and the operator said everyone left and I had to wait til Monday. I spent money out of pocket to pay for the towing company, spent 3 hours in parking lot and couldnt use my car for 3 days. All that wouldnt be as frustrating as being dishonest and lied to me telling me the door wasnt touched. I find that to be malicious and deceiving, we are not talking about a screw that they could have missed, this a 3x4 feet heavy piece of metal that you cant just forget if you have moved it.To add insult to injury, I had to involve my insurance to get the issue resolved.And there was no follow up or apology.ONE MORE THING: Stop harassing customers to give you good rating in Google reviews; do a good job and you will get good reviews.In fact I dont even trust this reviews any more as I overheard one of their customers telling them that he will give them 3 positive reviews and to watch for 3 girls reviews. Thats is shameful and misleading.

I took my Bmw to to Caliber Collision on Monday and I got it back on Thursday brand new! Someone back into my car and Progressive recommended them and they did an excellent job. The environment is clean, the staff is professional and helpful. Everything was quick and effective and I am happy with the work they did on my car. Communication was great as well.I would give 10 stars if I could. Job well done.

Please remember to take ALL your valuable belongings before leaving. My husband car was service here and someone that worked there stole his phone. He went to retrieve the phone and it is GONE. We know for a fact the phone was there. The GPS tracker spot it that location, since then the phone has been turned off. Please BEWARE

Caliber Collision has done an amazing job in fixing my car and my brothers car. After my brother got his car rear ended our insurance company gave us options on who to go to and luckily Caliber Collision was one of them. They repaired my brothers car quick and new. Fast forward a couple months later I unfortunately got into a head on crash and my front grille and bumper were heavily damage. After a week or so, my car, and I say this whole heartedly, looks brand new, which is a testament to how well they fixed it. Aside from how great the car looked, it all started with the staff at Caliber Collision. The front desk receptionist set out a great first impression and made the paper work quick and easy to do. Lastly, Marcos did a phenomenal job in informing about everything that will be done. He showed great service as soon as he walked up to me in the office until I left the collision center. Overall, great staff, customer service, and shop to go to.

Took my moms car last month for a repair and their service was really good, and most important, they have great communication with their clients.

Was told it would be 4 days, to fix my car then they sent a text to me saying a week for minor damages because parts on a brand new truck. Then I called waiting 7min to speak to adviser to have him yell at me and hang up when I told him I didnt want the repair. Will not be using this company ever again for any reason and suggest anyone else steer clear as well.

Felt pressured and hurried. Came in to assign my insurance for my repair. They wanted my credit card up front to order my parts besides my deductible, even though the insurance was covering it. Wanted my car to sit there while the parts came in.Left and went to Diamond Automotive where they did a great job and returned the car detailed inside and out.

Went there for en estimate on my car 🚗 on a very onprofessional way i was told that do to the rain ☔ it was not possible to get an estimate. 👎 bad service, like they dont have a bay back side of the building. I took my car to caliber for a repair and they were quick, kept in constant contact with me and did a phenomenal job on my repair. Would recommend.

The very first thing this place wanted me to sign was a power of attorney. I was only going in for a estimate. After I told them that I wasnt going to sign a power of attorney they did the most despiteful thing which is to low ball my inspection estimate. The inspector just came out took a couple of pictures and sent the info to my insurance company stating that it could all be fixed not replaced costing me less than $1000. Then they said they would not guaranteed the job on site. So I went to the Mazda dealer and got another estimate and they took the time to see what was going on with my car and give a proper estimate with genuine part replacement. At that point I did sign the power of attorney for them to collect the check from the insurance claim. Im so happy I had a choice.

Super disappointed and upset with Progressive!! After having an accident and contacting my insurance to resolve my property damage, I was recommended by my adjuster to go to Caliber Collision (Hollywood FL). Took my car there and was called 3 days later by German from the shop at almost 6pm telling me it was ready. My husband gets to the shop Monday morning to pick up the car and was told OH, your car is NOT ready yet. It has not been aligned He decides to leave because he has work and was told he would get a call to pick up the car later that day. He return in the afternoon when he gets the call and takes the car. He inspects the car only to find out that parts of the car were still scratched, not fixed properly and missing- not in the condition the car was in before the accident. ----------- Long post short-------- There were decisions made by the body shop that were not communicated with my husband and I at first. The rear bumper had a step pad on it... when we got it back it had a sand paper looking sticker decal on it instead. The front bumper grill was still scratched, the front bumper was not fixed properly and there was a cover missing under the front bumper of the car. My husband proceeds to tell German the issues he found and German THEN says OK, the part was not approved by progressive but I can order it on E-BAY! AFTER DECISIONS WERE MADE NOT BEFORE putting something completely different on the rear bumper of the car. (making it seem like we wouldnt notice the difference and we would go away) I call my adjuster who was great and explain everything....she puts me in touch with Raymond and I explain everything again- Ray agrees to meet me to inspect the car again and sees all of the issues and agrees that the car was NOT fixed properly and should NOT have been given back to me in that condition. Once again, I was told they would order the parts and I would get a call to bring the car in AGAIN! We bring the car in and get a call a few days later the car is done. Once I pick up the car, I encounter German again at Caliber.... and he tells me that he was not the one who initially called me, that he had never spoken to me that my car was done and wasnt even going to show me and review with me what was done. we discussed the issues previously in question and he argued with me front beginning to end while I was there. He said that the car did not have the parts I was claiming when it came in (there are pictures that the body shop took and pictures I took at the accident scene that show the parts) if you remember I was previously told that Progressive had not approved the step pad (contradicting statements) then he said that the decal on the bumper was what Toyota had for the bumper (never communicated this to us PRIOR to putting it on the bumper) ---- I am sure you get it- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER dealing with a body shop THAT WAS RECOMMENDED by my own insurance company. Got called a liar, was told incorrect information, was a total waste of time going to this shop 3 times for to get treated like total garbage. Where no one cares for customer service and where they just want the cars in and out like a factory. DID NOT EXPECT THIS AT ALL SINCE IT WAS A PROGRESSIVE RECOMMENDATION AND WISH SOMETHING WERE DONE ABOUT HOW THIS PARTICULAR SHOP TREATS PEOPLE AND THEIR VEHICLES.
