I have never been to High Point let alone this store, but I have been a Verizon customer for quite some time. My cousin has a phone on my acct and the phone was stolen here in VA a month ago. We called and got a replacement and everything was fine. Then today I got a phone call from Brian Jang at the High Point Store. He explained that a nice Samaritan found the phone and returned it to the store. He then proceeded to get my info and offer to send the phone to fed ex. He was so friendly, helpful and polite. This was the best experience I have with a Verizon rep every. I dont live in the area but I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area. Ask for Brian :)

The manager Brian Jang at the High Point store on N Main St needs some additional training in working with customers. Just to clarify I am not unhappy that they were unable to help with my issue but very unhappy as how the situation was handled by Brian. He did not listen to what my problem was. My charger I recently purchased was not working properly. I told him that sometimes it is fine but several times I had to plug it in and move it to stop the blinking light. He plugged it in and charged his phone and said it was working. Duh I knows at times it did and he wasn’t listening as to it had a defect at times. He made me feel insignificant and stupid about using a cell phone. I have had one for 20+ years. Maybe if he had more training it would help but then again maybe not. Very disappointed on how I was treated

I’ve been to this store a number of times but today was the last. After having a phone on my account stolen, I stopped by to ask some questions and they were not just rude, they were not helpful at all. This was not the first time this store’s employees were rude to me but it was definitely the last.

Came to High Point to visit my cousin and he purchased the Samsung Galaxy A21. Well that phone started messing up 3 days after purchase. He couldnt hear anyone he spoke with but they could hear him.Verizon sent off for a replacement phone after a month of trouble with his first phone. Now after receiving his replacement phone on 10/22/2020 guess what?? That phone doesnt work all. Cant make or receive calls, texts anything. And they tried , well so called tried fixing it with all this reset this and that. Then he called Samsung itself they said it was the Verizon store and the network there and codes. Then they said he could take it to U brake it We fix it. Lets just say Verizon does not deserve a star at all. But that is the only way I could post. His other phone is with Metro by T Mobile and it works 200 times better than Verizon. And both are prepaid phones. Verizon is by far not better than Sprint, not better than Metro, hell Straight talk might be better.

They lied to us just to make a sell. They keep the door locked until someone comes to it. They only allow 1 person in a group to come in so they can serve them, even if they are their to purchase anything. I highly suggest you go to another corporate store if you want quality service

Ive been with Verizon since 2002. Ive had great service over the years. However I knew I was paying a premium for their service. There have been a couple of hick ups but were resolved quickly. This last phone I purchased ($1000) online and was instructed to pick up at this store within the hour. Four hours later I arrived to get my Note8 I was greeted by a rather rude individual who claimed she didnt know anything about my purchase. They were not busy. After a few moments she rushed out with a bag and shoved it at me. No thank you or offer any assistance further with my purchase. This was the straw that breaks the camels back. Im now a Sprint customer with $60 less a month with three newest phones. WAKE UP VERIZON!

The in-store technicians were great I take care of the problem that I had for the last 3 days of trying to get a new phone activated. But I cannot say too much about calling in to Verizon to getting the problem solved. I had called five times and talked to technicians and was hung up on the phone two times. I was very upset when I got to the store but they reassured me they was able to take care of the problem and after two and a half hours they did.

Dishonest staff. Be careful. Information may be omitted and then you are stuck with charges on your bill you were never told would be there. The staff of course would not fess up do what they did. I was SO excited to do business there and got my husband to do business there and now feel horrible that I even stopped by. Ive read other reviews and the reply is how the store will keep striving for better and to give them another chance. Forget that! Fix my bill. The staff lied by omission. Fixing what was lied about would be the only thing I want to hear/read. Terrible, terrible to do this to people. Store should be ashamed to treat people like this and Ill make sure I tell everyone I how to be very cautious and to see all documentation on EVERYTHING that is done during the visit and what the bill will be if they dare to trust this Verizon location.

We had no one to really help us. It was as tho, we can’t help you at all! So we left and just went to the zverizon Store in thomasvilleThe Lady who helped us in Thomasville was a breath of fresh air. She could NOT have been more helpful, understanding, and patient.Thank the Lord for her or we would have changed to a different provider.

I was approached and asked not to exit my vehicle (due to COVID-19).I was told that Verizon was current only excepting critical needs at this time When I asked what critical needs were I was told purchasing a new line of service, or upgrading a device I wanted to trade-in a device, and purchase a new device, and some accessories. As soon as I mention the trade in the rep assured me that they could not help me, and I would need to call the 1-800 number to process my order. I decided to make my purchase on Amazon instead (2 new phones and a watch). Between my wife and myself we have been VZW customers for 20 years. We have had our current account for 10 years. I am becoming more and more concerned with Verizons treatment of their loyal customers. They make it more that obvious in their actions that they could care less about you once you are with them a while. They only want to bring new customers in while making to efforts to keep them once they are done with there contracts. The only way to get a deal with verizon (if you are a current customer) is to drop them and come back as a new customer.

High Point north main street is terrible!! EEEEEVERYTIME!! I go there its a problem! I did curbside but NO ONE would come to my car, eventhough they saw me sitting in the car for 15 minutes!! So I went to the door like everyone else. Id rather wait 2 days shipping than to go to the store 2 miles from me and get it the same day!!..SMH

Had the displeasure of going to this store a short time ago. I purchased a new phone and was told by Heather that i could not keep my current number. She flat out lied to me and sold me the phone with a new number. It took me about two weeks to get my old number back and this location offered no assistance to help me do so. . I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AGAIN. I choose not to deal with liars . Thanks for the headache.

