Dishonest practices. Bought a phone and a prepaid plan and wanted to return the phone the very next day. They told me that I could not get a refund for the phone and could not return it. That the phone was part of the plan. That was not true and I called corporate who resolved the problem in a few minutes. These people are trying to take advantage of customers and a no refund policy is against the law, unless it is posted and agreed to. Go somewhere else. In fact, pick another mobile carrier. This store destroyed the image of Metro for me. They were also rude and did not care.

Rude, rushing trying to get a sale versus taking time to ask questions to gain a sense of what your customers need. Dont just push a phone out the door thats how you get a chareback real quick!

My experience was terrible. For starters I couldnt keep my number so I had to come on as a new customer. I got the Galaxy A10, and a new number. My second day I realized my text wasnt working went back to store, he told me I need a new number. Called the 800 number, we reset the phone several times, refresh the phone several times, but they couldnt fix it. Even did it manually. I would have to buy a new phone because the phone they sold me didnt work. I left the company after four weeks of the same problems. And whats worse its like they didnt care.

The one in High Point is alot better than the one in Ashehboro , they give u the wrong price on ur phone plan ! The one in High Point gives u the correct amount of money for the plan u may choose.

I have called 7 stores around my location today and this is the only store that actually took the time to pick up! Guess which one I will be purchasing my phone from THIS location !!! This is 15 mins away but, dont mind the drive at all but, its sad cause i have one location 1 1/2 miles from me. I made a poor decision by leaving Metro in the first place and Ive done tons of research to come back because Boost Mobile Isnt getting it... The Metro stores around the area is the POOREST Customer Service I have ever dealt with...(In Store) but, if you call into Metro PCS you will receive the ABSOLUTE BEST costumer service !

This store is completely ridiculous. Got a phone and case on Saturday and 2 days later it messed up. Took it back to the store yesterday they said nothing was wrong and it was the cellular service. They reset the phone, still no good. Customer service from T mobile tried last night to reset and still no good. Was told to take it back.Today they would not honor the return policy and said they would have to get a refurbished warranty phone in 3 days.Salesman had to call another boss on the phone and was talking in another language to him. This is crazy. There is no way to understand what the one was telling the other one.Beware of this store.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Kevin. I was able to tell him what exactly I wanted and he was able to deliver. I have four lines on my phone and I change two of them today and Ill be back in another week or two to purchase two more phones as well as accessories. Its nice to deal with someone that is Pleasant.

My experience in the store was great the black guy knew his stuff. He helped me pick the right phone with the right things to go wit it. I love the way he treated me and my family with respect and not like im some outsider. I recommend anyone to go check him out. He will get you right.

They use to be good. They are now SORRY. Says open at 10am but they never open on time and then the people behind the counters act clueless. They need new reps and need ro learn how to open at 10 and not 10:15 and 10:30.

The worst store in the area. had a similar situation as the gentleman a couple of reviews down from me. Never got my phone replacement because of games that were being played and I needed my phone in a very important time period of my life. I ended up walking away and would never recommend this store to anyone.

The manager did not reorder Samsung Core phone for me, which was within 30 day return policy. I returned twice and he didnt have the phone. I called Metro to submit my complaint against Moe. They did not call me and they never did replace my defective phone. The manager Mohammed (Moe) was very nonchalant and arrogant when I wanted a refund. He was not the same person I had met when we purchased 2 phones from him. I told him its easy to get a phone but when you come back, its another story. Since having service with the company, it has been the WORST cell phone provider I have ever had. A lot of static & skipping in lines, drop calls and error messages. When I called to report issues they hung up numerous times claiming they couldnt hear me and they were ending the call.

Quality of their work and their experience with customer service is very poor. They left fingerprint under my screen protector. and when I got home from her rubbing on it so hard I noticed they had cracked my screen of my phone
