I’ve rented from this company twice, now, at the Kuawa storefront, and have always had the greatest customer service and care with Extra Space Storage. The building itself, the individual climate-controlled storage units, and the premises are very clean, safe, and easy to access. Donna at the Kalanianaole Avenue location was so awesome and called me back right away the same day to let me know about a space. Kyle is always very helpful, friendly, and always has time to “talk story” with me when it’s not busy. Maile remembered me, as well as my name from 2 years ago, and kindly connected me to Donna to find a space for my vehicle. Each one of them has gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed! They are a few of the most professional, friendliest, courteous, and most helpful staff you could ever find anywhere on the island! The women who work here are fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would give 5 stars for the service at this location. I took off one star for the corporate pricing policy. I had found a cheaper price online a week before, and by the time I rented the space, it was $10 more because the rates vary daily.

The facility was easy to find. Frank was most helpful, answered any questions I had and was very professional. The storage buildings are very clean and well lighted. One thing tbat might be improved: there is only one cart for the whole place. Many thanks to Frank for getting me set up.

Went down there on my lunch with limited time to spare. Called before going and spoke to a rep over the phone who had me do my info online for a faster experience in store. Got there and Frank was also taking a lunch, shop sign showed he wouldn’t be reopening till my lunch was over. Just went I thought I wasn’t my lunch break, Frank gladly came and opened the door. After explaining, he without hesitation told me came in and handled my request. Thanks Frank!

I came in today to secure a 16X20 unit Ireserved online.I found Frank Alvarado to be helpful, friendly and professional.He described the current discounted programs clearly and answered all of my additional questions prior to showing the unit.The office and surrounding areas are clean.The unit location was perfect and easily accessible, especially since I planned to have my PODS containers delivered on site.However, I found out that PODS does not deliver containers on-site at this time, bummer!

There are many things about this place that makes it great!! First the building is bright green and white so it’s easy to find. We stored our house hold items here for almost a year. The place is clean, friendly staff. One day my husband got a call and told us that our unit wasn’t properly locked and that they noticed it when doing their walk through. Now I must say they really are on top of things! You had to really look to notice this issue. Thank you extra space storage!!! If you need anything stored look no further this is the place to go.

Clean and friendly, they keep on top of knowing their stock and clients names. Although its slightly pricey, youll know your items are safe and cared for. Once I locked myself out my car and they let me use their phone to call a someone to help me. They even gave me the number to lockout guy and waited with me for him to come! So, Thanks, Kyle and keep on providing great customer service.

I did some research and found Extra Space Storage to have the best price in town, especially with their first month free promotion going on. We were kinda bummed because our housing situation didnt work out, but Haroldeen treated us like family and made the whole process a million times easier! The facility is super nice and new, never had problems moving stuff in and out. I would definitely recommend to others, especially because of Haroldeens professionalism and kindness.
