Im from Michigan, just flew down to pick up a jeep from these guys. Fantastic service, Amazing condition. the jeep drove 650 miles home with no problems, and I am absolutely certain that Marc and Roy took the time to make sure I knew about every defect that they did, before I flew down. I cant express how much the honesty and transparency meant to me. I would definitely recommend Triad in Motion.

We had a great experience with Triad in Motion. Roy was very patient and took his time helping us narrow down Jeep selections. Roy was a good listener to our requests for what we were trying to find. He showed us many options and let us test drive several vehicles with no pressure in buying. He cared about us taking our time and finding the right vehicle for us. Triad in Motion was a smooth car buying experience without the hassle. We love our Jeep. Ask for Roy.

We had an awesome experience here! They are honest, hardworking people and really go out of their way to accommodate their customers. We drove an hour & a half to see a vehicle it was exactly as described & we got the best deal around by far! Mark was great, he answered all of our questions & listened to all of our concerns. He even had the wheels re balanced because there was a slight vibration while driving & now the car runs perfect! Extremely happy with their service & the quality of the vehicles they have. We would recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed

I didnt make a purchase due to limitations that were beyond our control but the staff was very patient and friendly. The car that I decided to test drive was a blue Honda. The car made funny noises during the test drive but the car salesman had the problem looked at and fixed immediately!!! There were frequent calls and text messages from the salesman to follow up and to keep me abreast of changes which is awesome because great customer service appears to be in a drought these days. I hate that I wasnt able to purchase that car yet the value of service received definitely ranks high and I will return in the future!!!

Awesome company to work with!!! Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Larry and Geoff were awesome and worked hard to get all the paper work in order for my purchase. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they made it a very easy and comfortable experience. Had a minor issue with the car wanting to pull to the right as I was driving it home that night, and they had it fixed for me just a few days later at no charge. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a reliable used car!!!

I recently purchased a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe from Triad In Motion. It was a long drive from New Bern but everything about the transaction was great. Mark and Rowe were very accommodating of my Schedule as I work two jobs and six days a week. They were able to get me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I was very impressed with how professional, courteous and thoughtful their approach was and really appreciated the no pressure attitude of the dealership. I had driven 5 other Santa Fes over a 30 day period but never felt 100% sure of the vehicle until I drove all the way to High Point to see theirs. Now its mine and I am very glad I checked out their little dealership. I felt like I was buying a car at a Boutique!! Neat experience all around!!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Triad In Motion. I purchase a 2012 VW Jetta from Marc. No hassle or frazzle when it came down to financing options. I had no issues getting financed & got a pretty good interest rate from the bank. But I give this solid review for customer care/service. I noticed some issues with paint cracking/peeling on my back quarter panel/bumper after I washed my car for the first time. I talked to Marc about it & he agreed to take care of it. Well, with this crazy NC weather & just bad timing because I commute for work I could never find the right time to drop it off. Fast forward four months later, I finally drooped it off to get repainted!! I was impressed that after 4 months, after the fact that he kept his word & had my car repainted. He didnt have to do it, considering I purchased my car from him As Is but with a extended warranty. The paint job looks flawless & I am satisfied with the work. Thanks Marc!!

I bought a 2010 honda crv the air was not working he fix it put a new one before I bought it,well quess what air not working right it would not cool car down but put out warm air and other times it would come out cool not cold air. It do this while am driving each day. The air should not gone out that quick. I called but no returned calls. Am so disappointed he told me if I can help you just let me know. Sorry Marc but air should not go out this soon! Now my husband has to put out 600 to 800 to put new air conditioner pump. We have to wait till next spring cause thats alot of money for air conditioner that was fixed before I brought it. Now I have to suffer being hot. People were nice but things on my vehicle should of been fixed before I bought it. My husband spent 600.00 fixing some things on my car, about a week ago not the air conditioning.

