Clean store. Good selection. Little over priced. But thats all stores.
Terrible customer service, they don’t work to resolve customer issues or offer alternative solutions and employees are uninviting. Employees also do not follow mask mandates.
This location is very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and handled my questions patiently.Online pickup is also very quick and easy. The only downside is the short window on product returns. 7 days feels somewhat anti-consumer but I also understand that people might otherwise try to manipulate the system.

Game stop is hard to beat
All the gaming hardware and software a console gamer needs. Plus there are always good deals, especially on used items (which are perfectly good). Recommend using the site or app prior to visiting to check out trade values and product availability, its just smart.

Out of every GameStop that I’ve been to, this has been the best. Kindest, most informative staff, and of course the prices aren’t the best but it’s a business, get over it. If you want something cheap, privately buy or buy on eBay. This place is the ONE GameStop I would recommend in Columbus.

Called and traveled to 3 different stores to find 3 used games that I was interested in to take advantage of the Buy 2 get one promotion on used games. All three games were available at this store so I drove an hour to pick them up. When I got there I quickly found all three boxes on the shelves and proceeded to check out. The staff member could not find the first game and I was told that there was one in stock, but it must have been misplaced or stolen. The staff member did not seem surprised that the game had disappeared and acted like it happens frequently. The reason that they take the games out of the cases should be to keep them safe in the locked drawers behind the register. My assumption is that the staff members treat the used game stock as a free rental service. My frustration with the situation and Gamestop has unfortunately surpassed my desire to ever play the games. This is 2/2 times within the last year that I have left Gamestop stores disappointed with all of my money still in my pocket. I can see why the stock is plummeting to the ground, their pricing on all of the new items is cheaper elsewhere online or at Target.

This is by far the best location Ive been too as far as a game stop. The manager is so helpful and friendly, As far as I can tell his team is just as good and nice as him. Ive gone out of my way to move pre orders to this location just because of the staff.
Been going here long time. wish the trades were better, but that is the bad thing about a huge corporation. have friends that work there and dont get paid much at all.Best thing is they told me where to get my PS3 fixed at the Video Game Console Repair Center in Hilliard!

Disappointing amount of money offered for used games, but that is the way it works. The selection of older games is lacking, but I go to Game On for those. Game Stop seems to be geared more towards new games and gear, and the staff seem to only want to discuss the best new games (i.e. best sellers).

I really like this particular location. I visit multiple times a week to browse around and talk with the staff. They dont always have the lowest prices but I like the environment. My personal disposition stands that Gio is the best salesman Ive ever met in any discipline as well as a really cool guy.

Never buy from GS. If I could write a review for every GS and had time to do so I would rate them all 1 star! GS is a corporate store going down hill, will never shop from the again! i bought a Xbox 360 slim 250GB for about $60 from Play It! games. Goes to show local mom and pop stores are way better than corporate stores like GS. Way overpriced and terrible customer service. Never again. Shop local from Play it! games stores At least they have good deals and coupons for free cleanings, half priced consoles.
Just buy digital or from Amazon. I went to place today and they had stickers advertising their games sale 4 used games $17.99 and under for $40 and the fake Odell Beckham looking dude runs around saying its any game that price would work. I wasted a good 45 minutes finding all the games I wanted, I probably had a dozen, and when I got to the register he tells me it doesnt work for games that are above the $19.99 but with the reward price are $17.99. So even though they had those games on a shelf with stickers plastered all offer the self, they didnt qualify for the sale. Good ole game stop. No wonder youll be out of business in the next 5 years. Good luck with think geek.

Three employees working this evening. One was helping a customer pick out some birthday gifts, one was chatting with some teenagers at the checkout line (the entire time I was there, 20+ minutes) and one was behind the counter putting things away. I waited in line (I was the only one in line) for at least 15 minutes holding my daughter until I finally asked the person stocking items if I could be helped. He acted quite displeased that I interrupted whatever he was doing. Thanks for reminding me why I dont shop at Gamestop.

I bought 2 season passes for DBZ xenoverse 2 and they gave me season passes for 1 when I told them about there mistake they didn’t want to refund my money I don’t understand why not cause it was the guys mistake so me and my friends will never shop there again
The usual combination of overpriced used games, extremely low-ball trade-in prices and questionable accessories. Its at least a place to go for current games if no place else has them in stock, but youre typically better off either going online or going to a local shop.

I work a late second shift job and tried to make it to the midnight release of Pokemon Sun and Moon. We called the store around 12:15ish to see if they were open still for the release (since usually midnight releases go on for about an hour). We were told by an associate that the store was still open until 12:30, and we raced to get there on time. We arrived around 12:28 to find the doors locked. The two associates stared blankly at us as we stood by the door, as if they didnt know why we were there. I had to wave down one of them to try and talk to us, one came to the door and didnt even have the common courtesy to open it to speak to us face to face. She just kept repeating its 12:30 were closed as i tried to inform her that it was not yet 12:30. I do understand that we might have been a little late, and feel very sorry for being so. But I felt very mistreated as a customer, I will be going back in the morning to retrieve my games and shall have a talk with the manager about what happened. But as of now this store will not be having anymore of my business.

Most of the staff is friendly, they never answer their phone though which can be aggravating, and I find it odd that they allow there to be one worker in the store when its really slow, that seems a little unsafe to me and there should at least be 2 people on the floor at any given time.
