I have never been so unhappy. I ordered a ride on mower on Memorial day. They said it would be there on Wed.that week. Well it wasnt there Wed. , Friday or the following week. Now they are saying not till the 30TH OF JUNE IS THERE estimate. I have 2 acres to mow and am disabled. I also bought a push behind weed eater was supposed to be a huskavara. Well wrong again it was something else, I ordered mulching blades well no mower no blades. I also asked them to order a aerator they said they could not but to call every week and see if they get one! Odd dont you think? I checked their website and lo and behold they have one in stock I called the them and they said it was a lie. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I only did because Sears used to have a good name. They might as well close down. I am canceling my card and order not worth the headache.

I purchased a new Kenmore refrigerator and had it delivered on July 9, 2020. I called the Helena Hometown Sears store immediately after the delivery and informed them the compressor was making noise, the front door is scratched, and there is dent. I was told someone would call me back that day. No one called me so I contacted them on Friday and was told the manager would call me on Saturday. The manager never called me Saturday. For 3 days my family has been listening to a noisy compressor on a NEW refrigerator This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I knew this is the way I would have been treated I would have never purchased this product.

Owned a Kenmore refrigerator in my previous residence and needed a water filter. Went to Sears (shortly before they moved into their new store) and no water filters! Staff talked about carrying more filters when they moved into their new store. Well, Im in a different house, bought a Kenmore refrigerator several months ago and need a filter and guess what? the new store doesnt carry them either. Was told they might come in on the truck, no offer to order for me or anything. I will have to order from Amazon again. Youd think youd carry parts for the brands you sell. Ive had other not so great experiences with this store and will just shop elsewhere from now on.

I walked in the door and had Mary help me immediately. I was shopping for a dishwasher. The showed me several and explained them and their functions. I also saw cabinet doors. I had already ordered my cabinets at another business. Had I know they had cabinets at Sears, I would have come there. Then I saw the beds. They are very nice. I asked questions about lots of appliances and Mary was very knowledgeable. I was showed a Shark Navigator Lift-Away Pro vacuum. I had to leave, but came back later and purchased it. Mary carried it out to my car. What great service. Wow, is that vacuum ever good! My son had vacuumed with our Simplicity. When he vacuumed with the Shark, it picked up so much dust, dirt and pet hair. We are impressed! The store is the best. I am glad the man at the place I got cabinets suggested Sears for a dishwasher. Great service and great store. Employees are friendly. I will buy my next necessity there for sure. Thanks Mary and staff.

This was without a doubt one of the best shopping experiences Ive had in a long time. This store is clean and well staffed with people who know their products and how to get the best deals possible. I will recommend this Sears store to all my friends.

The two ladies at this store are awesome. They stayed open and they waited for me to get there after having to drive 85 miles. Then they help me load the snowblower in my truck. Theyll get all my business from now on.

Having grown up with Kenmore and Lady Kenmore appliances, I headed directly to Sears when I relocated to Helena. I was not disappointed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with all products and what was appropriate for my needs.

Purchased product ($5.99) at SearsHomestores online 2 Dec. Product in orginal mailer-unopened. Tried to get refund online x 2. Customer Service told me in order to get refund I needed to go to local Homestore. Called SearsHomestore Helena 6 Dec, told by Manager she couldnt get refund for online bought item. Said she would investigate and call me back. Told her not to call unless she was offering refund. No call back. Called SearsHomestore online Customer Service 7 Dec. No can refund. She filled out special form to have a Team call or email me with instructions for refund (I hope). When was the last time anyone had these issues when seeking of refund? Will never purchase from SearsHomestore again if I can avoid it. Saga continues...

We had 3 different people ask us if they could help us. When we did have questions the sales clerk we asked contradicted the price on a set of washer and dryers. When we questioned the contradiction she clearly didnt know what she was talking about. Completely turned us off. Will be very buy from this store.

My father had to return a chainsaw that was giving him trouble, they took it back and didnt give my father any trouble at all. Over all a very good experience.

They sold and installed a washing machine, failed to test it and did not catch that the machine was not completely put together on the inside. The washing machine then flooded the entire upstairs of our rental house and Sears claims that the issue is Samsungs (maker of the washing machines) responsibility. So far the cost is nearly $4,000 in water mitigation and redoing the floors, trim, and drywall. Worst customer service and follow up Ive ever seen.

BUYER BEWARE - Took over two months to get a snow plow ordered for craftsman tractor. Didnt receive a call when it arrived. Since the brand was sold to Stanley black & decker dont bother with Sears. I was told by a store rep in December that I could place tire chains on hold and that they often had plenty in sick. Called again in January and my hold was not honored and they said would need to special order them. I strongly recommend going to local competitors in town for hardware needs like rockhand/ace, Power Townsend, Lowes, or home depot. Update: Tried to order a bagger attachment for that same Craftsman tractor, and experienced a similarly terrible experience: Waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive, only to find that the part that they meant to order for me was out of stock. They offered me a different model and promised that it would fit. Surprise! It didnt! So much time wasted. Went to Lowes and found one that fits there instead.