6/25/19And one star is way too many. We paid $10,500 for a Jeep as surprise for our daughters 17th birthday. Less than a week later it was misfiring, the engine light was on and the interior door lock switch stopped working. We took it back and after 3 days they said they didnt see anything wrong. After an additional day they fixed the lock but not the engine light issue. Weve replaced plugs and wires and trying to see how much the engine issue is going to cost now. AS Is does not mean we can fool you into thinking all is well when its not and you pay for multiple repairs within a week for trusting us. Ive called to see what their intentions are before proceeding further with no return call. Ive just seen they seem to have a history of selling cars with issues while the carfax and inspection show none. Maybe the DMV and courts will incline their ear. Steer clear.6/11/2020 Edited here to update you all:Since the info above weve had to replace the transmission and the catalytic converter in this vehicle all within less than a year of having it. In addition to the $10.5k we paid in cash weve spent another $5k and now there seems to be an issue with the passenger door lock. You cannot trust these people.

Triad in Motion are probably the most honest dealers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I purchased a vehicle and under three weeks I had a problem with my brakes, Triad had them repaired with no cost to me. Wonderful experience. We bought a 2004 Jeep a couple of months ago and we love it. They were very helpful and professional. The check engine light came on and it was something as simple as the gas cap and they took care of it. No pressure to buy. When we went to see the Jeep, it was on sale on Craigslist. When we went to see the Jeep in person, the price had gone back up, but they honored the price we saw on Craigslist, which was a big benefit to us. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable and dependable vehicle.

This is obviously just my experience... but nevertheless... do take some caution. In person the individuals were fine... no major issues there... Where the ISSUE was was in describing the vehicle. I lived multiple hours away so wanted to insure that I knew what kind of vehicle it was before taking the time to drive down to their location with funds in hands hoping to find the vehicle as described.Number #1... when I asked if they could send me video of the vehicle... they sent low resolution video... which in hindsight I would bet they do on purpose to make it so imperfections do not show up in the footage. When asking if the wheels have scratching or road rash curb rash on the rims... they said No, they are all in great shape... in reality... Two of the four wheels had very significant crashing all over the rims...When I asked if there are scratches, dents, dings, etc on the vehicle... They notated there was only two dings by the door which I could see in the photo. I was going to be ok with that.In reality... there was key line scratches along sides of the vehicle... Cracked points of paint in certain areas... Lots of various small dents mainly on the hood and around the vehicle... Lots of scrapes... Pitting almost like something took a knife to notch out lots of V notches in the back bumper mainly.Really bad oxidation on the front headlight lenses... When asked if there was any issues with the roof liner inside... they said it was in great condition... in reality... there was staining all along the lining.I could go into more detail... but the fact of the matter is they WERE WILLFULLY misleading me on the condition of the vehicle with very INACCURATE descriptions of the vehicle and poor quality photos and video which gloss over the imperfections. They WASTED my time.DO NOT TRUST them. I still drove the vehicle as I wanted to still at least see what they specific car drove like and it drove fine and Im sure would have functioned fine... But theres one thing about buying a 6 year old car and finding little bits of slight wear and in turn finding tons and tons and tons of blemishes everywhere... knicks... dings... long scratches.... pitting, cracking... you name it it had it.If youre looking for a car that will function... then come here... if youre looking to buy a vehicle that is accurately described.... TO NOT GO HERE.

This is the worst and most untrustworthy dealership I have ever encountered. We bought a Ford Truck from them for $10,000 and they provided us with a falsified Carfax report as well as a falsified inspection report. We filed a complaint with the DMV and they were fined but they didnt bother making things right with us.The check engine light went on as soon as we drove the car off the lot and it has never really gone off. We have had to replace shocks, brakes, catalytic converters, window motors, the engine, the muffler, speakers, belts, spark plugs... We have basically bought the truck twice and, since we signed an As Is warranty, he has never so much as apologized. The truck was newly painted (body and undercarriage) which we discovered when the frame started bubbling from the rust and the body cracked when we went over a bump.***DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM MARK OR TRIAD IN MOTION unless you dont really need the car or money!!!!!***

Don’t waste your time or money. I bought a vehicle here, a month later the transmission went out. I’ve had to put new tires and brakes on it (were supposedly new), check engine light is on now, CD player does not work and neither does the gas gauge. You will get screwed.

