Its been a long time since heading to Bed, Bath & Beyond - and the beyond part was a great surprise. Ive been trying to up our coffee game and lo and behold, my husband found these many different coffee flavor syrups that we havent found in the grocery store. He was super impressed! And then we told friends to check them out too. Looking forward to our next visit!

I had a cart full of items. There was an employee at the return desk, and another employee at a different cash register. I pushed my cart over to the regular checkout. The male employee said Im not open. Ok.. fine. So I got in line at the return desk. While waiting, and almost immediately after he wasnt open an employee of the store walked up to the register and he checked her out. Soon there were at least 4 other employee gathered around this register chatting away. I was about to walk out of the store when Jone (I believe that was her name) motioned to me and said I will check you out . The only reason I gave this pitiful place any stars at all was because of the excellent customer service recovery by Jone! Thank you Jone for being a great customer service employee! I hope someone in bed bath and beyond sees this review and realizes they are wasting money paying most of their so called employees.

Great experience, found what I needed and then some more!

Store is clean, and customer service was ok. However they seemed to have very little of what we were looking for in stock. Pretty disappointed in selection.

Nice selection. Their offerings seem to be higher quality and more pleasing design. We found a beautiful bathtub curtain and matching waste basket, soap dish, soap dispenser, and tissue box cover.

My e-mail order was what I wanted and was ready next day. I like it!!.

Manager himself helped to solve a storage & ventilation problem for my husband (disabled Vietnam Veteran)! Also, very helpful staff.

Great store! Whenever Im looking for an odd item, not mainstream, this is the place I go and Ive yet to be disappointed! I got the most amazing showerhead there! It ended up not working for our tub and I had to replace it. That experience in itself was fast and easy and to the point. I was able to return the item, unfortunately for me because I really wanted to keep it, easily and without issue. If my tub was better quality this WOULD HAVE BEEN the showerhead for me and my family. Regardless, the store is clean, there is a vast assortment of selections and everything is top notch quality. For out-of-the-box thinkers who require special not run-of-the-mill items this is your place.

I love that we have this in town but Im baffled as to how they stay in business. Its never very busy here. They have a lot of cool things for the kitchen. They dont have the cheapest prices for things like bedding and curtains, but they mark things down if you dig around enough. The staff are always helpful.

Im not much for shopping, but I saw A lot of nice things , that was price right !

They will price match anything in the store. I saved $150 on my new toaster oven by finding a cheaper price online. Only downside is the staff. It has to he the least helpful group of people Ive ever dealt with in any business. If you have any questions youre a bother. Luckily the store is easy to navigate and our phones can answer any questions we might have.

I really like the place. Theyve got about anything for your home here. Nice variety of choices for brand names as well. Prices range from expensive to middle of the road. They are always mailing out coupons and that really offsets the more expensive items.

Everyone I have worked with at BBB, not only have been helpful, but so kind and understanding also. They know what I want and need better than I do!! They have placed orders for me which arrive timely, and no problem if the product needs to be returned. I thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience here, and reccomend them highly!

Went with my daughter-in-law to return her Christmas gift-she was able to return with no problems, the customer service personnel were helpful and friendly. The store itself had several nice sales and locally relevant items such as Montana related coasters etc.,

I called yesterday and found the item I wanted was in stock. Went in today and picked it up. Gracious, friendly an efficient service from the employees especially Jackie. Love that store. Id go in more often but Id buy too much.

Where do you go in Helena, Montana to find turkey brining kits? Right here! A lot of the stuff here is priced a little high BUT they often have crazy insane deals. You have to look around a little bit. I picked up an enormous 7 one-quart jar capacity pressure canner for 75% off at $25. This thing is so monstrous it barely fits on the stove. I also picked up an 6qt instapot for $40. Wait for the deals, check the clearance section, and go in with a 20% off a single item coupon to snipe the best deals. They were clearing comforter bed sets for about twenty bucks a month ago.

Couldnt find an associate to help me find something. Poor cashier was working as fast as she could.

Good place to shop for home stuff. The web site is not always accurate on product availability.

Though they do sell a wide range of items for your home, most of it is not any better quality than what you could find at Target, but it is double the price. The staff is rude and they do not keep your personal information personal, they will give it out to people who ask. The management is rather rude and they truly do feel like their job ends at bossing around the employees. The manager we happened to get up to the front desk called someone to check us out rather than just doing so herself, then chewed out an employee in front if us for something that was not her fault. Wouldnt it have just been better to check us out and then take care of any employee concerns? My husband had his personal information given out by an employee with the permission of her manager. When he tried to complain, he was told that they did not believe him. Keep your personal information secure and, if you want good customer service, try Target.
