DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS, LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!MICHELLE and this company falsely advertises parts that aren’t in there inventory. They have charged me $1650 on September 11th, 2020. I waited 4 months receiving nothing but excuses as to why the parts weren’t shipped. They reluctantly told me they would give me a refund but I have yet to see the return of my money that they claimed was processed. Now I am unable to get through to them because no one is answering the phone.

Purchased a part 15 days ago. Never received it. No tracking and now they dont answer the phone. Credit Card dispute initiated.

I went there looking for a motor. Mind you, single woman no clue what i was getting into for a car I had no option than to fix. I called a million times and was very hesitant. Once i went, i was all over the place. The owner himself, talked to me, reassured me and did not sell to me until i was sure. Today i finally got the motor installed. I have 2 months warranty. Hopefully it works for a few years but the security and comfort they offer is priceless!!!

IT HAS BEEN WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED A TRANSFER CASE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SHIPPED, THEN THAT IT WAS GIVEN BACK TO THEM BY SHIPPING COMPANY DUE TO FLUID LEAK, WAS TOLD ID GET AN EMAIL YESTERDAY WITH THE SHIPPING INFORMATION NO EMAIL ARRIVED. CALLED TOLD AND TOLD THEM THAT IF THAT PART WASNT IN MY POSSESION BY TOLD I WAS CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILING FRAUD CHARGES.

These guys are super courteous and punctual just like they stated. Great company! I will definitely use again and let my friends and family know about them.

Absolute nightmare, ordered a motor and got run around for weeks, being put on hold dozens of times for 30-45 mins at at a time, only to be finally told the motor was no good. Absolutely nobody knows what’s going on, the communication is poor and extremely unprofessional. WASTE OF TIME.

I had bad experience with them. Thursday I am calling and they telling me that they are working Monday - Friday. Friday I am there to pick up parts and it was closed. I drove all the way from Tampa.

Do not trust this yard, they will give you a million excuses as to why they have not shipped your part, then gave us a fake tracking number, it never worked, and to top it off, refused to give a refund for over a week!! A huge waste of time!!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!! MUST READ!Lady answered the phone tried to trick me and appear as another company with a high ball quote after they already quoted me a lower price minute later before. They have multiple phone numbers and act as separate companies even tough its the same organization. BEWARE of these guys! Take your business elsewhere and work with someone honest!

DONT BUY FROM THEM...SCAM ALERT !!!I bought an engine (2000 Chevy Truck-Silverado 1500 4.3L (VIN W, 8th digit, 6-262) on 25th sep19 it creates some issue so I ask them to get it replaced , today is 6th Dec19 and they are just fooling around . Arnold is the owner who sounds like a matured guy but he the mind behind the scaming people working for him Marisol , Daniel , Chris all are just fooling me everyday. Its now out of my patience. Arnold told my it is out for delivery this week on Tuesday but today Marisol who doesnt know how to speak english told me that it will be out next week now. Come on man its been over 2 months if you cant deliver as per your promise then why did you took the order. What I understand they wanna pass the warranty time and get me nothing or may be the worst engine they have.Dont buy from them you will loose money and more importantly time.

Called on the phone to ask if the part was available. Was told to drive down and see in person. Drove the 20 minutes to see in person, and had to implicitly explain a couple times what the part I needed was. Was eventually given a price that was 50% higher than a brand new part from the dealership!!! When I tried to explain that the part goes for a fraction of that on Ebay, the employee shrugged, rolled his eyes, and walked away from me. It was incredibly unprofessional and I wonder how they stay open for business. Dont bother giving your money to this local business!