Terrible customer service- walked in and greeter was more concerned with trying to redirect me to the Verizon 611 number than he was at addressing our issue. I guess it’s ok to put brick and mortar stores up just to tell them to go online to resolve their issue. Too bad Verizon corporate doesn’t understand that their authorized retailers have better customer service than their own stores and their representatives.

I got a new phone and was told that I would be able to get everything from my old phone moved to the new one by Verizon staff. I made an appointment and when I showed up was told they did not do that but I could do it myself there however their internet was very slow and it would probably be faster at home. The screen protector I was told I had ordered and paid for was not what I received and the one I was told I was getting was $15 more so I left without any screen protector. I didnt even get the SD card moved to my new phone. Verizon may have the best phone service but not the best customer service.

Had a phone go bad, took the old phone and another smartphone we had and asked to have it switched over and set up. They moved the SIM card over and told us to log in to Google did so and they said we were good to go but... They didnt set up the SIM card which we found out the next day wasnt comparable with my new phone and had to go back to another Verizon store to end up getting a new phone. Failure to help fully set up phone the 1st time caused a 20 minute phone call and an additional trip that could have been avoided.

Great place to come. They used to be very wonderful. However, Some of worker here are still fantastic except some are very racist and the manager doesnt do a great job at all. They most of the time give us in trouble. The business account is not too good. I am kinda regret when i open a business account here. The signal is sometimes very weak and you cant use data or calls. CAUTIONS!!!!First, making sure you have everything written down when you open an account here. (Including the deal, date, name of the person you open account with)Secondly, when you trade your phone in, making sure that you have the receipt, and keep it well. Because they may not accept your request when you dont have a receipt.Third, if you are going to open a business account here, you should ask them a write every deal on a note with all the bill and the tax for your every time payment because their price may change ridiculously from $280 to $500 Because of the horrible setup or a bad system.Forth, making sure them explain for you about the tax and stuffs extra before you purchase anything.Fifth, making sure them explain for you about the discount offers and other stuffs because they may say that they never known or said about that offer before.Sixth, thinking twice if you still like to open an account here if you dont wanna come here weekly on your day off. Because we have had to come here at least 20 times every Monday to solve our matter.Thanks for reading

Be sure you go to the Verizon store not the cellular sales one which is an official Verizon dealer. I had a way better experience at the Verizon store in High Point when I added my son on my plan. Theres cellular sales stores and theres a huge difference.

I have always been treated with courteous, knowledgeable staff at the store on N Main. I am glad to know theyre the ONLY Verizon CORPORATE store in the High Point area. The other Verizon stores are authorized agents and less familiar with the latest products. Being an educated consumer makes my experience more pleasant. Ive learned to make an appointment before I go so I dont have to wait.

I gave them one star because you cant give them zero and still leave a comment..we had one phone through them and made the mistake of adding another and when we did the worker pulled some shady stuff and told us the next bill was due March 9th and it was x amount plus a 40 dollar activation fee tell me why when we got the bill it was a hundred dollars more and when we went to the manager about he couldnt explain it so we contacted costumer service and in minutes she found the shade the worker pulled and adjusted it to what it was supposed to be....be warned the highpoint NCstore is out to rob you

The asian manager I say asian in case they have two. Was quite smug with a little bit of an impatient superior attitude. Watched him float and help sales associate instead of helping people waiting for 30-45 mins but maybe he is suppose to do that I don’t know. While I waited I watched 3 other sales associate come from the back help no one and disappear again. Also don’t let your sales team sag their pants not even the slightest and the manager maybe should present a little more of professional look. Clothes were a little sloppy. But the person who helped me told me my cracked screen was unrepairable and would need to buy a new iPhone. 2 hrs later and and one trip to the Apple store. Screen was fixed easily and I just save roughly $1,000. Very very deceptive practice to get sales especially if they work on any kind of commission for phone sales. Also remarked all carriers have the same offers and plan prices. Really? Lol once again very deceptive practice. The answer to this question That I never asked is.....I don’t know what plans or prices other companies offer I only work for Verizon. Also a little shady no plans or info is presented on paper. Just trust our deceptive sales associate. 3 more months on Verizon and I’m gone for good cause every companies the same right? In case your wondering why they don’t encourage you buying-phones and just making it part of the monthly payment is so they lock you into there service for the next two years that takes no Great intellect to figure out and when you mention that to them watch how silent, dismissive and little angry they get.

Today has been the worst. I could write a long review but I wont. The service was aweful with the exception of the manager on duty today. He stepped up to the plate.The time in the store was 2 hours, having to go to my car because I was told they didnt have a charger to charge my phone to make my info transfer to the new, didnt get a receipt and having to come home and call Verizon to get our discounts, another hour and half.... Im done.. thank goodness it will be 2 years or more before I do this B.S. again.

So they called this store to figure out what all went down. The nerve of these people called me a liar and said I never stepped foot into the store. Please stay away from this store. Ive had a nightmare of an experience with them. I started with them last year and canceled because I lived in a bad marginal area. After, I closed my account with them they are claiming I owe them $1,000 for apparently an Iphone that was added to my account without me ever having an Iphone!!! I had the manager Paula try and help me with the case and she did but then gave up because she didnt want to continue helping me. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any sort of phone carrier. Please stay away from this store. They dont care about their customers!
