Ecstatic! This was my first time ever using AT&T. Paul made me feel right at home. Paul was professional, knowledge, informative, and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns with switching my service. I originally only went in for one phone and came out with three. Mainly because of the fantastic customer service that I received at this AT&T store. I had two different cell phone carriers....after being there I knew I had to switch my service to AT&T. The associates there today were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am definitely 1000% satisfied with choosing to switch my service today. Thank you to all the associates there today in helping make the switch so easy and enjoyable!

Be careful when you decide to go here one of the store reps is focused more on adding things that you dont need to your account telling you to just cancel in 14 days. Its terrible and I called customer service to complain.

Ok so my initial experience with AT&T was horrible - UNTIL I went into this location. Every individual I encountered at this store was extremely professional and kind (in-person and over the phone). How many? I encountered 5 of them in one day, because 1 individual from a different location had messed my account up and I needed to turn in my trade-in phones for my credits. Anyway the individual who helped me was Chris Hayes. Not only was he kind, professional but he was so knowledgeable about AT&Ts services, products, discounts etc... I worked in customer service for over 20 years (including for a VERY large competitor of AT&Ts who I shall not name) and it make smile to receive the level of service that I got at this store. Thank you Chris and everyone else at the N. main High Point location.

Justin and Jessica 2300 c n main in High point N.C was the best so helpful and went out ofTheir way to help me and the other customers in the store at the time I was in there from the phone Justin helped me when another store on S. Main was closed during peak hours to eat their lunch I called n.main Justin insisted I come there to get help with my problem. Once I got there I was greeted by Jessica as she helped another customer told me she will be right with me and she was well worth the wait she not only fixed my problem she wouldnt stop until she figured out my issue they are excellent AT&T employees and their supervisor should be honored to have such professional and and caring employees. This will be my new go to store so satisfied 😍😍😍😍

Terrible customer service at the High Point, NC N Main St. location. The store closed earlier than the advertised hours. When I arrived, a group of employees were still hanging out in the store. When I reached the door, they just looked at me and went back to what they were doing rather than come to the door to explain that they had new hours.

If only I could give them 0 star. I had a curbside pick up. Got there and checked in. And then I waited in the car. Nobody showed up. 30 mins later I went inside. Then I told the manager there that I’m there for curbside pick up. They told me to wait. They they kept helping customers who needed help with their accounts or phones. Then one rep came to me asked what I need help with. I said picking up order. Then he went to the other person saying She was here first. I’m like ‘I have never this kind of curbside pick up’. After an hour or two finally I was able to pick up my curbside pick up. Thanks to Joe the trianee. NEVER going back there. I should’ve just went to friendly or wendover. They almost made me go to verizon. Seriously!!!

Our sales associate met us near the front door and took us to his area. His table was clean and the plexiglass between us and him was clean. He wore a mask and we wore masks. He asked if he could help us and I informed him that we wanted a new iPhone. From that moment forward, Anton was the perfect sales associate. We left the store with a new iPhone, fully loaded and with me fully understanding its new features- thanks to Anton. He deserves a commendation. He is one of the most personable and professional salesmen that I’ve ever met.

Our rep Nidda that helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. She didn’t make us feel like we had to purchase anything that we didn’t want or need. She was easy to talk to and even though the process took longer than we had all thought, it was handled and it was not stressful. We switched carriers and hopefully our experience in the store is the experience that we will continue to have with AT&T.

We get an ok deal with our multi-lines and auto-pay, but theres always extra tax. They charged me $16.01 for a sim card/ activation fee (I was adding our son to the plan). When I came in the other day the guy said $5 or free if you port your number. Today was not free.The workers were nice enough.

Always a pleasure going to this particular AT&T location. Friendly and very helpful employees that are always ready to help. Stratford location acts like if you are bothering them. They dont even greet or look at you. They wait for you to approach them.

If you are looking for experienced salespeople to help you find the right phone this is NOT the right place to go. I would agree with Brookes review. They will tell you it is your fault that YOU do not know what you need. Last time I checked that is why you go to a store instead of ordering on line, for customer assistance. I was told that it was not their job. Then what is?! I guess they believe its ok to make the mistake & charge you for it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It seems they all want to hide in the back when there is a problem. They told me they put in a ticket to have a code removed from my phone only to find out 2 weeks later it was never done. The lady that I dealt with over the phone in another state from a customer service office had it done in 3 days. I will never go back to this store!!

Too bad there isnt a 0 star rating! This store is unqualified, their staff is not trained at all. I canceled two tablets and add one on. They made me pay three separate payments, one that I was paying on my bill, one for cancellation fees and a thrid for the new devise that was ordered. Well a month later I get a bill for 608 because that day I walked in and paid for everything to be deactivate he put EVERYTHING on my bill, even though I was not told that and he took it in TWO SEPARATE payments. I was told one half was for thedeactivation. Well now Im trying to figure out wwh I have a 608 bill and its because Im being charged for everything all at one time!! This store told me there is nothing they can do its being automatically taken that i should have know! Im sry but when Im being told one thing by somone who is suposed to represent YOUR company, that is your fault NOT MINE! Also being charged to deactivate a devises when I was adding one on should not have happend. This store does not know how to train people, they will rip you off this tell you to your face how its your fault they told you wrong! ATT fixed the problem over the phone and divided it up. THIS STORE SUCKS! CALL ATT!!

AT&T has the worst online customer service in the industry. The Lexington store is useless. I have a free phone that Im being charged $688 for and get a different story from every agent Ive talked to. Will be dropping AT&T and Direct TV. They get 0 stars.
