I went in this location today with my mom to get her phone switched to my plan after a failed attempt to do it over the phone yesterday. Amy was amazing. I explained what I wanted to do and she made no promises but assured me she would do her best to make it happen. She went above and beyond and got my moms phone switched over Steven cleaned my moms phone for her and Devin (not sure if the name is correct) helped my mom to the car. The staff here is amazing they made what could have been a difficult situation a very pleasant experience I will be forever grateful

I recently traded in a phone to take advantage of a promotion credit. When my next bill came, i noticed no credit had been applied. I called customer service 3 times and was assured each time the problem had been resolved. It had not. On the 4th call, I was told I need to go into a store as there was nothing customer service could do for me. Upon explaining the situation to the staff at the Mill Run store, my problem was resolved in less than a minute and all with smiling faces. Expectations Exceeded!

(This review is for the store near Tuttle Mall) Store hours are supposed to be until 8 o’clock. Obviously locked the doors early and the young man just wondering around inside the store trying to act like he was shutting down all the phones and ignoring anybody that came to the door. Another customer and myself both pulled on the door and he didn’t even look up to acknowledge us. Not a good business practice, T-Mobile.

I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped me today. I went in just for a case and screen protector so it was a simple process but he was soo kind and easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy at all I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Honestly the best sprint Ive been to.

Not saying this about all of their store associates, but my particular one was somewhat abrasive and certainly condescending. I had to say no multiple times to their attempt to upsell me, and they made me feel as though I was quite dumb not to take them up on their offer. I wont get a new lease for sprint based on more than one experience there.

After an incredibly frustrating visit to one of the franchise stores, we came to this location to get our new phone handled correctly. Taidje (and the rest of the staff) were helpful, attentive, and exceptional to work with. This will definitely be the Sprint location we use going forward.

Just like any other Sprint store doesnt know what corporate is offering/doing. They screwed an order up then tried to charge extra fees. Then say they cant adjust them. Didnt even care about Customer Service. My advice buy your phones online from the manufacturer or other retailerd

The customer service was phenomenal. I am not tech savvy and this is literally my third cell phone carrier this year. (I drop stuff and have a fear of commitment.) I didnt have a working cell phone so the email part was tricky to do in store. Taj got me all set up and explained how to do everything else when I got home. He was incredibly informed, a great listener and really knew my needs and what a good product for me would be. Honestly getting a new phone was a chore I avoided for years, and the group of people at this store made it absolutely painless. I am so satisfied that I switched to Sprint. Thank you so much Taj!

Beyond excellent customer service -- from Mike helping with online system issue to order a new phone on my ED 1500 plan to this spring on a complex billing issue caused by another region. All the staff members at this location have been helpful far beyond usual cellphone store. They always provide all technical details a knowledgeable person requires, which is not true of many other stores.

Helpful staff, very clean and organized, good location with plenty of parking. The whole family is pretty much using sprint now. We had difficulties in the past with coverage and billing, those problems seem to have been ironed out and we have had pretty smooth sailing. Some trips in the store do seem to take a while, our oldest spent around 3 hours getting an iPhone X and matching watch. My experience was fairly painless as well as the others. 5 or 10 years ago I might have steered people away from sprint, nowadays I might direct them there. Worth a look if youre in the market.

Just switched over from Verizon, my service has been every bit as good as it was with them and my bill is WAY cheaper with Sprint and they even paid off my Verizon contract. The rep I worked with was very knowledgable and helpful. Best customer service Ive ever received at a store!

I have had the worst experience with Sorint unfortunately. Transferred from Verizon in the hopes to gain the same service for a lower price, but have only been disappointed time and gain for the past two years.I have visited retail stores in multiple states and have always received poor customer service. When it comes to online chat support, they usually aren’t very helpful either. For example, it took 5 minutes to receive a greeting and another 20 to actually be assisted this last store visited. That was after I tried to resolve the issue online for 25 minutes. Altogether this wasted over 90 minutes of my time.... not cool. I can tolerate the customer service, but not the poor connection.The worst part about this entire experience has been the service. I travel a lot for work and live in South Florida and Columbus Ohio. Both areas have poor service and it barely exists on the outside areas of the metro.I plan on switching both personal and business accounts back to Verizon mainly for better service, but I would encourage leadership development wth the customer service protacal.

I went in to have my new phone activated today. Grant (first person to help us) was trying to activate but had some issues. He was as helpful as he could be. He asked his co-worker (Michaela) to assist. She tried too but was not helpful. After Grant got off the phone with technical support, he explained that he couldnt help us. After I questioned Grant on why he couldnt activate my phone, Michaela quickly piped up with such attitude! I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and she is the WORST customer service rep Ive ever interacted with. She had a cocky demeanor and spoke to me as if I didnt know what I was doing. I immediately left the store and will not be back. I have not been this angry in years! Clearly the staff here is not well trained and not very welcoming. Dont go to this store.

RUDE EMPLOYEES!! The service was poor, everytime I have come to this store, the employees have been the least bit helpful about any problem I have run into with my service, phone, or upgrades. They have never solved a single issue of mine. This specific time I have went in, the employees were staring at me while I was explaining my issue with my phone service and customers in the store, and laughed as I was leaving. The employees were very rude and not helpful, they basically made fun of my issues rather than solving them.

Went to get my son and I a new phone on my service plan- an hour and a half later, My son has a new phone with no set up, I have no phone AND on my current phone I cant call anyone because they have messed up my line! There were four employees working and not many other customers, no one else wanted to step up and help out. Just to be clear, Ive been a customer of sprint for many years, always pay my bill and know it will take forever when I go in. I cant tell you how disgusted I am.

This is a very good store, I walked in and was immediately helped by 3 people almost simultaneously. So when I sat down at the desk hoping to upgrade my girlfriends Galaxy J7 perx to Galaxy S9 and get outta there but the guy helping me check out mentioned to us we have a good standing account, he managed to get our account credit increased so we can buy her a case and screen protector and also myself one. He helped explain everything about almost all cases and we decided on a case. After that was said and done he also managed to get our monthly bill down on her new phone without hesitation. He also mentioned since were upgrading to a new phone we can get an iPad 6th gen basically for free just taxes and what not. He helped transfer all her files, photos etc. Got the iPad activated on LTE and set all within an hour. Point of the story these people are very helpful and willing to assist with anything 100% recommend.

Not very helpful... Today will be my 4th time to this sprint store. My first visit was to get a new phone with them. Got home and my service was REALLY bad. Not to mention the wifi on the phone (Tried multiple networks and other troubleshooting first) was horrid. So i go back a second time. They where nice enough told me to change some settings and that should fix it. They also just played a youtube video in the store to test wifi. The problem was that the wifi would be intermediately slow. So this was no help. So they handed my phone back to me and said there is nothing else they can do because it works in the store. So i got home changed the settings still nothing. I go back a 3rd time wanting a replacement phone. Guess what? Nope not at that store. They sent me to ANOTHER store another 15 minutes away. Got to that store they replaced the phone no questions asked and even they wondered why the store on fishinger Rd did not replace it. Got home with the new phone. Wifi was better but service was still horrid at my house. (Which to be honest was no fult of the store) So I called about returning the phone got the run around about it even though i was told 14 days from the date of purchase i could take it back. So now i have to pay an restocking fee of 35 dollars to return a phone I cant use. Im just saying if you need to go to a sprint store find another one. This place was no help at all. Cant wait to return the phone and be done with sprint.

Terrible attention! AWFUL !! Almost 2 hours waiting and nobody attended me. One of the girls in customer service looked like she was flirting with the customer. Zero professionalism !! Im never coming back here again!
