I never leave poor reviews but I was completely appalled by the way I was treated in this store and it wasn’t okay. The manager Heather is extremely rude and unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable to be in the store and I definitely won’t be going back. I feel bad for the other gals who work under her. She seems like a real gem to have to deal with if she can’t even treat licensed customers who come in the store being kind and polite respectfully.

Usually have an excellent experience in this location until today. Heather came off harsh from the moment I walked in and didn’t give me the warm feeling the other staff usually does. I asked where an item was and instead of guiding me, she just responds “it’s right in the aisle you’re in.” Well if I could see it I wouldn’t have asked where it was. Super disappointed in her demeanor and of course then found out she was the manager! Super unfortunate that her staff can show excellent customer service and she couldn’t.

Always helpful staff... store is always clean and organized, well stocked. Staff is knowledgeable and if they dont know, they do their best to find out for you!!

I only go here for any hair products I need. They have a big selection and they usually have full stock

1) I know Barbers & Cosmetologists seems are a dime a dozen, but for us select few out of the many have great passion and love what we do. I love that Cosmoprof sells only to the professionals who show proof of current license. Risky sometimes to open exclusive shops like this in small towns, because you are catering to a select audience. They send a message that you support us, we will support you - and you alone, are enough for us - we dont have to open our doors to the public. I think that always comes down as a companies greed to sell more, and the exclusivity somehow respects and validates my profession.2) I did not have my license with me and was new to Cosmoprof, and I went to call my shop so that someone might fax or give me my License number (even though, they want a copy on file), we spoke with the manager at the shop, and she let me purchase on her number until I got set up. s3) Products: They have an awesome line of products and equipment, and as a barber, I usually have to order out of state the things that I need; In my walkabout the store, they carry MUCH of what I usually need - and plenty of it! YUP, Im impressed! Even having in stock, a limited edition WAHL Cordless Clipper, i have been saving for - I thought for sure I had to order it, but gave them a shot at it - The clipper sold for 189.99 on Amazon and other beauty warehouses, and they had it marked at 139.99. So NOPE< did not have to order or pay for shipping!4) Staff, impressed me. She asked the right question rather than obviously digging for information to bombard me with a hard sell. Respectfully, I was asked, (as newly back as a barber, after a car accident nearly knocked me out of the game), what product lines to do you work with? It was asked with a pleasant ease, and I of course opened up and shared, the unique products I carry as a barber. It was GENUIS! She then shared with me new products lines that Paul Mitchell has come out with, directly catered to men. I did NOT know this and how refreshing that she knew there was a difference between serving guys over gals; and their specific needs with beards, high and tights, and the flat tops.5) Yes, you can guarantee, I will be back - and the remaining of my barber career, I wont have to special order my supplies and pay extraordinary shipping costs. I like that the staff is knowledgeable and competent, in customer service, sales and of the professionals they serve. Nicely done ladies! See you soon!
