I recently moved to Nassau and I was used to a T-mobile location in Suffolk. I appreciated them because they were always down to earth, knowledgeable and honest. They were never pushy or trying to sell you something you dont need, and could almost always answer any questions. I was hesitant to go to another location but I was not disappointed! Kimberly the store manager helped me quickly and efficiently, she answered all of my questions and genuinely cared about whether or not I was leaving their location a satisfied customer. Lucky for T-mobile to have an employee like her, I work in several sectors of public service and they come few and far between. A+++

If I could give zero I would. They opened a line I specifically said no to under my name without my permission. Charged my card when they shouldn’t have. Didn’t give me back the change from a cash payment. & sold me the wrong phones. Financed a case and screen protector without my permission. The guy whom did all the illegal things name is Jorge. Do NOT EVER go here. They aren’t corporate so they just do whatever they want. I reported them to BBB and T-Mobile corporate hoping they’re fined.

I recently came in the store to upgrade my account. You know they’re never busy, usually more associates than people. For whatever reason they do anything to get you out the store. Like processing an order and rushing through the process. I already stated that I needed the phone asap. Unfortunately, they weren’t transparent as I thought. I ended up processing the rest of the order myself. Now, I have to wait an additionally week for my device. DON’T GO THERE ! GO TO FULTON !

One of the best customer service retail experiences yet , I dealt with neyda and she was the best at assisting me , and the manager also was the best that I’ve seen in a while she was actually assisting the employees in store as well as me great service will upgrade my phone again when it’s time

Came here on a sunday 7/14/19 they close at “5pm” to pay my bill and get a new phone . I waited at the at 4:47pm . Door was locked and nobody came to the door . I knocked and knocked no answer . Left came back at 5 and did it purposely to see if anybody was in there . I specifically told the spanish chick . I was waiting and she kept yelling from inside knowing i couldnt hear her obviously knowing im outside . They close theyre doors early . And just lock doors n makes sure theyre not in sight . To not help anybody since theyre shift is almost over . Lol phone line doesnt work either . Ill deffinetly will be back and lets see what the brilliant explaination will be
