Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lift I rented was missing a pad for one of the stabilizer arms. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but still would recommend this company.

True Taylor rental did an amazing job when we worked with them. We had them bring the chairs for our wedding at a Country Club with a pretty narrow window for setup and takedown and they did everything flawlessly. I never even saw them on the wedding day, they worked with the wedding coordinator and got everything just the way we wanted before we even made it to the ceremony site to check on things.

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs from Taylor True Value, and we were very impressed with their service and willingness to work with us about dates and numbers. We hired them to set up our tents for our outdoor wedding and they did such a good job. They were on time and professional. They set up the tents very quickly and provided all the other items we needed, tables, chairs, lights, linens, dance floor, archway and food warmers. They were very responsive and answered our many questions. I would highly recommend using them for all your party supply needs!

Not a very helpful place. I have a out of state id. Went to rent a equipment trailer. You said id and credit card. Brought that. Then it was oh no out of state id beside the trailer is now broke. You didnt have to lie and say that the trailer is broke. All you had to say is we dont do out of state id. Dont recommend this place at all. This was the store manager that said this. Just know you may get lied too.

They were a lot of help with planning an upcoming wedding! They made suggestions for what we would need for the amount of guests we would be hosting without be pushing us into anything. The contract they sent was very clear. We are looking forward to the big day and will be telling anyone we know planning a wedding about Taylor Rental!

Rented a jackhammer and post hole digger. Staff was super helpful in advising me what I needed, tools did the job very well. I thought it would be an all day job and was done in 3 hours. Was even able to get a credit back since I could return it early.

We had a short amount of time to organize a Celebration of Life gathering to honor my brothers passing. It was the weekend of the 4th and we knew it was a possibility that we wouldnt be able to get what we needed.Not only was the staff sympathetic and kind, they also helped us get the tables, chairs, and table covers we needed in no time. They didnt have anyone available to deliver, but they were helpful in getting us loaded up when we came with a trailer to transport everything.

The selection is great. The people at the front desk and in the back are very friendly. I had a couple of different problems with the heater(s) I rented. During initial consultation the information I received related to what type of a plug-in I needed was either incorrect or I didn’t understand it ( could be my fault). Upon follow up it seemed as though they were unwilling to imagine it could possibly be their mistake. Then the knob was broken on the unit I got and the person at the desk made it sound like one of the repair technicians had just used it at their house (indicating that it actually wasn’t their fault). When the technician came to my property to look at it, he expressed that he used the unit two years ago and not recently. Again maybe this was just a misunderstanding. So in general I still give them a positive rating because of their selection and friendliness.

The item we had reserved did not have a part. We were able to get a substitute, but had to wait a bit. Fortunately my son noticed a part was missing before we left.

Being a small business owner I could almost open a tool rental shop myself. But on occasion there are expensive tools you need for a one time usage and thats where Taylor comes in. Their entire staff is friendly, provides helpful hints (nice, even if you dont need it) in tool operation and they go above and beyond for the customer. Rental pricing is reasonable but most importantly their tools are in excellent working order. Nothing worse than renting a tool and having to fix it so you can use it. They always have the tool I need as well. They earned a loyal customer.

I called to inquire about equipment the customer service representative named James answered the phone call started answering questions as I was going through mid-conversation without warning put me on hold.I assumed it was an accident called back about 2 minutes later and asked him why I got put on hold mid-conversation he said theyre very busy.They are apparently too busy to give customer service to a long time customer. thankfully there are many other rental places in the area and I can take my business to where it is actually appreciated.Good job James you managed to lose a contractor as a customer by your horrible customer service.

Terrible service. Claims to be honest and lies about equipment then stumbles to retract statement and make an excuse as why it was ok to lie. Manager laughs and claims their products are great when she’s never operated one. So sad. Good business lost out.

We got a 20 by 30 tent, table and chairs, trash cans, keg cooler, and various food serving items from them and were pleased with everything. Great company, great service!

Loved our experience with Taylor Rental. We forgot to pick up our generator during store hours and we were leaving down to Tennessee that night for a week. We called their emergency line at 8:00pm and within an hour we got a response saying they would personally deliver the generator to our location so that we wouldnt have to be without it. This is the type of customer service that Taylor Rental is all about. It is the only place Ill recommend for those who have rental needs in the Holland/Zeeland area.

Quick and easy service, $20 to fill a propane cylinder. They do fill to 20lbs vs the cylinder swap places that do 18lbs.

Ive rented from several places and this store is by far the cleanest, most professional rental store Ive dealt with. All staff was courteous, knowledgable and helpful. I was really surprised that they offered 24 hour service if I had a problem (which I did not). I had 3 weekend projects to tackle this winter and they all required equipment that I didnt own. Of the 5 pieces I rented I think 3 were practically brand new, the other two were more used, but worked perfectly. Well done Taylor Rental!

I rented a man lift from here. When I took it they said it was electric only. Got to the job site and got 40 up when it caught on fire. Called their emergency hot line which is an answering machine. I was stuck by myself in the lift for over an hour at height. Im lucky it didnt crash to the ground. When they called back they said Never use the electric controls, its gas only. I took it back and wanted a refund, but turns out the only guy who can grant such a request is perpetually on vacation.Disappointed a west Michigan business would be run this way.

Our 4th of July weekend wedding would not have been the WONDERFUL CELEBRATION it was without Taylor Rentals. We relied heavily on Taylor throughout the entire planning process and found the staff to be nothing but accommodating and even creative. All of our equipment and arrived in excellent condition. Should we have future rental needs, well definitely be using Taylor again.

Have pretty much everything you can think of to rent! My only critique would be that their prices are higher than some of the other rental shops in the area - CDR and Gemmens.

These people were rude when hooking up my trailer and gave me a trailer with a broken axle and wheel bearing. They left me stranded half way to ohio telling me that I needed to pay for it to be towed and fixed the next day. So I also have to pay for a hotel room ?! I have rented from them for years and this is how they treat a loyal customer?

Not it all happy with there Customer Service. Had faulty equipment and still charged me full price. So I guess our time has no value as thy wanted me to call the Manager when it was there fault the Equipment did not work. I think he should calling me after gone there 30 years done with them.

I rented a moon jump from them last year-No problems, so I did the same and rented one this year for my kids birthday party!!! Well apparently I got a new one and it was to hard and to stiff for the kids to jump and have fun on it-The kids ended up wanting the trampoline instead of the bounce house. Then I called to complain and the guy basically told me I was wrong that they all tested it out when he got my email/phone call. I even attempted to jump on it and it was to hard for me and my husband to do it!!!!! I will not be going back next year-I will be going else where for a moon jump-oh and the price was ridiculous too-$265-Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
