Poor business logistics. Fell far below expectations. Business practice and management need review and improvement! Scheduled an appointment days ago. Arrived 10 min early to find a long line (estimated wait > 60 min). No location or second lane for people with an appointment. Why did I waste my time scheduling an appointment when it appears it is irrelevant. Thanks for wasting my time!

This Walgreens cancelled my PCR test with less than 24 hours notice and messed up my return flight to Japan. Would vote negative stars if I could; dont count on this store for your vital health needs.

Tried to get info on COVID testing. All I got was a recording that referred me to more recordings or a web site. There was NO opportunity to speak with a human. This is not something you want when asking about questions like this.

This pharmacy lied to me. Stating my dr wouldn’t prescribe my meds (insulin) which I need to live. Instead of this pharmacy doing their job and faxing prescriptions over they blamed the doctor. This went on for 3 weeks. The techs lied. No fax was ever sent. Then decided to “blame the dr”. Poor service. Poor wait times up to an hour in the pharmacy line. I can’t believe they would do that. How can they take someones life into their hands?! Their job is to get things to the dr to sign. Not lie that the dr won’t prescribe meds. Terrible. Don’t recommend. Also! They never have my prescriptions needed. Insulin is always out of stock?! It’s a monthly need. How?! Go elsewhere.

My injury was discovered while on vacation in Wisconsin. I chose a Walgreens pharmacy and am so thankful for that. They were able to keep my prescriptions in order while I traveled home to Montana, they kept them in order here. Ive had surgeries in other cities and as long as I use a Walgreens, I have no interuptions which is very important. Staff has always been friendly and helpful whether I use the drive up or roll my wheelchair inside. No complaints

I dropped off a package here for FedEx Express shipping. However, the package was never scanning into the FedEx system. No tracking info provided. It said the package was at Walgreens for over 5 days. Called Walgreens and package isnt there. Call FedEx, they know nothing about it. I call Walgreens again, and am informed that one of the FedEx drivers supposedly doesnt scan packages into the system as he just goes into the storage lockers and takes the packages without the associates knowledge. Unsure how true this is, but either way, the package was essentially stolen. Due to this, I could be charged over $500 for not having my package delivered and no one can do anything about it. My advise? DO NOT DROP FEDEX PACKAGES OFF AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I loved Walgreens when I lived elsewhere, but this Walgreens is so ridiculously slow! Its terrible when you need your prescriptions and have to wait 45 minutes. And there should be no issues stocking meds that are filled monthly, and if restocking is needed it should be quicker! I dont know how they function this way.

I cant even give this pharmacy a full star. They use to be great, friendly, quick and convenient. The past year has been a complete nightmare with my families prescriptions. Id have my daughters sent in monthly and EVERYTIME they would ask me if shed ever gotten anything filled there before. They kept creating multiple profiles for her and losing her information. Id go to get a rx and they wouldnt EVER have it ready. I once called in a medication refill, waited 2 days to pick it up. I went to pick it up and it wasnt ready because they said my insurance wasnt correct, when it was. I went back two days later and it STILL WASNT READY FOR PICKUP!!!! When I asked why I got the response I dont know. No apology or reason! I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially for people who are on life saving medications!!! Youll drive over there to find out you need to go back, but when you return they still wont have it together. Dont waste your time.

Used to be a great pharmacy. Have been short staffed the summer of 2018. Great staff just not enough of them. If you need prescription medication quickly go elsewhere untill they get more staff. Avg wait just in line: 20 minutes.Edit: staffing issues seem to have been resolved. Much faster experience.

Overall, my experience has been great. The store staff is always helpful and greet people when they come in. If I could rate the drive thru alone, I would give it half a star at best. I wish they would try either something new with scheduling or more clearly designate someone to the drive thru. Also, a little customer service training for the window folks wouldnt hurt.

My doctor wrote a script for me on Wednesday..... My insurance would not fill till Friday so I called to see how much.....Informed by pharmist that I could not get it till Saturday....his choice.....Well, Walgreens just lost 1000s of dollars per month because I am done..... When your insurance says you can have it, those people do not have the right to be in a God Complex and decide when a person can have their script..... Shouldnt it be up to the doctor and insurance?????

Think I might change to somewhere else. No point phoning as always at least one person ahead of me and I normally give up after 5 to 10 minutes holding. Pharmacy lines are long too. Just really sloooooow. Might be more expensive too.Update:Place definitely sucks, changing to Safeway. Long lines, fast pass system to open a new window. Staff change every 5 minutes. Hate it

Worst pharmacy in town. The doctor called in a prescription for my son last week on Friday. Im trying to pick the prescription on the following Monday and am told that its not filled yet. Im convinced that they dont ever fill the prescriptions until you show up, which not only causes the extremely long wait times, but also makes it completely useless for the doctor to call it in.

I never had a problem with staff at Walgreens. I understand they are extremely busy and just trying to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manor while also making sure they are answering questions about not just the pharmancy but the entire store.I like them much better than CVS.Keep up the good work!

I needed to fill a prescription for my son and at first they said they had to order it and it should be in on Monday. I went there Friday and they said its on back order until next month! I went across the street to CVS and they not only had the prescription on hand, but it cost me half of the price as Walgreens and CVS had way better customer service.

Ive been back at walgreens now for about a year. The original reason I left was they were no longer in network. I would have rated them a strong 3 back then. Then when they were again in network I immediately switched back from Walmart (absolutely atrocious) and have been very pleased since. I have yet to have a bad experience with walgreens And I love the text notifications! Simple, fast and easy.

Pharmacy is way too slow. I had surgery and script was called in 3 hours before. My DH went to pick them up and waited over 45 minutes and still waited over 15 minutes once I got a call the script was filled and ready for pickup. This has been my general Walgreens Pharmacy experience, but this location really topped it. Will tell the doctors office tomorrow and the surgery center as they said it was imperative to stay ahead of the pain and Walgreens really helped to screw that up. I highly recommend and strongly encourage you to go anywhere but here if you need an urgent script filled. Good luck.

Picking up prescriptions is a pain. You should not have to wait in line to be told your Rx isn’t ready. And then have to wait in line again when it is. Especially when there’s almost a dozen people waiting. Very inconvenient. I’ll find another pharmacy next time. BTW- been with Walgreens for several years now. Disappointing to feel this way

Worst experience ever trying to get a prescription filled. Was getting just one prescription filled and I sat there for 90 minutes to get one filled. Then they failed to even notify me as Im sitting there that it was filled. I will never get another prescription filled at Walgreens.

This store needs to be shut down. I asked a guy in a grey vest, who Im assuming was the manager for help, he says hell go talk to someone and then he walks away and never comes back. I also found several items that were out of date when I was purchasing them. Terrible experience.
