Sign-up was super fast and easy. Very informational, safe, and secure place to keep your belongings. I would highly recommend.

Great service from the worker at the front desk. However they originally wanted to give me a storage unit that had the beam running down the middle which took over half the space. I asked for another unit because I am paying for that space that the beam is running through. They didn’t give me any fuss but the fact that they would give me a space knowing that the beam is running through it is a little concerning.

Had my items stored here for 3 years and recently moved to Honolulu. I was here when it was Hilo Self Storage and now it is called StorQuest Self Storage, a lot of changes were made since StorQuest took over the beginning of this year and for the better. The site looks amazing with the renovation and Tyra has been very helpful throughout my moving process, she even recommended a Honolulu location for my new storage needs.

Tony Figueroa is the site manager. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, belligerent, and aggressive toward my RideShare driver during my transaction. She yelled at the driver, raised her finger, was barely of assistance during the lease signing and appeared lazy. We were new onsite and asked general direct questions for entrances, exits, etc. I remmeber her rolling around in the chair behind the desk from one point to another--such as the printer. Tony procrastinated preparing the paperwork to exacerbate my driver. This was the ugliest experience ever and it was unnecessary. Had it not been for border closures, I would have never chosen this last stop or this location.
