Three vehicles left Missouri with boats in tow. One had a blow out on his trailer and I encountered what I thought was a brake issue. Luckily we found Reeds. This shop went out of its way to replace two tires on the trailer and check out my brake issue which they said I would be good to get back to Missouri. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Went to get my flat tire repaired or replaced what needed to happen ! They changed the tire put a new one on I was told that they would not warranty the tire but if I payed to get all four they would.?..So I paid 60 for a new tire two weeks earlier right down the road life time warranty ..flat no matter what.. they will replace it if need be ...and Reeds charge me almost 140.00...for a tire that will not stand behind....G making enough money are we?

Super nice and professional staff from the mechanics to the manager. They got our vehicle done quicker than quoted and for less money than quoted. They also fix things that don’t necessarily need to be replaced. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Too many repairs that were botched, resulting in further repairs and arguments ensued because of dishonesty and lack of integrity of likely inexperienced technicians. When technicians cause damages owners know did not exist prior to the work being done and then deny it -- you will continue to lose the good customers who trusted you first and then find elsewhere due to your dishonesty.ADDRESSING THE RESPONSE BELOW:Incorrect. This incident did not occur in April.Also, parts that get damaged due to technicians carelessness and incompetence does NOT fall under the category of part failure nor part malfunction. It falls under the categories: Carelessness, incompetence and dishonesty.

Excellent customer service. Jumped quick to special order tires and have them delivered same day, even called once they arrived. They got my van right in to have the tires installed. Ill be back!

New to the area needed some work done and some coworkers told me about the service they receive at Reed. So took my car they gave me best price in town by far, loaned me a car to get back to work and had my car with a quality set of tires ready in under two hours. We have been customers of Reeds Tire for 30 years now and have never been disappointed in them. They have always had what we needed. Excellent service, friendly and fast. We never go anywhere else unless its an out of town emergency!

Bad experience. Went to have an allignment done. They damaged a break line working on it. And expected me to pay $170 for them to fix it. Why would a place not cover something that was there fault? I will never be returning and i would strongly advise others to not waste there time.

I called these guys on a Friday afternoon an hour before close for roadside help. They replaced two trailer tires in no time. They even waited while I unhitched, drove seven miles away, and bought another tire which they mounted. It was a bad day made better by these guys. Thanks to you, we made it home safe.

Went too get a wheel balance couse my steering wheel was vibrating .I was told i needed new tires when i kno i didnt..they tried selling me tires for $800 for a maxima to stop the vibratimg on the steering wheel..i went too walmart .they said tires are good got a wheel balance for 45 and my issue with the vibration of the sterring wheel was solved..

Took my truck in because ABS light was on and grinding noise when driving. They told me it was rotors and brake pads in the rear. They did the work and charged me. It did not solve the problem. Turned out to be wheel bearing on front drivers side , diagnosed after having it towed to another shop.

I brought my car in the other day as I have been dealing with issues since I had another shop install new winter tires on my off season wheels last year. My off seasons are used wheels that I plasti-dipped. They had to dismount a couple of my tires to rotate the tires on the rim. I was very impressed to see the plasti-dip coating was only minorly damaged. So minor, I am not worried about touching it up.With seeing how they handle cheap off-season wheels with a cheap removable plastic coating, I wouldnt have a concern bringing higher end wheels here.The car seems to handle a lot better now as well. I will be keeping them in mind for future tire purchases. Work was completed in a timely manner as well.

Stopped in on Friday and was told tires were on order and should be in on Monday. Called Monday to follow up and was told they were unloading. Called every day since (it is now Wednesday) and no answer to phone calls despite 15-20 rings. Poor service when things get busy. Going somewhere else for the new tires.

I purchased a used tired from Reeds, the price including installation. To any rational person, installation would include remounting the wheel on my car; Reeds did not ask me which car was mine, did not ask for my keys, did nothing except bring my tire out to me (mounted on the rim) and say, Have a nice day. there is no customer service, no communication, nothing. I was without my car for better than twenty-four hours, because in the process of removing lug nuts (which reeds should have done), crossthreading occured, requiring replacement of all four lug studs. I dont recommend them. If they were the last place on earth, I would never go there again.
