Terrible experience!Go to Blains.Ive been coming for years and its gotten a lot worse as time goes by.Plenty places fill propane, food, clothing, and do it without making your day worse.

These employees are the most helpful and seem to genuinely desire to assist!Customer service has been lost in our society. When we visit this store these young people are a refreshing reminder of the good old days, of treating a customer friendly and helpful! THANK YOU to each of you at this location! The store is well stocked ,organized and clean.

Not very helpful. Went in to get an order I placed online. I asked for help and the lady that was up front said it would be awhile because it was her and one other person working, and she could maybe get them to help me. I told her that I already placed an order and paid, just needed to pick it up. She then quickly helped me. I appreciate the online ordering system, and thankful I got to pick up as quickly as I could. Just would’ve been nice if I was asked what I needed help with since there was literally only one car in the parking lot other than mine.

Perfect store for a quick pick up of some many needed items.! I love their sales.! You can get some really good boots (work, snow or rain boots) for unbeatable prices when they have their sales.! The Dog food here is always at a great price.! The customer service in this store is also amazing.! They are very helpful and always asking their customers if they need help.! Walked in, saw employee at checkout without a mask chatting with customers, walked out. Headed to Blains Farm and Fleet across the street. If you have common sense, you should do the same.

Disappointed, for the second time in a row went into store and found cashier and customer with no masks. Previous visit customer with no mask at check out. Asked cashier about policy and she responded with that she did not notice customer without mask. Left purchases and went across the street. You were first in town and have tried to give your store my business but have big problem with lack of responsibility for the general publics health especially seniors!

Used to love this place for my guinea pig! They unfortunately stopped carrying the big bag of guinea pig food so we dont shop there nearly as often. Love stopping by to see the little chicks!

Fun store to visit for random items. We get all our animal feed here. Prices are a little high but usually great service.

Sure, TS may not carry everything that the really big-box chains carry, but they do have a lot of stuff that those other stores dont. We usually get our dog and chicken feed here as well as salt for our water softener. In addition to the farm related items, TS sells automotive, home & garden, apparel, tools, hardware and lots more. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Get special discounts and deals by signing up for their free Neighborhood Rewards program.

Just left there. Stopped to get propane tanks filled. Girl that helped us was extremely rude. We have always been happy with the service in the past. Which is why I didnt give a one star rating. Its hard to find good help these days.

I slightly guiltily say, they have clean bathrooms. And cold drinks. LOL

95% of the time Tractor Supply has what I need! You cannot beat those numbers. And the customer assistance at the Holland store off of 31 and Quincy great!

Tractor Supply is always courteous they always ask if you cant find something and their services outstanding for a tractor supply company I buy chicken feed and dog feed and Cat feed and other things is Always Something There to buy there its a nice place to go just to wonder around.

I normally love going to tsc, which is why I gave this experience a 3 star review instead of a 1 star. I walked into tractor supply at 8:48 knowing they closed at 9, so I was rushing to not keep the employees waiting. I work in customer service so I know how it is an inconvenience to have to stay later than closing. I had every intention of getting what I needed and getting out before 9. I walked into the store only to be greeted with what are you looking for; Im out of here at 9 not the warm hello I usually get. I was very unimpressed with the horrible customer service by the employee. Looked at the boots I wanted to buy, tried them on, and left the store to spend my money at another store that didnt make me feel unwelcomed as soon as I walked in. Very disappointed.

Horrible service, no knowlage from the staffwent to fill propane tanks b/c I heard it was cheaper. Waited 10 min at the register for the guy to radio back to someone else, when he finally did, he said wait outside by the gate. I went outside, got my tanks and waited another 10 min and no one came out. finally leaft to go get them filled somewhere else. This visit was the last straw, but it seams like every time I go to TSC there is something that makes me leave unsatisfied.
