I experienced a lack of communication with this car dealer.Your response is not accurate. The words you used when I called were, “we will not be here until after 2:00PM, come by then”. To which I replied I would and shared a big interest in the car, you even share a long back ground about the car and it’s owner. Bottom line is, I wanted to come see the car, you said not to because you all wouldn’t be there until after 2:00PM... but later in the day you said you were there until noon and sold the car.... you could have at least been honest about being there so I had the opportunity to come by in the morning. How you handled this wasn’t ok. Your response on the phone to me was “it’s just business”.

What a great experience my wife and I had when we shopped for a car with Randy Rich. Never have I had a car salesman who was honest, sincere, and wanting to sell a car with passion for the buyer instead of his pocketbook.
