Went in to have some hydraulic hoses made. I was extremely surprised by the quality of service that was given. Very nice and helpful people.

I had bought windshield wipers from them about a month and a half ago, they didnt work very well so l brought them back, l asked if l bought the wrong ones. The counter guy walked out to look and took them off walked in side got brand new ones slipped the old wipers in the new empty boxes have me the new ones and said have a good day, he said that he just warrantee them out, so l owed them 0. Now thats good business.lve been buying from Helena NAPA for 33 years and this is an other reason why. Jim Martinez

Half of the customers not wearing masks. I was at the counter doing my transaction when another clerk came up to the shared counter and called two unmasked people up next to me. I stepped around the end, and told the first clerk I wouldn’t go up that close to unmasked people. He told me to wait until they were done. I was there first and was following the mandate.I will never spend a dime in that place.

They went out of there to help me find the right part for my car

We were on a Harley trip to Montana from IL, one of our bikes had an issue with a battery terminal but and bolt. The folks at NAPA recognized the specific type of nut and bolt required and came up with a solution saving much grief!Bravo to Helena Napa Auto Parts!George Bolek

I had already been sold the wrong part from Auto Zone on Montana Ave and was very frustrating dealing with a store that has no idea what their doing. Thank you so much NAPA!!!Well, as it turns out, I once again Have the wrong part!!!! How hard is it to get the right parts for a 1993 Ford??? I dont stutter! Its 90 miles round trip for me to get there & back! Spent the last of my $$$ to buy the wrong part!!!! Three trips to town before the right part is given to me???!!!

Very impressive customer service. Thank you to the lady that helped me, blonde curly hair, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am in town on vacation and helping my mom get her tractor up and running. I showed up with a bag of worn belts, filters, plugs and wires and a users manual. She looked everything up, ran back and forth comparing, and got me all set up with every single part and fluid I need for this ol tractor. Its purring now. Thanks again

Employees attitude was horrible, terrible awful. Like he didnt want to talk. He looks at you with a blank look like , okay are you just gonna stand there or ya gonna tell me what you want? No greeting whatsoever. I left and did not get what I stopped for. Just left. Went across town to AutoZone. Will not go back, ever. Can you believe it. Are the Customers that pay your bills, bothering you?

Fast service, had the parts for my Nissan, military discount, corrected mistakes quickly. Been using Napa as main parts house for many months since returning to Helena, grew up using Napa when they were downtown. They always have my Nissan Frontier parts, or can get them quickly from around the state. Made a mistake on brake parts recently, made it right; easy-peasy, no questions. I may get braje cleaner or window washer fluid from cheaper locations, but trust Napa to have the right parts that last.

The workers are very knowledgeable very quick to help when they are able however my problem comes with the corporation your good workers are not allowed to order possibly obscure parts that the customer might need

Im a diesel mechanic. They usually have what I need.Saves me a lot of drive time. Saves the trucking companies money when I dont have to drive to Bozeman (80 miles) or Missoula (130 miles)

Dont buy their aftermarket parts. I put a brand new starter from Napa in my accord, and about a month later the core went out. When I brought it back, they told me that they had no record of sale, except for selling it once to someone else. I even showed them the transaction in my bank records. Ive been coming to this Napa for 18 years, but I will not be back. Im sure this isnt a common occurrence, but it was enough to send me to autozone in the future.

Needed parts for our boat while on a fishing trip nearby. Called and paid for them over the phone and our son was picking up on his way through Helena. Got there at 7:04pm and they were closed, but saw him at the door and just walked away. Would have taken 30 seconds to hand him the already paid for parts since they were still there.

I needed an alternator for my 08 Chevy pickup. I have an account at napa in 3 other locations. I did not want to charge it, I just wanted my discount. They quoted me over 230 dollars with core charge. I went to Orielles auto parts and got one for 130. Over 100 dollars cheaper !

Steve at Napa auto parts went above and beyond for us. We thought we had planned well for our trip from Spokane, WA to Havre, Montana. It had been a long couple of days with two small children. We were backed into in Missoula and then had our battery charge light popping off and on as soon as we made it to Havre. Oreilly told us our battery was shot, so we replaced it. On our way back through to spokane, the battery charge warning light began to flicker back on and off again. We called the dealership (which had done a full check up of the vehicle before our trip) and they informed us that it was the alternator. I had just had the alternator replaced not even a year before. It was still under warranty. After determining that the Napa auto care shop couldn’t fit us in until a week from Tuesday (it is currently Friday), we thought we were sunk. Not exactly a feasible situation for out of town era with two small kids. BUT Steve from Napa came to the rescue and ensured that our warranty was utilized and we were taken care of at a meineke so we could get back on the road AND without any charge! We are over the moon about how taken care of we feel. It was amazing to see people treating people with care and not just a number. We are so impressed Helena! Thank you for turning a really stressful situation into a win for everyone! I am truly touched by the way you worked together to really make sure we were safe and our vehicle was in the best shape it could be for a long trip back home! Gorgeous landscape and even greater people!
