On March 15, 2021 I had placed an order with you guys. I never received any calls when you guys got the part I ordered. I was told that one of you members had messed up, my order. I never received this information. If I had never went to figure out what was going on, I would have never received my order. This is very unprofessional, this has happened to me more than 3 times. As a establishment you should have this figured out by now, it is not right that I have order parts and I never receive them. Yet when one workers messes up, and I still have to pay full price when the employee was the one who did it wrong, not only that but I have waited for too long, I need the part right away. Again I was never informed that this employee had messed up. From a costumers perspective, this is very unprofessional and will not be going here again. Next time make sure your workers know how to do their job.

I have a 10 acre hobby farm and heat my house and barn with a boiler. Westenbroek has been my go to for the 23 years I have lived in Holland. If you require professional grade equipment and top notch service I highly recommend them. Most of their equipment has MAP pricing and they have an excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. If youre looking for help cutting down an ornamental tree or processing 20 cords of firewood, this is the place to go in West Michigan!

Lot more respectful than green mark equipment. Bought a 54 inch toro zero turn from you guys 2 months ago works like a dream. The kid at the counter was so happy to help me. And help load it on the trailer.

So far ok. I still need the product, to be delivered in a couple weeks. No update from them.Within a few days of this review I did receive the tractor with the snow plow. I plowed my drive a couple times and a nut fell off. I fixed it but they sent someone to checkout the rest of the unit. There are still parts to be delivered but I dont need the bagger just yet. We have snow on the ground. There service has been fine.

If you are looking for reliable, quality equipment, then this is where you need to shop. These products are built to last and can take a beating!They have entry level to commercial and everything in between. My first purchase was a small leaf blower. While my small blower still works like new, I followed the salespersons advice and decided to upgrade to a high powered blower and it is AMAZING! I wish I had listened to their suggestion when I purchased the first one (would have ended up saving money).Ive had most of my equipment for several years now and everything still starts in 2 pulls when cold.Staff is friendly, honest and dependable.Quality products and quality service. What else can you ask for? Ill be coming back for more equipment!

I emailed Westenbroek on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed that i got a response almost immediately, Scott was very informative via email and when i dropped my mower off, the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. However, when i picked it up the young man that helped me couldnt tell me what repairs were made. Since that time i have emailed several times, and left voicemails to which none have been answered. They have left me little choice but to find another Toro dealer to work with.

Without going into the details, I recently purchased a power attachment from a third party and had a lot of trouble with it. It was missing much of the hardware necessary to assemble it and attach it to the mower. The manufacturer told me to contact the place where I purchased it. Then that place told me to contact the place I purchased it. Then I was told that I had to contact a local dealer for warranty service. That local dealer is Westenbroek, which was where I started trying to resolve it on my own in the first place. But it was not a warranty issue, it was a factory failure to provide all of the product in the shipping package. The gentleman at the Westenbroek service desk tried to help me, plus one of the managers, Cari provided key guidance in an attempt to resolve the situation. They spent a lot of effort making calls and researching part numbers. In the end I returned the item to where I purchased it and will in the future, always buy local. It is so much better working with real people like Westenbroek that you can trust and talk with face-to-face and if necessary to get a replacement part or advice, it just a local call or visit to the shop.

The staff is SO helpful and friendly! I have purchased two different gifts for my fiancé from them over the past two years and they are so good at explaining things to me (because I don’t know much about the equipment I am purchasing) both times they have carried the item to the car for me and loaded it up. They really go the extra mile for whatever you need! I 100% recommend them. On top of the great customer service— the items have been top notch.

May have good sales on some stuff, but $84.53 to have a tube installed on one of my zero turn mowers! Not to mention I already had removed the tire myself!!! Talk about excessive markup!!! I’ll be taking my lawn care business elsewhere! And letting my associates know as well.

Nobody answers the phone ever. I called for 30 minutes on a Saturday. I’m a small Lawn company and have been going here for service and tools for 6 years. This place is going down hill. Poor service. Who’s the management? If you lack employees maybe you need to answer phones. Your loosing business. Ran a lot better when Paul jr was running things. Miss that guy.

I brought my older piece of equipment to them for repair since they were a servicing dealer for the brand. Two weeks later - I was told that a repair would require parts that are out of production and cant be found but, they would try for about $400.00. Two weeks go by and I am told they will get to it. Two weeks later - I was told different substitute parts were available but would have to be modified for my machine for about $700.00. Two more weeks go by and Westenbroek finally tells me that they are not Comfortable working on the machine and that I should pick it up and use it for parts. It seems that if a part cant be bolted on, they cant fix it.I picked up the machine and took it to Floyds Outdoor Power in Ravenna - they told me they can easily fix it but, could not get to it for quite a while and I said that is fine - I dont need it for months. 8 weeks later they call me and tell me that the machine is up and running just fine and that my bill would be $139.00! Guess where all my business will go from now on.

Not friendly at service desk. At all. If I buy a $2500 mower I would like to have free pickup and delivery .. nope. I received a coupon in mail fo free pickup and delivery. Used it on 10/26. Its now 11/10, they still have it. Not happy. I have been the one trying to get updates, not then calling me with updates.

I would stay away from this business. Myself, friends and family all know someone that purchased a new or used piece of equipment that did not work, while being told it was in perfect running order.I purchased a pre-owned Stihl string trimmer in April. The employee started it up and said Runs great, if you want it ill knock some more off if you dont want it cleaned. I was told it had just come in on trade and the unit was operating well.It took a couple of weeks to get into my new home, about 3 weeks after purchase. I attempted to start the trimmer and it went fine. Excited with my new purchase and ready to start on a lawn that has not been touched in over a year. Low and behold it would not hold an idle. Nor would it go over 3/4 throttle with out it dying.I then took it back to this location, where I purchased it. Explained the issues and when I had made the transaction. The employee said Not a problem we will get you taken care of. With a warm fuzzy I left knowing that they had a ten day lead time. About a week later I get a call informing me that I have to pay for the repairs. I reiterated my position and how I purchased it. Once again was told, Im sorry, we will get this taken care of and give you a call with the result.In the first two days after second contact, no call back. I reached out to them and was given the same response usually Ill have my manager call you in 30 minutes to an hour. Never received one call back from this business. After 7 phone calls spread out over the next week and a half I finally become upset.On my 8th call I got the same manager that I had spoken to 3 other times. He had this to say Nope Im not putting any money into it you can come get it or Ill give you 50$. What troubles me is the fact that it took over a week to get a response that could have been given any other of the 7 calls. Also allowing me to purchase a new one and make my yard the envy of the neighborhood.