I needed a dependable SUV for my son to travel back and forth from College in Georgia. I had limited resources otherwise known as hard saved money and had been looking for a few weeks. My son found a 2006 Nissan Murano online and asked me to look at the website. The pictures were nice and the Carfax history was pretty good (and local) so I contacted the dealer for an appointment. I am very skeptical of used car dealers in general and considering the price range I was seeking, I thought it the deal was too good to be true. When I arrived at the Little Yellow House, I was pleasantly greeted and for some reason felt as ease almost immediately. The folks there were great. I dealt with a salesman named Rowe and the owner. They were easy to talk to and answered my thousand questions one at a time. They let me take the Nissan to my friend who is a mechanic and he told me it was a great vehicle. It looked and felt great so I purchased it the next day. The whole sequence of events at Triad In Motion was comfortable and hassle free. My son has made two trips back and forth to Marietta and the Murano is performing better than I couldve hoped. I feel like I got the best deal ever on a used car. I would send anyone I know to those guys.

These guys are the REAL DEAL. My salesman Larry couldnt have been more pleasant and understanding of my needs for a vehicle, but what impressed me the most was his courtesy toward my wife and children. He wasnt pushy either. I walked in, told him what I wanted to see. And he provided me polite and swift answers to all other questions. The level of professionalism and sincerity shown by the entire office was nothing Ive ever experienced anywhere before. The comfort level attained thru their customer service is comparable to Chik-fil-a-- of course, on a much different scale. But heres the deal, Triad in Motion is about quality not quantity, so while their selection may seem small, you that if they do have a vehicle your considering that its going to be a quality buy. We picked up a Ford Freestyle sports wagon that thru one day, is providing more promise and excitement that we ever had anticipated. This guys definitely get two thumbs up based on the experience we had, and the trust we have in the vehicle we purchased.

We bought a used Honda Civic from Triad in Motion about three months ago. Here is a list of pros and cons:Cons:The car has had over 500 dollars in repairs since we bought it. (all acquired within the second month of owning the car) We had to replace the radiator, the thermostat, the brake rotors and the cover gasket valves (due to oil leak)The airbag warning light came on within a week of buying it which does make me question if it had been reset prior to purchase. (the light was due to a recall several years ago so we can have this repaired for free at least)The check engine light also comes on and off and we will need to possibly replace the o2 sensor in the near future (another 100 dollars)The interior was spotless when we bought the car (which is a pro!) but however after the polish wore off we noticed quite a few little scratches and blemishes in the car. (there was a large stain and tear in the carpet as well under the floor mat)Pros:The people were very nice, accommodating and great to deal with. They promised the car would still be there to look at when we arrived (we were driving for over an hour to get there) and it was.The car was right at the fair price range for its miles and year so there was no price gauging. The car was in a decent condition for the price and had great tires. It also had a clean carfax as promised.I honestly would not say that the owner purposely sold us a bad car but the fact remains, that we ended up with a bit of a dud. :( We love our little car and it does great on gas mileage as promised but we do constantly worry that our car will break down again in the near future (we were broke down multiple times due to overheating from the radiator and thermostat) and have more costly repairs. My advice to anyone buying a car from triad in Motion is to TAKE THE CAR TO A MECHANIC and have them check everything out and to be sure to really check out the interior/exterior of the vehicle. My advice to Triad in Motion would be to actually drive the car a bit more next time (I was told that it had barely been driven) and to be sure that the car has no major issues that will need repairs within the first month of purchase. And to check the windows, flooring etc so you can give buyers an honest description of the car.In the end, I will give Triad in Motion 3 stars because I can honestly hope that it was an honest mistake and that they will not make this mistake in the future. Also in fairness to them, they did say they do not typically deal with these types of used cars and it was not their usual sell so if you were to buy a newer truck from them for example, I am sure it would end up being ok.In the end, my mistake was to buy a used car that came from an auction that had barely been driven. Please note: My husband reviewed our car (below) before we realized any of these issues. He is also more generous than I am. ;)
