Better off doing online transactions. Paying your bill is cheaper. Also customer service is almost non existent. They wanted me to change my plan when I tried to buy data.
I went twice looking for the replace the phone i just bougth a month ago first was the speaker and now doenst turn on the same lady at the front told me they cant do nothing for me and i have to call the companie i dont see any help from this atore is the first time happened to me before i always had a phone from the store at the fulton Av never have a problem

Always overcharged there. For years now. If i could i would have just got what I needed on line. Its faster and cheaper.

They sold me a iPhone 6 that stopped working the next day, I was never given another phone and was told to go to apple to handle this I havent even had my phone for a week and they couldnt replace it that tells you right there how horrible this store is all they care for is $ not their customers they are very unorganized and not professional nasty attitudes I will never go back or recommend anyone to unless u want to waste ur time and $ horrible horrible
